- Sarah (9/5): Affordable indulgences in the middle of everything in Osaka. - I loved the location. Connected to Minamimorimachi station and close to Osaka Castle with great restaurants nearby. We stayed on one of the upper floors with access to the lounge which was a huge, unexpected plus. It was so nice to fly in, check in, and moments later be enjoying cava and sake and and very good snacks in the comfortable lounge. I also loved the selection of complimentary high quality toiletries. Rooms are tight by American standards and it can be a bit challenging to find places to stash your stuff.

- JudyAnn (6/5): Nice hotel but not welcoming - The hotel was very pretty We did not get breakfast with our room nor did we have access to the cocktail hour. My son and I found the bar but we were turned away because our room was not on a high enough floor. They would not even let us pay for drinks. We felt slighted and treated as part of a perceived lower class. Many hotels have a “happy hour” for all guests, not only for those in luxury suites. According to what we signed up for on the book g.com website, we were also expecting to have a small kitchenette but none was provided. We specified three adults would be using the room but the space was not big enough for three people.

Есть онсен, им можно пользоваться в любое время. Очень приветливый персонал. Благодарим от всей души! Не поняли, почему закрыты двери на лестницу - написано "только для аварийного использования", возможно так и должно быть.

- Natasha96 (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay, very premium hotel at a good price point, unbeatable location with the subway/metro right by the hotel, restaurants at your doorstep, grocery store across the road and convenience store (literally) around the corner. Wonderful amenities available (such as skin products, coffee satchets, bath salts etc). Good sized room and very comfortable bed. Good shower temperature, water pressure and size. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. Thank you! Slight street noise/sirens but didn't bother us that much or disturb our sleep but if you're a light sleeper be aware, they do provide earplugs though :)

- Bruna (10/5): Melhor hotel do Japão. - Localização, limpeza, café da manhã excepcional, funcionários super educados e prestativos. Enfim tudo, melhor hotel que me hospedei no Japão, além do quarto ser um pouco maior do que em vários hotéis do país. Super recomendo. Nada, foram impecáveis.

La habitación algo pequeña si viajas con maletas grandes ,pero muy bien equipada.

- YUKIKO (1/5): 最低というか宿泊できませんでした - 泊まることができなかったので何もありません。 このホテルのマルウェア感染ではないかと思われる現象により、Booking.comで予約内容の確認メールが送られてきて、それにクレジットカード番号を入れたところ不正利用されてしまいました。Booking.com側のシステムの問題の可能性もありますが、もしそうであれば至急切り離す責任がこのホテルにはあるはずです。ホテルに予約はあるかと電話をしたところ「ある」ということだったですが、その後、Booking.comからおかしな料金で売り出されてしまった、この料金で泊まれる部屋はないと一方的にキャンセルされてしまいました。直前に高いホテルを予約しなければならなくなったりクレジットカードの再発行をしたり、酷い目にあいました。

- David Brunstein (10/5): Incredible hotel in Osaka - One of the most convenient and excellent hotels I've stayed in Japan during our trip- the staff were welcoming and spoke English well, the rooms were nice and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a big and diverse selection of dishes and everythings I've tried was delicious. Another big plus is the location and how easy to get to it from any bus or metro (they have a signage in the metro directing you to it!) Nothing.

В следующий раз планирую остановиться в этом же отеле! - 1) хорошее расположение: рядом с метром (полминуты), хорошая транспортная доступность к основным транспортным узлам и достопримечательностям 2) рядом находится круглосуточный магазин 3) хорошие завтраки 4) чистота и отличный сервис. Особо хочу отметить, что мне помог при выселении сотрудник отеля с доставкой моего багажа до Киото: у меня не получалось оформить доставку он-лайн, а сотрудник ресепшена созвонился с ними напрямую и помог мне в этой ситуации. Очень признательна за помощь и за отличные впечатления от моего пребывания в этом отеле и в Осаке! Нет замечаний
