- Robert (6/5): - Staff were friendly and generally helpful. We picked this property as it had a swimming pool. However, it did not state that this was male only. The only reason we picked this hotel was so that my wife could swim while I was working, as we knew there would be little else to do. Unfortunately. only when we got there were we advise she would not be able to swim.
- Alqueflie (2/5): - ولا شيء تجربتي مع هالفندق كانت سيئة جدًا. من أول ما وصلت، التعامل كان بارد وما فيه أي اهتمام، وما كان فيه موظفين عند المدخل. اضطريت أدخل بنفسي وأدور أحد عشان يجيب الفالي ويساعد بالأغراض قبل أوصل كنت متصلة أسأل إذا أقدر أسوي تشيك إن بدري، وقالوا لي الغرفة جاهزة. لكن يوم وصلت اكتشفت إنها بس وحدة اللي جاهزة. وبرضو المدخل كان مليان ناس يدخنون، والمنظر كان مزعج. أسوأ شي صار إن وحدة من البطاقات خربت فجأة آخر الليل، وما كان فيه أحد بالاستقبال يساعد. اضطريت أصحي اللي بالغرفة الساعة 3 الفجر عشان يفتحون لي الباب بشكل عام، الخدمة سيئة جدًا، وما فيه اهتمام ولا تنظيم. تجربة ما كانت مريحة، ومستحيل أحجز عندهم مرة ثانية

- Mikael (1/5): The worst hotel ever - The Breakfast was actually the best about the hotel. It was OK but not more than that The toilet flush did not work properly. I reported this, but nothing was done. The motion sensor in the bathroom switched off after just 2 seconds of inactivity, turning the lights into a disco effect as they kept going on and off. In the shower there was no slope in the floor, which caused all the water to run out onto the bathroom floor. The bed was as hard as the floor.

- Mo (9/5): Great experience and definitely recommended - Room is clean, staff friendly and accommodating for special request. Also they off great breakfast. The location about 20 min from the airport which was great. Plenty of parking available. The room may need more lighting, even when having all the lights on it still feels a little dark.
