• Nik (8/5): Very good value - The hotel is ideally located down an alley between the main road and the beach, close to great restaurants and bars. Very good value for money and breakfast was very good - not a buffet and masses of choice. The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. The gardens are beautiful, the pool is really lovely but wouldn’t be easy for anyone way can’t climb in and out via a pool ladder A little bit old and tired rooms, however, bed super comfy
• Vaibhav (1/5): - The property, room size and the location. Staff is soft spoken and prompt but does not take care of things you ask. We are vegetarian and do not eat any meat including chicken, fish or pork. We repeated and they confirmed multiple times they will take care. But they served us dish with pieces of chicken in it. They accepted their mistake and agreed to replace our dish but the damage was done!!

Bad experience from the time we arrived aircon not working the light blew out flames came down from ceiling hit the table, rang reception they organised electrical to come fix it which made me so mad! Had to be firm say fix this problem right now we eventually moved rooms to the bottom floor. The bathroom stunk of sewage every time we flushed the toilet and the room smelt so old like it was closed up for 10yrs! Went to do some laundry got it delivered to reception got back to hotel at 8pm asked about it and they had no clue the communication and lack of English is not good! Food is not the best!

Overall a very relaxed and pleasant stay with some of the most pleasant staff we have ever encountered. The spa is very good according to my partner. And there was very little or no pool lounge hogging - much cherished. The shower hot water. Extremely finicky and could be dangerous, especially for children.

Staff although friendly were difficult to communicate with, so often our needs were not met. Staff member in charge of restaurant was very aggressive. The location was excellent, but I think I would so else where next time we visit Sanu Bali. area

• NomAd80 (8/5): One night stay in Parigata Resort, Sanur - We only stayed for 1 night as it was a stop over between flying into Bali and travelling to Nusa Lembongan the next day. We had arranged airport pick up with the hotel, and that went well. The hotel staff were welcoming, attentive and generally just nice people to talk to. We had a family room with a large wrap around balcony, and the room was large, with comfortable beds, good aircon, and the room was very clean. The pool was also decent and we liked the Balinese style of the hotel and pool area. I can't think of anything specific.

Value for money The rooms need a very very deep clean and bathrooms need renovating, the lobby area needs a total renovation, the fish tank looks so bad and smells awful, the food at the hotel is okay but not great.

• Kym (8/5): Nice, clean and comfy. Good value. - Good location - not beachfront but just a very short walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable - the bed was super comfy! At times there were not enough pool lounges - I had to spy from my balcony and duck down quickly once there was one free during the middle of the day. Very small issue - but the curtains didnt cover the whole window and there were holes in them that let the light through. Would've been super great to have a dark room and a sleep-in.

Very well maintained grounds and facilities, most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in! Staff were very welcoming and helpful, plenty of nearby restaurants to try and a short two minute walk to the beach. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel.

• Stephanie (9/5): Would come back, lovely spot - The location was great, close to beach for walks and bike rides ( can hire from hotel, 70000 rupees per day) along the foreshore, and quiet. The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was either American, continental, or Indonesian, but really you could pick and choose from all options. Sometimes inconsistent water pressure in the shower.

• Chantal (8/5): - De locatie was ideaal, strand en hoofdstraat om de hoek. Shuttleservice vanaf vliegveld naar het hotel was goed geregeld. Daarna alles zelf geregeld via de bekende app. De airco stond op standje vries, niet over geklaagd. De andere kamers waren beter in te stellen.

• laure (10/5): Séjour de deux nuits en arrivant sur Bali, on n’y restait bien plus si nous devons revenir sur Bali c’est sûr notre prem - Super établissement, petit déjeuner de folie, chambre spacieuse très agréable et propre personnel au top. Merci à notre petite serveuse le jardin et la piscine extra petit Hotel familial à deux minutes de la plage à pied, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Rien, tout était parfait
