• Harish (1/5): AVOID STAYING HERE - Only thing is that its close to Paddington tube station Hotel staff do not read instructions. Unhelpful. I Stayed for one night, checked in late and i requested them to give me a room close to ground floor due to mobility issue and they gave me a room on third floor. Stairs are horrible, no escalator or lift. Hotel id outdated and old fashioned. When you shut the door, you can hear noises from corridors and rooms Bathroom is tight and shower is horrible. Low water pressure - it will be quicker to wash using wash basin Not recommended and wont book again. Avoid at all cost. There will be other budgted hotel than this. I have complained to travel agent for a refund. Waste of money

• Antonio (5/5): Pequeño - Como punto positivo es que las camas eran muy confortables, que la ducha iba muy bien y siempre con agua caliente , la calefacción muy buena y funciono todos los días. El personal y el servicio de limpieza muy amables. No hay desayuno, no me gusto que la habitación fuera tan pequeña y que tuviera moqueta. El mobiliario era viejo y escaso. Se realizo una reparación en el patio interior a donde daba la única ventana de la habitación, utilizando un producto con un olor muy fuerte que se percibía en el interior de la habitación y en la parte baja del hotel.

• Lillemor (2/5): Kommer aldrig att återkomma till detta hotell. - Nära till Paddington station. Lätt att hitta dit. Vacker omgivning. Personal dygnet runt. Rummet var så kallt att jag knappt kunde somna. Hotellet erbjöd ingen elektrisk värmare, bara ett extra täcke. Klockan 04.00 väcktes jag av en stickande stank av avlopp i mitt rum + korridoren utanför.

Our back window had no curtains & the window above the front door let in full light so quite difficult to sleep, we told reception. Area very good Paddington is good, lots of shops, bars & restaurants nearby, we will return on our next trip to London.
• Ina (8/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und es gab keine Beschädigungen an den Möbeln o.ä. Nachts war auch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab nur zwei Steckdosen, wobei dann auch nur eine funktionstüchtig war. Gerade für den Wasserkocher o.ä. wären mehr Steckdosen von Vorteil. Es bedarf kleineren Modernisierungen in den Zimmern.

• CARLOS (7/5): Correcto calidad-precio para visitar Londres - La ubicación y cercanía a dos estaciones de metro perfectas, menos de 5 minutos caminando. Muchas cafeterías en los alrededores para desayunar y cenar. Hotel muy básico, pero justo el precio que pagas por estar en un sitio céntrico. Relación calidad-precio correcta. No esperes un hotel de lujo, no lo es, es muy básico, pero con un baño limpio y una cama, suficiente si la idea es estar todo el día paseando por Londres e ir solo a ducharse y dormir.
• Ruby (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Easy to get to from Paddington station and has 24 hour service desk, also the check out time isn’t too early. The room had no windows except for one round the corner which looked straight out onto a wall, the water from the shower and sink smelt like sewage and the shower smelt mouldy, the bed was very uncomfortable like laying on brick, the bright white light from the hallway was shining into my room through the window above the door all night (no light switch) and there was only one option of tea in the room.

• john (3/5): OK for a budget option for a stopover in central London. - The location is really good, walking distance from Paddington tube and station, and on a fairly quiet street so yo can get a good night's sleep. The staff who greeted us at reception was really friendly and helpful. The senior staff at checkout less so, a bit brisk and snappy. For a budget place in the centre of London it's good value and fine for a stopover. The shower cubicle smelled of urine which was pretty unpleasant. Clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. This is the main reason we'd rate it as poor. The bed was extremely soft so didn't give much support.

• Bardera (9/5): Estancia muy buena - Fui de vacaciones con mi madre a pasar unos días a Londres y nos alojamos en este hotel. Las instalaciones muy limpias, un sitio muy tranquilo y el personal agradable. Es un hotel victoriano con la típica moqueta y sin ascensor, algo que regala ese encanto inglés y verdadero de Londres. Repetiremos en este sitio puesto que también tiene muy buena ubicación respecto al transporte, a 5 minutos de la estación de Paddington y cerca de una calle principal donde pasan muchos autobuses, en una zona muy tranquila y segura.

• Marion André (9/5): Très bien pour un court séjour. - Le personnel super !!! charmant, toujours souriant et aidant. Hôtel très calme, pas de bruit. La chambre était très propre. Présence d'une bouilloire et d'un sèche cheveux. Chauffage réglable et efficace. Hôtel proche de la gare de Paddington. Pub en haut de la rue à recommander (Pride of paddington) Notre chambre était au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, avec des escaliers un peu difficiles, surtout vers la fin. pensez à dire si vous avez des problèmes pour monter les marches pour qu'ils vous donnent une chambre à un autre étage. Organisation de la chambre à revoir, pas de prise pour la bouilloire au niveau de la table, mais à l'opposé de la chambre, prises que d'un côté du lit, au niveau du mur, donc pensez à vos rallonges pour charger le téléphone (ou prises au pied du lit qui font un obstacle quand un câble y est branché.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The rooms were cozy and provided everything we needed to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the best parts was the location — being so close to the metro made it incredibly easy to get to the city center quickly and conveniently. It made sightseeing stress-free and very enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service!

Staff where friendly and welcoming On top floor with no lifts. Room was too small for family with a grown up. Not what was stated on write up of hotel prior to booking and also if booking this hotel make sure you have Photo Id on arrival to confirm your booking and be prepared to pay a deposit incase of damage to room

Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en el quinto piso y tuvimos que subir los cinco niveles por una escalera angosta, cargando nuestras maletas, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Al llegar nos pidieron una tarjeta en la cual retuvieron 100 libras como "garantia" ante posibles daños durante nuestra estadía, el hotel es antiguo y con instalaciones frágiles, esto nos generó preocupación, especialmente porque los cargos por posibles roturas eran excesivamente elevados. La habitación era muy pequeña lo cual se notaba en las fotos, pero si llevan muchas maletas es posible que se les complique la movilidad dentro del cuarto. Una noche, al regresar, no había agua caliente para bañarnos. Al consultar en recepción, nos explicaron que la caldera que abastece las duchas funciona con un temporizador y que recien lo habían vuelto a prender, por lo que debíamos esperar a que volviera a calentar el agua. Esto ocurrió en pleno invierno. Además, no había calefacción dentro de las habitaciones. Las paredes y pisos son bastante delgados y se escuchaban las conversaciones y ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Camera vecchiotta, spoglia, con moquette (che non amo particolarmente per la pulizia), un po’ rovinata e nel seminterrato (seppur con finestra). Per una o due notti ci si adatta.

Price was very competitive though and whilst the room was small, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked! It was a one-night stay and somewhere adequate to lay my head.

Mi hanno dato una stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore e nessuno si è offerto di portarmi il trolley. Se avessi avuto una valigia pesante non so come avrei fatto
