• chris94300 (8/5): Petit Hôtel Atypique - Petit hôtel atypique, probablement familial, avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, souriant et accueillant. L’établissement se trouve dans un ancien palais partagé avec d’autres structures touristiques : la réception est au premier étage et les chambres sont réparties sur les étages supérieurs. Notre chambre était simple mais parfaitement suffisante pour un séjour à Naples. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : tout est accessible facilement, que ce soit la gare pour rejoindre Herculanum, Pompéi ou le Vésuve, ou le port pour Capri, Procida et les autres îles. Et les vieux quartiers ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes à pied. L’accès aux chambres se fait par les étages supérieurs, via une porte d’accès (dans notre cas au 2ᵉ étage) très lourde et blindée. Chaque ouverture ou fermeture générait un bruit considérable… Ce qui faisait que nous étions réveillés chaque matin au rythme de cette porte. On note également un réel manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres, ce qui peut être gênant si vous recherchez un peu de calme.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially as we had requested additional pillows, help with the mosquitoes in our room, and pizzeria recommendations. Breakfast is basic but good. The room was full of mosquitoes on arrival, not in a good state of general maintenance/repair, and smelled bad. It was also very noisy located right next to the Reception.
• Stephanie (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf met zeer vriendelijk personeel, maar wel heel basic - Locatie, op wandelafstand van het centrum Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer hulpvaardig Badkamer was wel heel klein, zeer veel kalk ook aan de kranen Ontbijt was wel heel beperkt, maar één soort brood (dat niet lekker was zonder het te roosteren), fruit was vaak bruin of bijna vervallen. Dit kan naar onze mening wel veel beter

• Davide (1/5): MAI PIU!! DISASTRO TOTALE: DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. IMMAGINI INGANNEVOLI - Probabilmente solo la posizione era accettabile, tutto sommato a due passi da piazza del plebiscito e via Toledo; anche il personale è stato cordiale. Per il resto un disastro.. Anzitutto le immagini online erano decisamente ingannevoli: su Booking erano estremamente patinate e davano l’idea di una struttura moderna e ben tenuta; dal vivo, invece, la stanza si è rivelata vecchia, logora e piuttosto trasandata. In particolare gli arredi erano vecchi e malmessi, il letto non aveva nemmeno la testata per appoggiare la schiena, uno dei comodini era vicino alla scrivania, il letto matrimoniale era composto in sostanza da due letti singoli accostati uno accanto all'altro. La camera dava l'idea di scarsa pulizia, in particolare le pareti erano ovunque ricoperte di macchie rossastre (sangue?) verosimilmente lasciate dalle innumerevoli zanzare e insetti schiacciati sui muri dai precedenti ospiti, per non parlare della muffa presente per lo più in bagno ma che dava alla stanza un tanfo di chiuso. La rubinetteria in bagno era per lo più ossidata e rovinata, difficoltosa da maneggiare. La stanza era invasa da zanzare, una cosa mai vista in nessun albergo in cui ho soggiornato. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, alla luce di tutto questo, appare veramente eccessivo Appunto sulla tassa di soggiorno pagata IN NERO (5.50 euro a persona a notte, senza fattura) Azzardato definire questa struttura albergo, certamente NON DA 3 STELLE. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE.

• Christina (1/5): En stor besvikelse. - Ingenting. Vi bodde överhuvudtaget inte där utan bokade ett annat hotell. Ett sk hotell som verkligen inte bör klassas som trestjärnigt. Liten ingång till ett trapphus där en reception fanns på våning 1. Därefter hiss upp till våning två med ytterligare en dörr som ledde till en rad med dörrar. Vi fick rum 203. Ett litet smutsigt kyffe där färgen flagnade på väggar och grå smutsiga gardiner. Badrummet luktade kloak.

Le personnel est sympathique ( les 2 jeunes hommes et la femme du petit déjeuner .) Les murs de la chambre sont poussiéreux , ils devraient être nettoyés . Le petit déjeuner est bon mais si vous arrivez après 9h30 , il manque les viennoiseries .
• Julia (10/5): Hotel tranquilo y muy cómodo cerca del puerto para realizar excursiones y de autobuses para ir a Pompeya. - Hotel en calle muy tranquila. Cerca del puerto, Ideal para hacer la excursión a Amalfi, en barco con la compañía NLG. También tiene las paradas de autobuses muy cerca que te permiten ir a Pompeya en unos 35 minutos. La habitación con mucho espacio, muy limpia. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal muy agradable, a destacar Suma el chico de recepción, nos explicó todo perfectamente y nos ayudó con recomendaciones de la ciudad. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje después de dejar la habitación, por tan solo 5€, lo que nos permitió realizar la excursión en barco a Amalfi cómodamente. El chico que nos entregó las maletas muy agradable, además hablaba español. El desayuno bastante abundante, y el café estupendo. El centro está muy cerca, paseando en unos 15 minutos. Nada.

• yu (10/5): 期待以上の宿！ - 最高の宿でした。ローマからナポリまで鉄道で行き朝9時前に着いてしまったのですが、荷物を快く預かってもらえました。フロントのスタッフもホスピタリティ溢れる方で助かりました。部屋も新しく、広すぎず狭すぎず丁度いい大きさでした。冷蔵庫もありました。 朝食もしっかりしています。手作りのカプチーノを入れて頂けました。 立地も地下鉄駅からすぐ。フェリーターミナルからも近くて便利です。ナポリの活気を感じられる場所です。 このお値段はとても安いと思います。また泊まりたいです。 特にないです。

Habitación pequeña y mobiliario antiguo. Nos cobraron por dejar las maletas unas horas después del checkout.

• Enrico (6/5): Soggiorno nel complesso sufficiente ma con tante cose da migliorare. - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione dell'hotel, comoda alla metropolitana, in una via non troppo trafficata. Ho apprezzato molto lo staff, composto da ragazzi giovani e molto disponibili. Il letto era molto comodo e la camera era pulita. Bisogna assolutamente migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni delle altre camere. Io avevo la stanza vicino all'entrata quindi sentivo anche i vari rumori della reception (telefono che squillava, campanello che suonava, conversazioni con altri clienti...). Dallo scarico della doccia usciva dell'odore. Non c'era un cestino in stanza. La colazione è da rivedere, per un 3 stelle secondo me c'è poca scelta e di scarsa qualità, così come gli spazi dove la si tiene.. troppo stretti e troppo piccoli, bisognerebbe studiare una soluzione per ampliarla.

• Patrick (7/5): Un endorit pratique, à proximité du port et de la vielle ville. - L'emplacement est dans une petite rue retirée. Nous avons été bien accueilli. La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Le lit est confortable. Nous avons passé deux bonnes nuits. Le premier jour, nous sommes arrivé vers 10h00 du matin, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en attendant que la chambre soit disponible à partir de 14h00. Par contre lors de notre départ, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusque 17h00 moyennant paiement de 5€ pour la consigne qui se trouvait juste dans la salle de petit déjeuner. La salle de petit déjeuner est trop petite pour accueillir l'ensemble des logeurs, nous avons donc du patienter comme d'autres clients dans notre chambre qu'une table se libère. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, le pain est un pain en tranche de type industriel. Dommage.

On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a good first impression. The breakfast was a typical Italian offering—croissants, toast, and coffee. While nothing particularly special, it was fresh and enjoyable enough to start the day. There were some notable downsides. The hotel felt quite damp, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor, likely coming from the drains in the toilet and shower areas. Although the sheets were clean and well-maintained, the mattress and its cover did not appear as fresh and gave the impression of being dirty, which affected overall comfort.

Kahvaltıdaki personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı da iyiydi. Valizleri muhafaza etmek için 5 euro aldılar. İlk defa böyle bir şeyle karşılaştım. Kahvaltı 7:30 da başlıyor. Bana göre geçti. Nadir de olsa dışardan kepenk seslerini duyuyorsunuz sabaha karşı. Odalar da ses geçiriyor. Odaların içinde kettle ve kahve makinesi yoktu. Sivrisinek çok var ama bunun için bir önlem yok.

• Denis (9/5): - Зупинялися в цьому готелі на три доби. Головна перевага — розташування: дуже зручно як для екскурсій, так і для шопінгу, все поруч. Номер хоч і невеликий, але чистий та охайний. Окремо хочу відзначити якість сну: подушки хороші, а матрац дуже зручний. До роботи сантехніки в душі та туалеті жодних нарікань не було. Сніданок порційний (на вибір), асортимент не надто великий, але нам усього цілком вистачало. Це однозначно не п’ятизірковий готель, але ми залишилися задоволені. Можемо рекомендувати для коротких поїздок! • Номер невеликий за площею. • Вибір страв на сніданок обмежений.

Les chambres sont très propres et les douches spacieuses et modernes Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour le petit déjeuner avec fruits secs et frais oeuf vienoiseries charcuteries et fromages. Bâtiment sécurisé par badge et coffre fort et frigo dans la chambre. L interieur de l hôtel est moderne refait à neuf et très bien situé avec station de métro UNIVERSITA. Merci au staff et à la femme de ménage ! Tout parfait

The location is good, close to the port and the historic center. The breakfast was minimal but good enough to start the day. The staff are quite friendly. The bathroom is large with a nice shower. There is little to no sound-proofing, you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms - door slamings, phone notifications, chatter etc.
