• Alejandra (9/5): Lindo hotel - Buena ubicación, hotel bonito con habitaciones grandes. El señor Raffaele nos atendió de forma muy amable y detallada, compartiendo restaurantes aledaños y buenos. .

Raffaele quién nos recibió, nos llevaba a la habitación el desayuno y fue muy atento con nosotros, nos ayudó con solicitud de taxi hasta el aeropuerto en nuestro check out.

• Simon (9/5): - We had a lovely spacious room with a small balcony with a view out over the bay. The staff were delightful. We weren't expecting breakfast to be included but every morning there were pastries and hot drinks made for us by the manager Raffaele, who was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. He communicated excellently over transfer arrangements from the airport to the hotel in the days leading up to our arrival. Because this isn't a slick super modern hotel it had a lot of charm. We a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s quiet with easy access to the metro and main streets. It’s a clean comfortable lovely hotel with a fabulous roof garden/ terrace where we enjoyed coffee and pastries every morning. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, made use of the table and chairs by the window overlooking the sea. It’s very good value and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a perfect area for exploring Naples. The balcony was absolutely stunning, with beautiful view that made every morning and evening special. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Rafael, our host, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made us feel at home from the very beginning and was always available whenever we needed assistance or recommendations.

• Nathalie (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans cette très belle villa située en hauteur avec vue magnifique sur Capri. - Chambre spacieuse et claire, très propre avec petite terrasse et très belle vue sur Capri. Métro et funiculaire à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. Emplacement calme. Petit déjeuner café et viennoiseries préparés par Raffaele à consommer sur la petite terrasse de la chambre. Un peu bruyant le matin car les machines à café sont installées près des chambres. Un autre endroit serait mieux pour éviter le bruit. Cabine de douche un peu petite.
• wendy (7/5): It’s a basic hotel with no frills, having said that we had no complaints - We were made to feel welcome and Raffaele helpful with information about Naples You had to walk to get to public transport into centre of Naples. So not ideal for the elderly. We did find the funicular useful.

• Sonia (10/5): Buena opción para visitar Nápoles - Situado en una buena zona, podías pasear con tranquilidad e ir a una zona cercana de bares/restaurantes para cenar, con buen ambiente. Habitaciones grandes y limpias con vistas al mar. Aunque no tenían la opción de desayuno, todas las mañanas traían café y unos bollos que podías tomar en la terraza de la habitación. El dueño del hotel era muy atento. El funicular y el metro no están lejos. Al estar situado en alto para llegar al metro o centro había cuestas, lo que puede ser un poco cansado cuando regresas después de todo el día…

Tea on the balcony overlooking Chaia’s charming narrow streets and the sea beyond we couldn’t have asked for more. Really close to the Funicolare line and restaurants was also a bonus. Book this place now for a truly memorable stay.! Well done Rafaele!!

I liked the coffee and pastries in room for breakfast. And staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location is good but a bit further away from a shop to buy water or beer etc. maybe more of a problem for us as we had a small baby.

A személyzet kivételesen kedves, mosolygós és segítőkész volt – minden kérdésünkre azonnal reagáltak, és tényleg azt éreztük, hogy fontosak vagyunk számukra. Ritka az ilyen őszinte, szívből jövő hozzáállás. A szálloda tiszta, igényes és nyugodt hangulatú, tökéletes hely a kikapcsolódásra. Minden adott volt ahhoz, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. • Alice (10/5): - Such a friendly place, everyone was so helpful. Breakfast each morning was ideal with cappuccino, espresso and fresh pastries to our room! Simple furnishings, really big room. Balcony overlooking the terrace. It's up a steep hill! Was a great location, but you did need to reserve some energy for the end of day to get home.
• Alain (10/5): - Tout le personnel est vraiment charmant, notamment Raffaele qui nous a bien aidés pour trouver un taxi à Pâques, et offrait les cafés du matin avec brioche ! La chambre (double, vue mer) était spacieuse, avec de hauts plafonds et un balcon avec la vue sur Capri ! Emplacement commode , proche funiculaire, bus et métro (ce dernier un peu plus loin). La place du plebiscite est à environ 30 mn à pied. Le matelas du (grand) lit était moyen, mais le positif l'emporte haut la main!

Ogni giorno veniva servito il caffè in camera, un piccolo gesto davvero molto apprezzato. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno.

• Kurt (7/5): - The location was perfect and getting from the hotel to shops, restaurants, places of interest etc.. The hotel is lovely, really old naples style, the room was comfy but fairly basic. There's a fridge, tv, air con and we luckily had a small terrace. The room was reasonably sized, the bathroom was also fine but let down by a lack of maintenance (toilet seat was loose and there was a leak in the shower hose) the wardrobe was walk in and massive but we always travel light so didn't use it. Overall a nice reasonably priced hotel that I would definitely stay again. Would be even better with a breakfast or dinner offering but that's not available currently. There was no actual breakfast served there was pasry and coffee served by the manager that you can take to the gorgeous terrace but there wasnt a breakfast as such. For example there wasnt any fruit, orange juice etc... that would normally be in buffet style for you to select or anything cooked/continental. There will be in the future because I think it's being refurbished but at the time of writing this it isn't ready.

• Hans (9/5): Gut für die Besichtigung Neapels geeignet - sehr nettes Personal, schöne Aussicht, Lage nicht im innersten Zentrum aber mit der UBahn sehr gut zu erreichen, kostenloses Minifrühstück mit Brioche und Cafe bzw. Tee Das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden. Der Lärm von der Straße ist manchmal zu hören. Insgesamt war das Zimmer eher hellhörig.

• Jennifer (9/5): Best place to stay in Naples - This hotel is so amazing! It is located in a very safe neighborhood and walkable to everything. Raffaele , the manager made me coffee every morning and was so accommodating to help me find places to eat and for Ubers to get to the train station or wherever was going, that was far away. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will always stay here when I visit Naples. The rooms were big and clean and had beautiful views. I have some of my most gorgeous pictures from the terrace here.

Une beauté exceptionnelle du bâtiment, une énorme terrasse où l’on peut prendre son café au soleil. Endroit bien agréable et tranquille. Aux petits soins tout le temps. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre propre et superbe literie. Je recommande! Et je reviendrai!

Excentré mais très bien desservi par métro et funiculaire. - On m'a changé de chambre car elle ne correspondait pas à ma réservation et j'en ai une avec vue ce qui est vraiment différent car les vues des chambres qui en ont sont magnifiques ! La propreté approximative en particulier de la salle de bains et l'odeur tres forte des WC. Beaucoup de bricolage dans les installations électriques ou des meubles : têtes de lit plus grandes que les matelas, porte serviettes mal fixés, tuyau de douche qui fuit légèrement... L'absence de bouilloire ne permet pas de se faire une tisane ou une tasse de thé le soir. L'eau chaude de la machine a café n'est pas assez chaude et ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Le micro-ondes est tellement sale que j'ai renoncé a me faire quoique ce soit !
