• shelley (10/5): Would stay again it was perfect the staff super friendly and helpful. - On top of kanda train station great for the tired travellers with Starbucks down stairs and convenience stores at the ready this hotel had it all. the view of Tokyo tower from our room was a great find. The complimentary pj are to die for. Rooms are small but had everything you needed.

Personale disponibile e gentile, procedure di check-in e check out veloci. Pulizia quotidiana della stanza. La camera doppia è veramente piccola persino per la media giapponese. In due persone con due valigie si sta molto stretti; non ci sono piani d’appoggio né armadi o comodini. Anche il bagno molto piccolo.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στην κεντρική αγορά της Akihabara Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό, υπάρχει μια πολυθρόνα μασάζ που έχουν βάλει που τρώει όσο ελάχιστο διαθέσιμο χώρο έχει το δωμάτιο.

Right next to the train station and two stops from Tokyo Station made getting around so convenient and easy. Starbucks and Lawson's convenient store are next door for a quick snack.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room size was very small, but then again, that seems to be normal for Tokyo for 3 star hotels!

• Dóris Palma (9/5): - A localização é a melhor possível, praticamente dentro da estação Akihabara, e mesmo num local movimentado, o quarto é muito silencioso. Além disso, tem de tudo por perto: lojas de roupa, restaurantes, farmácias, conveniência 24h... Fica a cerca de 25min e uma linha de trem de Shinjuku e Shibuya. O quarto é realmente muito pequeno, mas algo padrão do Japão, fomos conscientes disso. O café da manhã, apesar de saboroso, não compensa pelo preço elevado.

• Marta (8/5): Comfortable and well-connected - Great value for money and perfectly located, just a few steps away from Akihabara Station. Service was super attentive: they got us a room with a view of the train tracks as we requested and handled our Yamato delivery perfectly, and the cleaning service was super diligent as well. For a small room in Tokyo, this was quite good! Laundry room was always full — difficult to get a machine at times! There wasn't an option for eco cleaning that included bed making: it would be nice to have that to avoid requesting a full cleaning routine every time when you stay multiple days in a row.

La cama estaba totalmente hundida y con muelles salidos. No es una habitación válida para un hotel de esas características ni mucho menores.
• susanacorreia (9/5): Boa opção qualidade-preço - A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo da estação de metro e comboios e com imensas opções para refeições por perto. O quarto estava limpo e era confortável. O que destacou esta estadia foi mesmo a cadeira de massagens no quarto, que ao fim de um dia a explorar a cidade sabia mesmo bem. O único inconveniente era que o elevador não ia direto para o piso do quarto, apesar de passarmos o cartão. Parava sempre no piso da recepção, que é no piso 6.

• Tamas (8/5): Very good hotel in a perfect location - Panoramic view, my room was on the 16th floor. I liked the massage chair in the room. Absolutely no sufficient storage space for suitcase and clothing, I had to store my clothes on the desk and on the window sill and they they always fell to the floor. There was no clothes hanger in the bathroom.
• Laura (8/5): Bien ubicado - La ubicación, prácticamente frente a la línea de tren lo que facilitaba nuestros traslados, el tamaño de la habitación, a pesar de ser Tokio La limpieza del baño y habitación no era la mejor, se ve que el mobiliario ya necesita una renovada, hay demasiadas cosas una pantalla enorme y cosas en el escritorio no necesarias que hace que el espacio se sienta aún mas reducido.

• Laura (8/5): Unbeatable location - Location is everything. You can move anywhere from Akihabara Station, very convenient. It's starting to show its age, needs maintenance and deep cleaning. Dark carpets need washing and vacuum.

It’s right next to the station, Starbucks and all the food stores and anime shops. The area is exciting and the staff is friendly. Everything’s fine, just the carpet was a bit dirty.

• Udit (9/5): Excellent stay next door to Akihabara - Excellent location right next to station. Short walk to major malls and shops in Akihabara. Supportive staff which were helpful in small things like getting another customer's clothes out of laundry, coordinating and guiding on baggage transfer to Kyoto, using translator to talk to ensure we get the best possible answers to our questions. There was some inflexibility around check in time even though we had requested an earlier check in. So we had to come back in at 2pm to check in and leave again.

• Rafael (4/5): Soulless hotel - Location - The rooms are tiny: they fit us in a double room hobbit size (literally no space for anything else) - The staff doesn't really assist you: they don't speak english at all but they will charge you for everything in the reception (the only thing you can see because there is not even a lobby, just a corridor)

The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small, which is quite common in Japan. Not a huge fan of the bed being pushed up against the wall, as it meant only one side had easy access getting in and out of bed. It also wasn’t much fun having to crawl out the bottom of the bed to go to the loo in the middle of the night.

• Max (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Gepäckservice, perfekt für Shopping in Akihabara - Das Personal war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Mein Gepäck konnte ich vor dem Check-in und sogar für 2 Wochen zwischen zwei Aufenthalten im Hotel lassen. Das war sehr praktisch, problemlos und komplett kostenlos. Auch der Gepäckversand zum Flughafen über "Airporter" war super, da ich mein Gepäck nachts abgeben konnte. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, da das Hotel direkt und überdacht mit dem Bahnhof Akihabara verbunden ist. Einkäufe dort kann man zwischendurch schnell aufs Zimmer bringen. Ich hatte Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken (17 und 18) und genoss eine sehr gute Aussicht auf den Bahnhof und Akihabara. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof war es nachts ruhig, und auch die Klimaanlage lief angenehm leise. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man braucht. Es gab genug Platz, um große Koffer abzustellen (zum Packen kann man sie gut auf dem Bett öffnen). Besonders toll war das große Badezimmer, in dem man Bewegungsfreiheit hatte. Nur ein Waschraum ist für dieses große Hotel zu wenig. Die Maschinen waren fast immer belegt und trocknen leider nicht sehr gut, was zusätzlich Zeit kostet. Außerdem ist das Zimmer zwar größer aber nicht ganz so praktisch eingerichtet, wie man es aus anderen japanischen Hotels kennt. Der Platz wird nicht optimal genutzt: Ich wusste im Zimmer nicht so recht, wohin mit meinen Sachen. Kaum Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen, nicht einmal für alle bereitgestellten Handtücher.

Nearby are Starbucks, FamilyMart, and numerous shops in Akihabara, making it ideal for those who enjoy the nightlife, as it's quite lively even at night. The rooms are of standard size, and a highlight is the in-room massage chair. N/A everything is as expected
