• Rabeh (3/5): Uncomfortable - Nearby public transportation The building was not clean, and the room was very dirty. The carpet had many dirt spots, and it seemed like no one had cleaned it properly. There were air leaks, so the room was very cold. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were no proper blankets provided.

• Bykovskii (7/5): Хороший отель, если номер стоит 50/60 евро. - Вид во двор (номер 306). Размер номера, высокие потолки. Чистота. Входная дверь не имеет изоляции, через щели виден свет в коридоре, и закрытая дверь дергается от сквозняка, сначала можно подумать, что кто-то ломится)
• Sezgin (7/5): Accommodation was good. - Although we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel, only pork products were offered. There was only chicken salami—no other alternatives. Aside from bread, there were no other baked goods, nor were there any fresh greens (such as tomatoes or cucumbers) available for breakfast. the pillows were uncomfortable. The socket were not enough.

• Sebastian (7/5): Ich war im großem und ganzen teils zufrieden gewesen. - Der Raum ruhig und aufgeräumt war. Das es weder eine Küche noch ein Kühlschrank gab.
• Guest (8/5): Gut für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte in Berlin geeignet. - Mein schriftlich geäusserter Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer zum Hof wurde realisiert. Ich war angenehm überrascht, daß trotz nur 2 Nächten Aufenthalt mein Zimmer am Abend nach der 1. Nacht aufgeräumt war. Leider gab es keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Auf Booking.com wurde Frühstück angeboten.

• Heriberto (5/5): No fue agradable. - La ubicación El señor de la recepción tubo un mal trato y de mala manera se negó a permitir que regresara a la habitación a buscar mis audífonos acabando de entregar la llave de la habitación horas antes del check-out
• Ida (6/5): Gutes Zimmer mit kleinen Mängeln - Das Zimmer für zwei Personen ist gut. Die Lage ist angenehm und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Tür der Duschkabine sollte allerdings wegen des Schimmels besser gereinigt werden. Außerdem hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt trotzdem in Ordnung.

• Ewa (7/5): - Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Świetna lokalizacja, 5 min. spacerem do Ku'damm. Blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych. Z opisu wynika, że sprzęt do prasowania stanowi wyposażenie pokoju. W rzeczywistości żelazko można jedynie wypożyczyć w recepcji.

Je to low-cost hotel a musí se tak brát Hotel má už svá nejlepší léta za sebou vše vypadá tak trochu staře a unaveně, rodinný pokoj má rozložený gauč a dvě jednolůžkové postele. Pokoj s okny do ulice je v noci dost hlučný a okna nutné pro dobrý spánek zavřít. Snídaně jsou formou jednoduchého bufetu, každý den je to samé - bagetky, párky, masové kuličky, vajíčka, pár druhů salámu, síra a zeleninový salát + nějaké věci okolo - nenadchne / nezklame... jako ostatně celý hotel.

• Vanessa (1/5): Hölle - Absolut nichts Der Herr an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage ob ich bei ihm Getränke kaufen kann rollte er mit den Augen, sieh mich von unten bis oben an und sagte dann genervt nur stilles Wasser. Außerdem hat er mir nur kurze freche Antworten auf meine Fragen gegeben. Er hat so frech und herablassend geredet das ich die halbe Nacht geweint habe. Es gibt nunmal auch sensible Personen. Meine Familie wollte mehrere Zimmer für übernächste Woche buchen aber das wird bei euch wohl nichts mehr. Wir kommen nicht nochmal.

• Christian (4/5): - Gute Verkehrslage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Personal freundlich Zimmer war dreckig,den Teppich konnte man ohne Schuhe nicht betreten.Das Zimmer war laut, da der Fahrstuhl Schacht neben der Wand verlief. Betten waren durchgelegen. Alle Bewertungen stimmen was den Zustand des Hotels und Hygiene angeht. Für eine Übernachtung reicht es aus wenn man Geld sparen möchte.Berlin ist teuer und man sollte für den Preis nicht viel erwarten.

• Engelchen13 (4/5): Sorry, aber nix zum weitersagen - Sorry, leider nicht's Hotel entspricht nicht den Beschreibungen/Fotos. Mobiliar völlig veraltet und runter gekommen. Bäder müssten saniert werden, teilweise defekt. Auch nicht wirklich sauber. Matratzen völlig durchgelegen, Sprungfedern sind zu spüren. Frühstück ein vorsichtiges.... war ok.

• Rocco (7/5): Buona struttura. - La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per muoversi sia verso il centro che verso le zone periferiche di Berlino. Personale cortese. Peccato per dimensioni ascensore ma essendo al primo piano non è stato un problema utilizzare le scale. I letti erano scomodi e i cuscini praticamente inesistenti. La moquette installata su un pavimento in legno non è il massimo. Dal bagno provenivano sgradevoli odori dall'aspirazione. Diciamo che con qualche accortezza in più il rapporto prezzo/qualità sarebbe fantastico.

• Yaniv (4/5): - I booked this place at the last minute after my previous hotel canceled my reservation. So I had low expectations, just a bed to put my head and rest. But even those weren't met. There was no hot water during my whole stay (3 days). The heating wasn't really functioning and I barely could find one plug to charge my stuff with (which was far from the bed). Oh, the Wi-Fi is also a sham- it's so slow it's not really functioning either. The place is pretty clean and the sta ff was nice, though. The area, though close to the Kudam, is still not that close to any metro station (10-15 mins walking distance). It's still pretty nice area though. Long story short- with a few basic changes this place could've been pretty decent, even good place to stay. Sadly, right now it's not.
