Rene (9/5): Gutes hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal - Leider sind 2 privat mitgebrachte sektkelche ( Gastro und Pool tauglich) gleich am ersten Tag verschwunden, vlt müsste man das Personal zur Zimmer Reinigung besser Schulen. Sonst alles tip top wie immer, danke

Danica (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - Found a used condom in our kids room. They did come and remove and clean. But for 400 euros a night i found it to be ridiculous and disgusting. This is not the quality i expect from a 4 star Hotel. They only sent up a small fruit tray to apologize. Did not offer dinner or breakfast. My kids were horrified and it is unacceptable.

Nereida (10/5): This hotel is absolutely recommended if you wanna stay in Munich. - This hotel was the best hotel I could have ever been in Munich during our one-night stay. Now this is a professional hotel. Here is the information: After we came in, we made check-in, but it took a while to get the key card to our room. Luckily, the staff kept our luggages safe. This hotel had an impressive staff. The food was literally spectacular. The room looked absolutely clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. If I ever come back to Munich, I am visiting this hotel again. This is also a hotel I recommend you to stay in if you want to visit Munich. I have nothing to complain about.

Carrie (9/5): Très bonne adresse à Munich. - L’hôtel est très bien situé à Munich. La gare principale est à 15 minutes à pied et le centre villle est facile à rejoindre en tramway devant l’hôtel. L’hôtel est parfait pour un concert au" Circus Krone"(moins de 10 minutes de marche). La chambre est propre, spacieuse et calme. La sdb est originale et très moderne. Le personnel est attentioné et très acceuillant. Le petit dejeuner est varié et très bon. Pas grand chose. Je n’ai pas compris l’offre de restauration. Le restaurant est annoncé comme ouvert à partir de 12h30 mais ce n’était pas le cas (sans doute parce qu’on etait Dimanche).

Sebastian (10/5): - Location is perfect. Two Tram stops within 150 meters from hotel. One S Bahn stop within 250 meters. Mall, grocery stores, shopping outlets, small restaurants, biergarten all within 5-20 min walking distance. Location cant be any better. Hotel staff wa great, spoke multiple languages and the desk is staffed 24/7. Probably one of my favorite hotel experiences. Only complaint, breakfast lagged deli meat options. They had the same 3 meats selections all week. I've been to other hotels in Germany who had a lot more breakfast options in terms of deli meats for sandwiches. This is also me going onna stretch to find a complaint.

Pague por un departamento con dos habitaciones porque viajaba con mi esposa y mis tres hijos menores, cuando llegamos habían entregado a otra persona ese departamento y me ofrecían dos departamentos con una habitación cada una. Ya no teníamos opción ya que estaba paga y seguir caminando con chicos no era opción. Terminamos durmiendo, yo con mi hijo en un departamento y mi esposa con mis dos hijas en otra. Eso hizo que nuestra estancia en el hotel no sea buena.

Sauna sehr sauber... 5. Stock Dachterasse cool... Frühstück sauber und reichhaltig Parkgarage 25 Euro oder vor dem Haus bis 23:00 mit Parkschein oder App. Herzlichen Dank gerne wieder. Lj. -

Antje (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Vom Zimmer bis zum Frühstück - ein optimaler Service mit sehr netten Team , die sehr freundlich alle sind. Herzlichen Dank Schade, dass man um 21.45 nichts mehr zu essen bekommen kann- wir hatten wenigstens auf einen Toast oder Würstchen in der Hotelbar gehofft. Und in dem sonst so tollem Badezimmer gab es keine Toilettenbürste 😉

Sina (8/5): Sehr gut, bei erneutem München-Besuch sehr gerne wieder. - Die Lage top zentral, trotzdem ruhige Gegend. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal, grosse Zimmer. Das Bett war etwas hart, direkt hinter der WC-Tür etwas staubig, die Bar bereits um 22.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Lucki24 (8/5): Gutes Business-Hotel gleich beim ZOB und Flixbus-Terminal - Das Hotel liegt gleich um die Ecke des Bahnhofs ZOB, dem Flixbus-Terminal. Die Zimmer sind gross, gut und modern ausgestattet. Zu Fuss ist man in rund 20' in der Altstadt. Wir waren im 5. OG untergebracht, wo sich auch der mittelgrosse Pool befindet. Alles im Hotel war sauber und zweckmässig. Der Frühstückspreis über booking.com war uns zu teuer (ca. €30 p.P.), weshalb wir uns etwas aus einer der Bäckereien in der Nähe geholt haben. Kaffee und Tee gibt es kostenlos im Zimmer.

Hans-Ruedi (10/5): Seit Jahren sind wir 1 mal für den Circus Besuch hier in diesem Hotel. - Wir kamen per Bahn aus der Schweiz. Am Bahnhof wechselten wir in die Strassenbahn und nach 3 Stationen waren wir beim Hotel. Super zentral gelegen für unseren Besuch im Circus KRONE, welcher vom Hotel 5 Minuten entfern ist. Keine Beanstandungen!!! Alles in bester Ordnung.
