• Rick (8/5): Very nice hotel but not a lot of food places or things to do or if you aren’t bothered mosquitoes. - Clean, away from the city and a little nearer to the Airport with transport to airport providing you have an octopus travel card which you can purchase at the airport on the way into Hong Kong. Make sure you have sufficient credit to cover the cost of journey from Casa to airport. Too remote from services. Restaurants are limited. The hotel is near a residential complex located next to the Ting Ma suspension bridge. There is a small sandy beach but not a lot more. It’s fine for a night stay but not to explore Hong Kong as it is to far from the city. It is also not too near the airport. It is just in between the airport and the City.

• Lay See (4/5): - Location This is the smallest bathroom I ever seen with this kind price charge. I can't even change my pants in the toilet. There is no shower area. I hv to shower between the basin n toilet bowl. I paid the same price in Macau n can get a 4 star hotel. Casa to me is a 2 star hotel. But I paid the same per night. It is ridiculous. They don't provide drinking water. When ask for a spoon to prepare beverage also don't have.

• Louis Nathanael (8/5): Good place for short stays, very central location. I would come again. - The location is amazing. 30 seconds walk to metro station, and many shops around. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Good WiFi and 24/7 checkin. The room is very small. It's alright but for a longer stay it can be too narrow. There is a strong cigarette smell in the hallways, please enforce the smoking rule more strictly. However, in the rooms it doesnt smell. Also, the bathroom is tiny, so there is not a real shower, it is above the toilet, which can be unconfortable. Also, the elevator takes too long to arrive, which is annoying.

The room is ridiculously small, it can barely fit a large sized bag. TV is not working. Toilet and bath is so small. In one standing, you can brush your teeth, take a shower and poop. You can barely close the door while using the toilet. Towels smells like cigarette and has holes. Bed is hard. Furnitures are old and worn out. Room feels like a dormitory, dark and gloomy.

• Patrick (3/5): - Location and staff were excellent. The Bathrooms are no acceptable. Having a shower and toilet in the same unit isn't hygienic. Having to walk into a wet floor that is small and having to use the toilet that just been showered in isn't a good experience.

• Edwin (1/5): Best to find alternatives - Location Cramp and suffocating room without view and window facing a dark void. Room condition was old and worn out. Think twice about doing number 2 in the toilet as the smell will pervade the room. Poor air quality. Noisy and could hear the elevator bell and chatting from other rooms. The worst stay I had in Hong Kong over 20 trips! Ended up being sick and worn out due to sleepless nights! Never again :(

Beds are small too! They have 2 tiny elavators that if you have luggages it can only fit 2 persons 🥲 The picture looks big but in reality it is not. The price does not satisfy the amenities.

Hallways smells like cigarettes, the room didn't have a good view, room’s space was tight especially the bathroom.

• Kui Kui (5/5): If you can afford a higher budget, do not stay in this hotel. - The location is very convenient, close to the MTR and shopping centers. The facilities require a significant update. It is like a motel in a rural American town.
• Franco Timothy (7/5): Out stay is still excellent though I hope that they figure out a way to put refrigerators inside. - That it is near Nathan Road, MTR entrance is just around the corner and there are a lot of places to buy food from downstairs. Much like other hotels, the room is too cramped. There was no refrigerator in the room to cool water and keep food. Bathroom is too tight to even move about. And the Air-conditioning takes a lot of time to cool

• James (6/5): Location is the only reason I'd stay here. - The only good thing about this hotel is its location, close to subway station and Airport bus stop. Bathroom is really cramped with no separate shower stall. You cannot even find a place to hang your change of underwear. The glass shelf above the sink is so close you have to watch out not to bump your head when you try to wash your face.

Auch die Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist eine reine Katastrophe. Der Stuhl, der im Zimmer stand ist beschädigt, nicht ein wenig beschädigt, sondern richtig beschädigt. Der Teppich auch kaputt an hier und da. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt nicht nur zu wünschen übrig. Es ist eine Katastrophe. Wir bekamen sogar einen Ausschlag und deswegen mussten wir vorzeitig das Hotel wechseln und haben jetzt mehr Aufwand und Kosten die dadurch entstanden sind. Hotel kam uns gar nicht entgegen. Das Zimmer ist ausserdem sehr schmutzig gewesen. Rost und der Teppich… Ich würde niemals paar Fuss darauf laufen…

If you don't mind staying in a shoebox, go for it. Staff are generally kind and helpful, but don't expect the sort of services you're getting at a five-star hotel. Overall, good place, I've stayed here regularly.

The lift is quite small so take long time waiting for the lift. If you don’t mind the noise , then this is a good choice.
• Ron (8/5): Great location. - The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores.
