There were no particular complaints, nor was there anything we especially liked; it's just that the price didn't reflect how "budget" the accommodation was. stayed in a twin bed room for 6 nights, room is small, the bed is small. basically you have to bring all necessary amenities by yourself. We book it simply because of its location is close to where my friends are living. Singapore is becoming very expensive. Staffs are having a "cold" attitude which is quite uncommon in service industry.

The staff weren’t very nice upon check in but the staff the next day were actually quite nice and helpful. The noise - I could hear people opening and shutting doors at all hours - even 3am!!!! The bathroom was disfunctional - the was no hub for the shower so water would flow outward and there was nowhere to put your stuff to prevent it getting wet. Honestly, the worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed at.

Great hotel if you're planning to spend most of the day outside. It was quite hard to find at first since there were no big signs or markers to tell you that the hotel was there. The bathroom didn't have a raised portion of the floor so there's a chance that the whole bathroom would be wet if you took a shower, though there was a shower curtain.

- Aldo (7/5): Overall pleasant stay - It was walking distance to some hawker centres nearby and to the mrt station. It had a small shop just by the entrance to buy water and biscuits. The breakfast was very minimal and in a small room just next to the main lobby. It felt more like an after thought than a planned out setting. The immediate surrounding seems a bit industrial rather than residential and inviting. There's often some noise in the morning from outside from neighbouring buildings, but it isn't too loud that it gets disruptive.

Daher als normales IBIs Budget zu werten. Das Bad ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Früstücksraum ist sehr klein, eng und überfüllt.

- David (8/5): Perfect for an overnight before heading on a cruise. - Location was amazing, good supermarket availability, close to MRT. Shower wasn't the best. Pool was pokey, narrow but swimmable. Breakfast is VERY BASIC, it's very simple toast, 2x cereals, a few hot food that is it! Don't think it will be a buffet breakfast.

Quiet residential area by the Lavendar subway stop. - This Ibis budget hotel is conveniently located in a quiet residential area only 3 blocks to the Lavendar subway stop. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms very clean. The shower curtain does not keep water in the shower. Water drains out all over the bathroom floor after each shower. We have to wear our flip flops to use the toilet to keep our feet dry.

We really appreciated the packed breakfast that was provided on check out morning when we needed to catch an early flight and the restaurant wasn't open yet. The bedding was too hot for us. - Rosa (10/5): A short trip with the perfect accommodation - I loved the location, the staff is so kind and you can refill your water bottle (+ drinkable water in room). Rooms are not small at all, I was looking for a place where I could easily open my big suitcase and this was perfect. If I have to be picky maybe the bathroom needs a bit of improvement: despite the shower curtain, it’s easy to wet the majority of the floor but if you shower at night, it’s going to be already dry in the morning

Considerate the price 166sgd incl. breakfast for a Ibs hotellroom, thats 30% more expensive compared with Ibis in Europe. I remember the time when you get 4star luxury hotel in Singapore for 150sgd! When you shower you soak all the floor in the toilet since the drain is the highest point in the floor? That could easily be fixed...
