Marco (10/5): Ti senti coccolato - Hotel vicino alle maggiori attrazioni, vicino alla metro, camere super pulite e spaziose, colazione super e soprattutto la disponibilità del personale della reception in particolare del Sig. Farshad che oltre ad essere una meravigliosa persona, parla perfettamente l'Italiano . L' Hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti in qualsiasi ora cafè e te . Hotel consigliatissimo sia per la qualità sia per il prezzo👍

Simon (8/5): Good value for money and pretty well located when considering Vienna's excellent public transport. - The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. My room was a single and pretty small but with good fittings and finishings - as if very recently refurbished. There was a convenient desk and the shower room was small but again, well finished and with quality fittings. The hotel is compact so not much room for a lounge. There is a sort of landing where there are some chairs, tables and a vending machine. As well as kettles + tea bags. Not bad but not too cosy !
Sara Cornelia (9/5): Fühlte mich dort sehr wohl und komme gerne wieder :) - Personal sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Wirklich das Einzige, was mir etwas gefehlt hat, war Pflanzenmilch (zB Hafer) für meinen Tee oder ein Müsli in der Früh. Aber es gab genug andere gute Sachen zum Essen und die paar Tage kann ich auch auf die Milch verzichten ;)

Kalisa (10/5): Great European charm and comfort. - Loved the personal attention by the staff. The location was amazing and the room was delightfully charming. We loved the breakfast buffet- a great selection of eats. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
Tiverman (10/5): Jättebra läge, trevlig personal, rent och fräscht. - Läget är fantastisk med gångavstånd till de stora sevärdheterna som Hofburg, Museiparken, Konsthistoriska museet, Spanska ridskolan mm. Hotellet ligger också alldeles intill shoppinggatan Maria Hilferstrasse och alla mysiga kvarter däromkring. Vi blev jättefint bemötta av all personal som vi mötte. Alla var väldigt glada och trevliga, kom med förslag på aktiviteter och såg alltid till att vi hade det bra, fint på rummet och gott att äta till frukosten. Stort tack till er alla! Det finns inget som vi inte gillade.

vykye2000 (8/5): Centrally located! - Stayed at this hotel for one night during my recent visit to Vienna. Check in was quick and handled by Nazanin, who was polite and friendly. The room was small and very simple but very clean and the bathroom had a powerful shower and clean towels. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day. The location is brilliant - close to restaurants and the train station and about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Farshad was very friendly and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed before leaving so would recommend this hotel!

No me gustó que por 408€ (sin desayuno )por dos noches tuviera una habitación con vistas al cuarto de basuras y en la primera planta, es decir donde está la zona de estar y desayuno. La segunda noche unos huéspedes decidieron quedarse hablando ahí un buen rato y parecía que los tenía en mi habitación y luego hasta las 3 de la mañana de fiesta en la habitación, estamos hablando de la primera planta, se tenía que escuchar en recepción perfectamente y nadie les dijo nada.

Come out of the hotel turn right go up the stairs you will have all the shops and bars. It so much younger residents and art students around. The inner city is walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.one floor has lobby with tea/coffee facilities. Free wife is little weak in signal. WiFi strength and interior design could have more attention. We still loved it for the reception staff and the location!

Andrea (9/5): Einfach aber sauber und zuvorkommend - Wir waren mit 3 Personen in Zimmer 3 untergebracht. Es war geräumig, sauber und die Betten bequem. Fenster gut isoliert und mit elektrischem Rollladen, sodass man von der Straße praktisch nichts mehr hört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück haben wir nie genutzt, daher kann ich es nicht bewerten. Gute Lage und super Preis. Wenn man etwas negatives sagen sollte, dann höchstens dass uns eine Duschabtrennung/-Vorhang, ein Badvorleger und Haken im Bad gefehlt hätten (Zimmer 3).Wir haben dennoch alles super hingekriegt.

Lena (8/5): Wenn wieder Wien, dann wieder Terminus 😀👍 - Die Lage ist genial: Museumsquartier um die Ecke, gute Verkehrsanbindungen, nur wenige Minuten mit der U-Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof und dann kann man vom Hotel aus fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Cafes, Bars und einige Geschäfte (wie DM) ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem super freundliche Mitarbeiter/ innen. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

Antonio (10/5): Personal fuera de lo comun - El personal del hotel es como una isla en el mar de Viena. En una ciudad donde normalmente la gente es muy poco atenta, estan pendientes de que te sientas a gusto. En apenas un dia trate con 4 personas diferentes y todas muy amables y simpáticas. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro. Cualquier mejora seria exigir mas aun hotel de esa categoría y se veria en el precio. No hay nada a mejorar.

The room was silent. The room was just enough for 3 people for 2 nights. If you have a lot of luggage, it is hard to open all of it at the same time. 3rd bed was not soft; it felt like sleeping without a mattress. It was hard to arrange the room temperature.

Margaret (9/5): Good central option - Stayed in single room - small but very clean, airy and well placed for the museum quarter. En suite Shower room spotless. Helpful friendly staff. Arrived late - 24 hour reception- felt safe as a solo traveller.
Silvia (10/5): - La struttura ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno perfetto a Vienna. Posizione centrale, ottima pulizia, camere silenziose e letti comodi, colazione molto buona e varia da dolce a salato. Inoltre vorrei sottolineare la preparazione dello staff: tutti sempre disponibili per ogni necessità, cordiali e parlano anche italiano perfettamente. Assolutamente consigliato!

Fedorova (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage–viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie die 🏰 Hofburg, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt und hatte eine sehr gute Schallisolierung. Auch die Dusche hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! -
HML64 (8/5): - Geräumiges Zimmer, zentrale Lage, wir duften unser Gepäck im Hotel noch nach dem Auschecken unterstellen, gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, gutes Frühstück : Müsli, Käse, Tomaten, Gurken, Croissant, Brot und Brötchen, Yoghurt Es gab die Möglichkeit beim Rezeptionisten direkt eine große Selter zu kaufen Die Kaffeemaschine produziert leider keinen für mich leckeren Kaffee (hab alle Sorten probiert) Der Getränkeautomat hat sich mir widersetzt, brauchte nachts was zu trinken, hat nicht geklappt Die Möbel könnten insgesamt einmal erneuert werden, alles war heil und sauber aber doch sehr alt und etwas abgenutzt...dann wird die Übernachtung allerdings auch bestimmt teurer, muss man dann akzeptieren Haken im Bad fehlen leider in sehr vielen Hotels, so auch hier

Jodie (10/5): - Amazing hotel, the location is fantastic. 30 seconds walk down the road and you are on a big shopping street. The whole city is walkable so you are never more than 15 mins walk from anything. The staff were wonderful, I was travelling solo and the reception staff were keen to give recommendations of places to see and where to go for food. I had the best schnitzel thanks to a recommendation from the reception staff. The room was nice, it was small but had all I needed. There was no kettle in the room however there was free tea and coffee in the lobby so it didn't really matter.I can't wait to return The breakfast could have had more options for hot food but aside from that there was nothing wrong with the hotel.

Glenys (8/5): A good basic hotel for a stay of a few days. - The staff was great - helpful and friendly. There was no electric jug in the room to make a cup of tea but you could go to a common area and make one - not so convenient in the early hours of the morning.
