Guest Reviews
- pooye (10/5): Enjoyed - A good 4 star hotel in north east of moscow
Best breakfast I've seen ever in a 4 star hotel
With a 5 min walk you can reach metro station and currency exchange center. You can viait izmailovsky market on feet but you need to use the subway for other places so keep in mind that the public transportation works till 00:30.
For late night dinner there are some places with fair quality to eat.
The call center didn't know english good enough but the reception was fine.
- ravi020274 (4/5): Avoidable - This is definitely avoidable.
The check in took about 45 minutes for three rooms.
We had booked three rooms with breakfast through zen hotels. We were denied breakfast the next morning saying they did not have confirmation about it. They made us wait for about 30 minutes and then denied it. We left for airport as we had to catch another flight. The reception refused to acknowledge the booking confirmation voucher from zen hotels which clearly had breakfast included mentioned
- parnianb2022 (10/5): Family hotel with great access - I traveled to Moscow quite week ago and I booked Vega hotel, It was a great experience, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with the good view of the city. Lobby was spacious providing a good security. Gym was very complete with all the devices. Breakfast was very great with a full variety of tastes . The hotel access to the subway station and also chain restaurants such as Rostics’ was absolutely great. We really enjoyed our stay at Vega Izmailova.
- GERKULES-1985 (10/5): St.Valentine's Day in Vega Congress Izmaylovo! - Hi everyone&especially Vega's personnel!
Thanks a lot for your top level hospitaly and a service of a very high quality!
What a wonderful time we've spent with my wife in the rooms of Vega Congress in Izmaylovo!
We came across a promotional offer of Vega on its site by chance and simply could not pass by.
We'd been thinking a lot of time how and where we should spend St.Valentine's day and did not regret a iota that we'd chosen this superb hotel as a place for it!
Your service and a room decoration exceeded our expectations!
Moreover we received a Moscow tour bus tickets (i mean tickets for a doubledecker tour) from organizers as a gift.
Thank you again for your hospitality!
We will definitely come back to visit you and your magnificient hotel more than once!
We also want to WIN the MAIN PRIZE for the best comment from your hotel, that is why I am writing a review in English :)
Haha, thanks again!
Everything was just that cool!
- Fatih (10/5): Enjoy Hotel Vega - I am very glad that I chose Vega.
Reception personnels were very friendly, which is very important for me.
Location is very nice. Partizanskya metro station is right next to you. You can meet your needs in the surrounding. And you can have a refreshing walk in the neighboring huge İzmaylovo Park.
It was very comfortable, very friendly and very clean. Breakfast was very nice and clean. Precautions for Covid was good. Finally I enjoyed my stay too much.
That's why I will prefer Vega again and again.
- P5954TSrobertr (10/5): Very well run - I stayed there for a month with my 13 yr old son in the summer of 2019. My cheap room was a bit tired which they are currently remedying but I will return. The amenities & staff were excellent. They were so professional & helpful. Little kremlin market is great for souvenirs, easy to use metro (&cheap) 5 mins away. Parks, restaurants & shops everywhere. Good vibe to the area & safe to walk around at night. Great place!
- welshhhh (8/5): Lovely hotel - Over the quirky colours of this hotel. Clean, modern with an excellent buffet breakfast.
Walking distance to the Izmaylovo Kremlin which is basically a flea market and good for souvenirs, and just 5 stops from the centre of Moscow and red square, very easy to get into the centre.
Fun fact: it’s in the Olympic village from when the Olympic s were in Russia :)
- Anu1961 (8/5): Luxury at Breakfast - Very nice Hotel just opposite Kremlin with an amazing view from the sumptuous Breakfast layout. Value for money. Comfortable rooms and many restaurants around the hotel. Well, the smile on your face is due to 1 km long Breakfast layout first thing in the morning after which you could hop across to see Kremlin!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good place with nice food and comfy bed. Will come back
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location, proximity to the centre of Moscow and general set up
- Galina (10/5): - Very happy with great location and amenities!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, very nice room. Very close to shops and restaurants
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hi due to change of my plans I did arrive to check in one day later and my reservation had been canceled. I would like to get a refund for that cancelation since I had to book another hotel.
please call me for more discussion +14252839677
With BEst regards,

- Luis (10/5): - Great location. Proactive desk staff who help us, especially Kirill and Dina.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was recommended to us, but it was much better than expected.
Staff are just brilliant, food brilliant, close by amenities brilliant.
Your next to the Metro, so you have access to all of Moscow. Little too close, you can here the trains from my room, but not bad.
The beautiful Kremlin market just a small walk from the hotel looked amazing when your having your breakfast. Well worth a visit! I am happy to give it 5 out of 5
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I stay in Vega hotel many times. It is really best hotel in Moscow.
- Boris (10/5): - was great , nice hotel and facilities
near a metro station
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was all good until after I checked out. The hotel provide free lagage keeping for people who need to store their lagage. I don't know what they have done to my suitcase. it had been moved from its original place, with scratches on the side. my suitcase is the hard plastic shell one. later I found two broken places one to the side, the other close to a wheel. I was in a rush to catch my train so I did not check carefully. they must be very rough throwing my suitcase.
- frank (10/5): An excellent place to stay for an extended visit - I stayed at this hotel about six years ago when it was under the banner of Best Western. I am delighted to say that the quality of the hotel has been maintained very well indeed. For an extended stay in Moscow this one is hard to beat. It is only a 15 minute metro ride into the centre of town and the metro station is very close to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a great supermarket very close by within walking distance of the hotel. This is the place to stay especially if you are having an extended stay in Moscow.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This room was ordered for my mother .Well ,she came to this hotel at midnight after her flight and they said her room is NOT ready ! She still sitting in the lobby for two hours and they don’t care . I called and talked to the lady at reception to no avail . Very horrible service .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, close to subway and local train, parks
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location and the proximity to the underground station, shops, restaurants, a park, etc.
- Olga (10/5): - I did not like the breakfast, and I thought it was too expensive for that type of food. Other places around were much cheaper and better quality.
Other than the breakfast, everything else was amazing. Staff was nice, and property was clean and beautiful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Near the metro station "7min walk", very nice hotel & rooms
- Verified traveler (10/5): - All good I was happy the time of my staying very friendly people
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The fitness is nice and 24/7. The restaurant nearby with Georgian food is the best food in Russia.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very clean and comfortable room
Wifi didn’t work staff were very helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean
Excellent staff
Wasn’t keen on the “ladies” sitting in the lounge area who clearly where’s hiding what they where there for. Didn’t bother me as beautiful hotel
- Khudel (8/5): - A good hotel with affordable price. The staffs at front desk are friendly with smile, room is clean, and the breakfast buffet is just amazing. The hotel is located close to subway lines, make my trip to downtown easy. We also had a number of good restaurants in and near the hotels.
However, room cleaning are not provided constantly and got troubles. They forgot to pick up laundry, forgot cleaning bathroom, and left damp cloth in my room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nikita and all the staff were great! From the beginning until the end.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice hotel, Great location.
Room was clean and comfortable.Staff was helpful and friendly.
- Rodrigo (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very comfortable with everything I needed. The location is great, safe, and very close to a metro station that takes you to the city centre in no time. It's also surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room (2024) was very quiet and the wifi worked fine throughout my stay. Room service was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. The check-in was quick and easy. There's security guys everywhere which is great. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
- Alla (10/5): - nice, clean, convenient location, great service, friendly staff,
excellent security
stayed 3 time this year
- Christine (8/5): - 1. You can communicate with hotel staff in English
2. Near Metro station
3. Near supermarket and flea market
4. Reasonable price
- Karen (8/5): - 很近地鐵站 藍色3號線, 去紅場都是24分鐘 , 有幾間
24小時商店在酒店附近 職員態度好好 基本英語能對答 , 每天都有員工 執拾房間, 房間很清潔
- Mixia (8/5): - Stayed in the same area 4 years back, and now there are new malls, more restaurants and a new circle city train line stop. Hotel reception staff are cheerful and efficient. Room appears rennovated and comfortable.
One minus from the cleaning staff. During our 4-night stay, the cups were not cleaned even once! They only came to change towel and replenish tea bags and coffee, that’s all. Each day they provide different kind of tea bag, when we request to swap for the regular black tea instead of the strange taste flower tea, the staff refused claiming they have a rule what to distribute each day. A weird logic if it were not an misunderstanding.
- Jules (10/5): Nice hotel close to centre only 5 stops on metro. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food, champagne breakfasts on a weekend. Local to metro station to travel to centre.
- kung yue (8/5): improvement suggestion - well, the bathtub is kind of dangerous when wet, it is slippy on the bottom/when you are stepping out on to the floor. and there should be a metal handle on the wall. so you can firmly hold on to it with you right hand.
- Zoya (6/5): Convenient hotel close to a park. - Some rooms need renovating in particular my first room 1323.
I had to move rooms and the other one was much better.
The hotel should have checked me in this room on arrival.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend - Reasonable price, clean room, great service, English speaking staffs, security at the entrance, good wifi very safe, nice lobby, and restaurants.
- Adriana (10/5): - excelent service, excelentttttttttfttttttttttttttttttttttt
- Verified traveler (4/5): Beware of charges - Average hotel - reception charge tried to charge us twice (despite room already having been paid for on hotels.com).
- Lizette (10/5): Excellent - Excellent value for money
- John (10/5): - The Vega is a great hotel and conveniently located about a five minute walk from the metro. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Our family would definitely stay here again!
- Al (8/5): - Most other aspects of the Hotel were very good.
Suggestions :
1. Breakfast variety could be improved for non Russian guests by offering more western breakfast foods.
2. Consider having more Reception staff that can speak English.
- Prakash (8/5): Good hotel to stay - The staff can be a little more friendly.
But a good hotel to stay. Near to metro, hence connectivity is good. Cleanliness was as expected.
- rodders (10/5): friendly staff. very clean and updated. - great experience. great location close to transport and renovated hotel. staff are friendly and helpful.
- d (4/5): Faaar & calling ladies - Faaar from everything, you have to take 2 subways for 35 mins to reach downtown. Tight room with 4 chairs, desk, built in luggage table& table!!! No shampoo & conditioner. Shower gel dispenser was empty, had to sign to lady to fill it. Calling ladies fill the lobby soliciting men felt very uncomfortable to say the least. Came late one night & wanted to eat at the 24 hr restaurant. Got there 2am. Left 4am without food.
- A.J (10/5): - Vega Hotel rooms are a little small but comfortable enough to make the stay pleasant and enjoyable. The cleanness is excellent and the overall amenities are great for an hotel of its kind. It's conveniently located at a 2 minutes walk to the metro station and 5 stations away form the Red square.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel but staff was not friendly - Staff was not friendly. Not really willing to help customers. The door lock was not working one day. We went to the lobby for assistance for 2 times to reset the cards. Still not working. The staff then asked us to call the maintenance support line ourselves for help! Finally the maintenance staff came and found that the door lock ran out of battery. Spent more than 45 mins running back and forth to the lobby and our room floor as well as waiting for the staff to show up to fix the lock. It was already 11:00 PM at night. It was frustrating.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The Hotel is well located, you have a Metro and a Tram station by 5-6 minutes walking, then in 15 minutes you get to the center. The area has restaurants, mini supermarkets, a pharmacy, Burger King, Subway, the Izmailovo Kremlin etc...
The bad thing is the staff, they have NO Customer Service, there is a guy called Anton or Antov who has no interest in giving you a pleasant stay in this hotel, no willingness to help or solve a simple thing. One day they didn’t clean completely my room probably because they weren’t prepared for so many people for the World Cup but that is a lack of preparation for a sold out time. This hotel used to be a Best Western but not anymore. One more thing the restaurant is great and the WiFi is good also.
- Mohammed (10/5): - Very nice hotel complex in the Izmailovo district north east of Moscow. Only 5 min walk to #3 line metro (Partisanskaya) which makes it easy to get to city center.
Security is top notch, multiple layers of checks with card access. There are restaurants on site and many places to eat nearby. The Izmailovo Kremlin which also houses a flea market is a must see (5 min walk from the hotel).
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I stayed during the 2018 Russia world cup, the price is ok considering all the hotel prices go up. The bed sheet are quite clean but I would like to say that overall the room size is a little bit small.
the restroom are quite clean and there are very good hot water supply as I often felt really tired after watching the match.
Overall, a good value for the money.
- Victor (8/5): World Cup Stayed - Standard room, clean, bathroom shower a bit high. Cafeteria 24hr open so that was great.
Location far from city center (20 min metro ride), but metro station literally around hotel corner so that was nice. Many restaurants and fast food just outside hotel. Wifi was good at all times.
Over priced for value but then again it was the World Cup, so its was understandable.
- jucagasa (10/5): - Very nice room and hotel facilities. Near Metro station and shopping places.
- Lorenza (10/5): Nice hotel close to metro and downtown Moscow. - I discovered that thevRussian people are very friendly, hard working a d like to dress very nice
- Verified traveler (8/5): Would Stay Again, Great Location! - I travelled to this hotel during the world cup so I wasn't sure what to expect. After a minor hiccup at check-in that the staff were happy to assist with (staff were always very helpful and spoke many different languages, I conversed with them in english) we went to our room.
It's small by U.S. standards but it's a fine room. There was a piece of gum stuck to the wall right by the bed that should have been removed and the flushing of the toilets wasn't the most powerful (usually required 2 flushes no matter what), but it was a fine room, no issues.
The area is great, very easy access to two metro lines that get you into downtown Moscow in 15-20 mins tops. If you're looking to save a little money by staying a little outside Moscow, you cant got wrong with this location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is an ok place, better than other places in Kazan.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Location for metro is good, but is hotel very old
- Will (2/5): - This hotel is not wheelchair accessible. There is only one accessible room and that wasn't even properly accessible. No roll in shower no hand shower . The staff were very unhelpful DO NOT STAY HERE IN A WHEELCHAIR. Expedia please take this off wheelchair accessible
- T (6/5): - The rooms are too hot (air conditioning is terrible, practically non-existent), and too small.
- irena (10/5): World Cup 2018 - Great location. Super close to metro station. About 10 min away from red square by metro. I stayed on the 8th floor which has just been remodeled.
- Bhala (8/5): Adequate hotel close to Metro and facilities - The good bits: decent rooms, well serviced, close to metro line, proximate to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. No long waits for lifts despite being on a high floor, the bane of many a hotel
Not so great: Crowded, being a large convention hotel. Takes ages to speak to a staff member in the reception. Trying to get a coffee or a beer in the lobby bar is a nightmare even if there are just 3 people in front of you, takes forever with just 1 staff member. No room credits or charging at all. No smoking area except way out of the hotel, pain if the weather is not good. They refused 'visa support letter' saying it 'wasn't hotel policy to provide for Indians' which I found racist (hotel in St.Pete gladly provided)
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location right next to metro station and to historical sites.
- Majid (10/5): Very nice Hotel - It was a pleasant stay in this hotel.
Very nice!
Close to subway stations, main highways, etc,
- Verified traveler (10/5): Champagne check-in - Clean, warm hotel. Safe, with security staff checking room cards.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice close to metro, train, bus Great room service!
- Yukiko (10/5): Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. - The hotel reminded me of one of Las Vegas hotel. Beautiful and very good location. Just a few yards you could take metro to go to city center and Red Square. Around the hotel, market and eateries were easy to find too.
- Gina (8/5): - The hotel is alright. The stay is worth the price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good hotel at decent price. Close to subway.
- Adel (10/5): Nice 4star Hotel close to the Metro - The Vega hotel was very clean and modern. All rooms are big and cozy. The bathroom have full supply of toiletries items. The housekeeping are very fast and handy. There is a lot of cafes and shops nearby the hotel.
- Eduard (8/5): - All over it was very good. The only thing that was annoying was your security personnel. Due to surcomstance beyond our control, we arrived very early at the hotel. We we VERY tired and jet-lagged, and have to wait more than 7 hours in the lobby for check in. We understood that we must wait until the agreed check in time....but your security men was very rude to us...i was sitting at the table, with my head on my arms, and was rudely repremanded by security not to sleep. We were tired and jet-laged tremendously. I feel that this situation could be handled very differently and more in a friendly manner. Certain security members also demanded money from us if we got back from the city after midnight. So please look into that matter. Otherwise all over, we had a very good time at your hotel.
Thank you very much.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Location-----facilities are good - Checking in can take a while. My main complaint was that I asked for the Russian registration and each time the front desk said come back another time..before you leave. I had to call a manager to get the registration after coming back a 2nd time. This should be done for foreigners when they check in...this happened everytime I stayed at Vega.
- John (10/5): Little Kremlin - Location is very nice, next to the old Kremlin, which is an interesting place to visit.
A glass of champagne was a good way to get good reviews. Room was very clean, excellent bed. Staff very helpful and friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - FYI! The hotel is no longer affiliated with best Western so you should change your advertisement. This is the fifth year in a row we have stayed here and it is just as good as it was under the best Western name!
- Anna (4/5): Great location, clean rooms, but not trustable ser - Overall my stay was OK. The hotel has good location 5 min walk from the metro station with many coffee shops and restaurants to eat, farmacis and groceries. The room was furnished good, clean, but matresses was too old and bent in the middle , that it was hard to sleep.
But the biggest dissapointment was, then I left the hotel quite quick, I left my favourine trousers in the room. Next day when I realize it, I came back to hotel, but they never found it. I was very upset and extremely dissapointed by the service, because it mean, if you ever leave something in this hotel just forget, you will not get it back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We like this hotel very much and have stayed there many times . For your information the hotel has not been associated with best Western for the last three years . You should remove best western from your advertising . Sincerely, Richard Laymon
- Ali (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Brilliant location, close to the Metro. Facilities were excellent from a very nice restaurant through to the lobby bar which was very reasonable in price. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
- Christopher (10/5): Three of the Best Guest Relations Managers - Kristina, Yury, and Natalia were the most outstanding front desk managers who made my stay very memorable and comfortable. Nothing was too big a request for them to fulfill wholeheartedly and professionally. Employees like them give the Best Western Vega an excellent reputation. I most certainly will keep coming back to this hotel whenever I visit Moscow because I know I will be well taken care of.
- David (6/5): Close to the Metro. - Vega Hotel and Convention Center is one part of a hotel complex.
When I arrived at 10:00 AM, I tried several times to check in early. However, I had to wait at exactly 2:00 PM to get a room. Awfully rough, to wait for 4 hours when I just arrived from the United States. I really could have used the hotel room to get some sleep.
The hotel staff tried to the best.
Hotel security was nice feature.
- Randy (10/5): Safe & Sound Best Western Vega Hotel - Stay here often and Always Great Service ! Location Wonderful as well. Safe region with Super close Train & Subway (Metro) !
- Robert (8/5): Nice hotel close to the Metro. - This hotel is completely updated and convenient to the Metro. They offer a free gym. They are close to many stores and restaurants and also nearby to the Izmailovsky park market. Very good value.
- Roel (8/5): Ok, but not more. - Check-in was not good, for a hotel with 997 rooms and busses with tourist coming in, you would expect them to open more desks than 2 when 40 people are waiting to check-in...
Room was OK, location is good if you are there for a conference, otherwise you need to take the metro to the city. Which is close though. Hotel is from 1980, which can be seen from the outside, the inside it OK though, and it is really clean.
Due to the size, it can be hard to find a place to eat for breakfast.
I tried to book room-service when I arrived, but the first attempt failed, they didn't know what I wanted to order in English. The called back in 5 minutes though.
- Marina (6/5): - 1. Food is too expensive in the lobby cafe with minimal choice and long wait to be delivered.
2. Staff is not trained to be polite with guests. Everybody looked like they were too busy, guests just interrupted their serious work.
3. On my question about price of tea, the waiter answered with finger up to the add behind him. Sure, a stupid woman could not read if she asks.
4. The only exception was the manager in customer help desk ( unfortunatelly I did not write her name), she was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant person in the whole hotel.
5. The young lady cleaning our room did not speak Russian or English, she just repeated the same phrase.
I noticed that she was very slow cleaning another room. She was either overworked or inexperienced.
- oxana (8/5): Great base to explore Moscow - Room is quite basic but clean and comfortable. Price is very competitive! Only 200 m from the metro station, taking you straight to Red Square and other attractions. Very pleased and will be back
- Boris (10/5): Perfect choice for its price - A good hotel for a very cheap price. The location is good as it near beautiful Izmailovo Kremlin. Metro station is nearby. It will take you to the center of Moscow very fast.
- rani (8/5): Best value!!!! - Really great value, room is clean. Though the cleaner always take our swipe card.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Be more friendly - The hotel staff is not very helpful. They are unfriendly and do not speak anything but Russian.
- Ping Kee (10/5): Nice brand name hotel at reasonable price - Nice hotel at reasonable price
- Stefan (10/5): A great choice for a visit to Moscow. - This is one of several huge hotels located in the Ismaylovo area: about 30 floors and maybe over 1000 rooms. The level or equipment and organization is amazingly good. Multiple reception desks, huge lobby, 6 high speed elevators... you will hardly feel you are in such a big place: no delays, no waiting for anything.
The rooms... Not very big, but very comfortable. Nice beds, comfortable and well equipped bathrooms, nice amenities, free and fast wifi, quiet enough, despite the nearby highway. Excellent conditions for rest and sleep.
Public transport... This is one of the best things. Here you are about 5-6 minutes away from 2 metro stations: Partizanskaya, on line 3, which takes you in less than 20 minutes to the heart of Moscow, and Ismaylovo, on the Central Circular Line - the newest Moscow metro line, which runs around the whole city and takes you in 30 minutes to the Business district - Delovoy Centre, and having 17 stations that provide connections with other metro lines and train stations. From Sheremetyevo Airport you can either take the AeroExpress train to Belorusskaya station, and then the metro (about 10 eur), or use Yandex Taxi or Uber for about 16 eur.
The surrounding area is full of restaurants and convenience stores, some of which work 24 hours.
- Alex (10/5): Nice hotel with very good rate and close to metro - Very good rate for such a nice hotel in Moscow. Near metro station, as such handy to get to everywhere
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff not so nice
Not all of them speak english
Lobby bar under the average
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing Staff! - The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
When I lost an important paper, they went out of their way to make copies for me. And also faxed papers to another hotel I had used on an overnight trip in another town. Also, they would always find someone with English enough to help me with questions and directions. Great people!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not what I've booked - I've booked the room for my mom with a single queen bed weeks in advance. Upon check in, she was told that no rooms are available and she was given a worse room with two twin beds and the door did not even close sometimes. Totally unacceptable!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not Good for Business Visitors - Very POOR internet. Even they change my room and give me room near to WiFi router but it seems hotel have bad internet provider.
Don't fall for the low price with 4 start category. I'm not sure which organization rate the hotel 4 star.
Permanent bad odor in Toilet, carpet in the room and corridor old, hotel building itself old. Every time I go out and come back to hotel, there is a guy always ask to show the key card and then I go to the lift.
The lobby is full with escort girls specially in the evening and if one want to sit in the lobby most seats are occupied by the escort girls.
I will not visit that hotel again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent hotel close to metro and downtown Moscow - This hotel is located in just a 5 minute walking distance from a metro station and trip to center city takes less than 15 minutes. Breakfast was abundant, to say the least. Everything was fresh and tasty, you can stuff yourself to accommodate for a long walk around the city. Room was clean and properly maintained, bathroom had all necessities you expect from a hotel in this category. Hotel staff speaks some English.
It’s a good place to stay if you plan to visit Moscow as a tourist, however this place is not suitable for a business trip. Wi-Fi was slow and connection was dropped pretty often, good luck working on VPN. All power outlets are concentrated in a single corner or the room, which is rarely seen these days.
Bottom line: you get all you need for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Moscow.
- Supakit (10/5): Good hotel, close to subway. - Everything is good, close to subway and market. There are many restaurants arround there.
- Too (10/5): Nice location - Nice location and room is in reasonable price.
It is close to metro and as well as a lot of supermarket.
- Keith (6/5): Poor service - Booked hotel car to collect me / unfortunately got delayed due to missing bag. When we got out there was no car waiting - called hotel and they said they would arrange something but never did so ended up getting taxi and no apology or refund offered!
Also hotel couldn't allow room charge - I have never stayed in a hotel where this is wasn't an option??
