• GUISUN (2/5): - 밀라노 박람회 기간중에 방문했는데요, 선택지가 없어서 어쩔수없이 선택했습니다. 방에 냉장고도 없는 호텔은 처음이네요. 택시타고 이동하기에 위치는 나쁘진않지만 박람회가 아니면 절대 묶지않을겁니다.
• ctolerton (4/5): Total ripoff - This hotel is a total rip-off! We booked a triple room for 3 people, assuming the price we paid was the full and final price but no, we had to pay an additional 120 euros + city tax each, adding another 300$ to the total cost of the room because the triple room price is only for one person, not including the other two guests. Not labeled anywhere on the website and we wouldn't have booked had we known. Also had to pay a "tourist fee" on top of the city tax which I've never had to do before in any European country I've visited. Far from everything and it took a minimum of 15-20 minutes to reach any sort of tram or bus. Not worth your money and your better off staying literally anywhere else.

• Suzanne (4/5): - I chose this hotel because they offered laundry service as well as a laundry facility and they had an on-site restaurant. This hotel has none of these features. If you are on a budget, the rooms were large and clean however, I did not always feel the safest and was frustrated at how far this property was from everything I needed. It was really hard to get an Uber to come out to that property.

• Rebecca (6/5): definitely not 4 star - definitely NOT a 4 star. the hotel is in the suburbs of milan, it’s a 10 min walk to the tram then they are very regular to get to the city (15 min trip). rooms are very tired and dated. the toilet constantly ran. there is no restaurant as advertised. go to the lebanese round the corner, it was amazing. no free all inclusive water or soft drinks as other reviews mentioned. the shower was rusty. night staff was really rude and ignored us at check in. breakfast was really expensive (15€ each!!!). there is no supermarket nearby. beds are really uncomfortable, we booked a twin room and the other bed was a weird leather arm chair that pulled out to a single bed that sloped at one side. we did use the “spa” that was a steam room and a hot tub, it was ok but just make sure you pre book!

• Rune (10/5): Veldig bra. - Et funn av et hotell til overkommelig pris. Deilig å bo rolig utenfor bykjernen. Rent og pent på hele hotellet. Svært vennlig personale - både ved frontdesk ,bar og frokostsalong. Ca 40min spasertur inn til bykjernen , om man ikke ønsker å gå tar man trikk nr15 rett ved som tar deg inn til bykjernen. Jeg var i Milano i forbindelse med en konsert så selfølgelig ingen bakdel at hotellet lå kun 10 min gange fra konsertlokalet. Neste opphold i Milano selv uten konsert blir definitivt dette hotellet.

• Béatrice (6/5): - La chambre initiale était affreuse , une vraie chambre d’hôpital odeur comprise , un balcon ridicule avec des pics à pigeon sur la rembarre et une odeur d’urine insupportable, après d’infinies palabres via le très aimable jeune homme qui s’est occupé de nous avec sa direction pas très arrangeante, nous avons changé de chambre au 7eme qui était mieux, une taille raisonnable avec une odeur correcte et une décoration plus agréable. Pas de restaurant alors que c’était sur la fiche par contre … Parking très appréciable. Bien pour des séminaires mais pas pour des vacances . Très déçue 😢
• Foodiequeenie (6/5): Not a four star! - Unfortunately I don’t agree that this is a four star hotel. We arrived late and the night porter kindly showed us to our room but when we got in the first thing we noticed was there was no tea and coffee making facilities. They had left us one bottle of water each, but no fridge. However, the room was clean, comfortable and modern. TV only terrestrial. Lovely powerful shower and plenty of complimentary toiletries. The next morning we asked the receptionist to organise the kettle etc but when we returned after a day out it still hadn’t arrived in the room. When we finally got them they gave us one green tea bag and one English breakfast tea. We did manage to get a few more teabags out of the night staff and then as we were checking out I was charged a supplementary cost for it all! The surrounding streets are quite dirty with really poor GPS so taxis and Uber can never find the actual location of the hotel. About a ten minute walk to nearest amenities and tram stop. For me, I would save the money we used on transport getting into the city centre and use it to stay in a property closer to town.
• Amber (6/5): - I have awarded an ‘average’ rating for this property simply due to the fact I do not agree it is Four Star. We had no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. When we asked for a kettle and some tea we were given the bare minimum and then charged a supplementary charge on check out! The hotel is clean and comfortable but the area surrounding is a residential area and we found the GPS didn’t work in order for taxis and Uber to locate us correctly. Unfortunately a lot of dog mess on the streets outside so the area isn’t very well looked after. We probably would just use the money spent on Uber/Taxis to stay closer to the city centre in future.

• Emily (6/5): - Overall the stay was great, anytime I interacted with the staff they were very helpful, nice and always had a smile. The only downfall would be the bed in my room.. it was very hard and firm.. but the blankets and pillows were great.. I was able to walk to the cathedral and spa of my choice and there is even a REALLY GREAT restaurant right around the corner!

• Hegan (2/5): Reservation CANCELLED 24 hours prior to arrival - This hotel cancelled our reservation 24 hours prior to arrival, with no explanation and no compensation. Obviously, this put us in a very difficult situation, especially since rooms in the town were completely sold out. I would definitely not recommend this business.

• AndyandOros (10/5): Great service and thank you! - A big thank you to Rafael who really made our weekend trip special. He welcomed us on arrival and was extremely friendly offering us the customary welcome drink and advice about restaurants and about getting around Milan. When we left the hotel we mistakenly left our train tickets in the room. We called the hotel from the centre of town (some distance from the hotel) and Rafael made sure that our tickets were sent on to us in a taxi. He made several calls to make sure all was in order. While the hotel itself is a good quality standard hotel, clean with nice outside space it was the personal touch that made the short visit a memorable one. It has been a long time since I’ve reviewed a place on TripAdvisor but was moved to do so thanks to the great service.
• Lets-boogy69 (10/5): Great Value for money - The only thing I regret is that we couldn't stay more than the one night we booked! My wife and I, reserved a double room. The room was clean, comfortable,spacious, and reasonably priced,The last time we stayed in Milan we were in a different neighbourhood and had a tiny closet of a room for double the price. This was a breath of fresh air! Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (and spoke fluent English,).They helped us book taxi to the airport in the morning (the rate very fair) and it was nice to have that taken care of.The hotel serves a great breakfast that we enjoyed under a gazebo close by the restaurant. The structure gives the opportunity to use a Spa,Hamman and fitness room included in the hotel’s rate.Couldn't have asked for better service!

I rate average because i would expect more from 4 star hotel. Simple quiet dark room without carpet remind me more express hotels. Breakfast was not good at all unfortunately. Choice as in 2** hotel.
• Leeagh (8/5): Great hotel - Stayed here as a family of five in one big room. The room was nice, with tea and coffee making facilities. There was also complimentary waters in a fridge on the corridor which was a nice touch. The breakfast the following morning was amazing. Lots to choices and plenty of it. We all really enjoyed our breakfast. The only downside was the immediate environs of the hotel. We had an uneasy feeling around the area- we did not feel safe, and were sorry we chose to walk to the tram station, especially with the children. We should have ordered a taxi from reception as it would have been a more comfortable experience. But it was very convenient for visiting Milan and I would definitely recommend it for service and the breakfast!!

The staff is welcoming and English speaking, the rooms are very comfortable , warm, welcoming and relatively large. There is very easy transportation from there to the center of town. • Jef96 (4/5): Not a 4 stars hotel - I stayed in this hôtel for a business trip. My company was near so it was Perfect. People working in this hôtel are really Nice and welcoming. The problem ls the hôtel: bed really hard, i slept but did not rest. The restaurant hôtel was closed 3 Times out of 5 meals, even on saturday night and sunday All Day... The tv was not working correctly, as the remote control worked only 1 of 2 Times. Not mini bar in the room. It is in the corridor. And no still water. Only sparkling or soda. The bar is only an empty table at the reception. No one there. No People, no barman. The room was ok, but the barhroom really too small for 2 people. It was full of ants... And not really clean. At least at could work as the wifi was good. And breakfast is Nice too, served in the room.

• jeffng1029 (8/5): Very good for a small/mid-sized hotel - Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Room was small (sufficient for one, cozy if two) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with mostly pastries, cereals, and fruit. Location is a bit away from the city center, so not as convenient as a lot of other hotels, but makes up for it in price. Walking distance from Bocconi University and several restaurants and a supermarket close by. Overall, a good stay if you need to be in the southern part of Milan.

Would not recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner. Waited 45 mins for pain bowl of pasta that was supposed to be tomato and basil. Breakfast was good pancake machine was a plus!
• JMSherer54 (10/5): A pleasant escape in the suburbs of Milan - From the very beginning my interactions with the staff from this hotel was exceptional. There are numerous parks nearby which was great as I had brought my dog with me and I found the area quite pleasant and just a short ride by public transport into the city center. The hotel itself is modern and has all the amenities you could ask for including free water in the rooms refurbished every day and a free drink in the evening. A shout to Marta who was extremely accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.
• dirc0 (10/5): Best value in town, clean, calm, very friendly, you feel always welcome. - Since 5 years I stay 2 or 3 time for one week during the year in this nice and comfortable hotel, only 15 minutes form the centre of Milano. The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable. Bottles of water, as much as you want are free every day, as well as the aperitif every evening ! A small restaurant with nice pasta and typical italian dishes allows you also to have diner without going out. The staff is really very gentle, helpful and efficient for any request or services you may ask for. (!!!! ….and I ask for a iron, more hanger or additional cushion = no problem) The quality of the bed is '' first class'' as well as the bathroom (very clean) and the big screen television. The breakfast is also very good and offers nice fruits, boiled eggs, different kind of croissants, cakes, as well as different choices of cheese and ham. I recommend warmly this hotel, (I stay in average 150 days during the year in hotels in Europe…..) you will immediately feel happy and comfortable. For sure. Personally I like the rooms in the highest floors = 7th or 8th, the view and panorama of Milano is really nice ! Dominique0104
• TommyTorino92 (4/5): No shower - I reserved a room for 3 people, but when we arrived there the 3rd bed wasn't done! Since was late the receptionist did it for us. Later on I decided to take a shower but it doesn't work at all, so after a long negotiation the receptionist gave us the key of another room just to take the shower. Then we discovered that they will serve breakfast from the 8am but since we had to leave at 7.30 they served us coffee and a muffin...

Die Hotelbesitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir wurden sogar zum Mailänder Dom vom Besitzer gefahren. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ausgewogen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, jedoch ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dom entfernt. Allerdings sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell zu erreichen. Und man ist in ca. 10 zum Dom gefahren. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Werden es wieder buchen wenn wir wieder nach Mailand fahren.
• Ema_Globetrotter (8/5): Worth the value - Booked the MiHotel due to a short stay in Milano. The Hotel itself is very nice. The room is very spacious. There was free WIFI, free drinks in the lobby, free breakfast buffet and free parking (if there is space available). The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only negative thing was a strange smell in the bathroom. and the distance to the city centre. Which was around 2km. But with the tram 24 you would be able to aceess the city centre within 15 min. :)

• fits (2/5): Go other hotel - The hotel is far from metro station (2km away) with many twists, very hard to find. It's in the middle of living apartments. Room size is super small. Shower size is amazingly small that I have never ever seen anywhere.

• Leonardo (8/5): Un soggiorno a Milano per l'EXPO - Siamo stati al MiHotel durante il fine settimana 16-18 ottobre 2015 per visitare l'EXPO 2015; siamo una coppia con un bimbo di sette anni. L'Hotel è dotato di ogni comfort, tra cui il parcheggio interno e riservato ai clienti; la stanza non era grande ma c'era tutto il necessario (a parte il bidet, strana pecca in una struttura italiana), dalla TV LCD 32" all'asciugacapelli... La colazione inclusa nel prezzo era abbondante e presentava un ampio buffet dolce e salato; il personale molto efficiente, tra cui vorrei menzionare un cameriere napoletano addetto alle colazioni veramente gentile e affabile... Ho gradito molto l'aperitivo serale offerto dall'Hotel (in ossequio alla migliore tradizione milanese) sempre incluso nel trattamento di pernottamento e prima colazione. Una cosa da correggere: il riscaldamento eccessivo nelle stanze. Una cosa da premiare: la disponibilità di bottigliette d'acqua senza costi sia alla reception che al piano in apposito frigorifero. Quattro stelle meritate!

Le parking gratuit ainsi que le wifi et le verre d'accueil ont été appréciés. l'accès au hammam et au jacuzzi est appréciable si on veut se détendre. A recommander sans hésitation.

Wir haben an einem Dienstagabend in Fußweite kein vernünftiges Restaurant finden können. Die Zimmer sind OK und das Frühstück auch. Das Personal war sehr nett und es gab kostenlose Parkplätze / WLAN.
• alex (10/5): Überragend nettes Personal - Haben eine Nacht mit der Familie Zwischenstopp gemacht, schon der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett, überhaupt stach das Personal durch seine Freundlichkeit hervor! Das Frühstück (bi uns im Preis inkl.) war richtig gut! Jederzeit wieder!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro - L'hotel si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere anche col tram ( fermata a 20 minuti a piedi!) la Piazza del Duomo; nella pubblicità dell'hotel era prevista anche una navetta col centro: alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto che il servizio è sospeso in agosto! Nel bagno non veniva l'acqua calda e non funzionava l'idromassaggio. Colazione insufficiente per il numero di ospiti. Nel complesso potrebbe essere un hotel a due stelle.

• Romain (6/5): Court séjour et proximité - Hotel à 500 mètres du tramway à destination du dôme. Hotel en réfection. Personnel serviable, petit déjeuner de qualité et boissons offertes au bar de l’hôtel. Chambre petite mais convenable. Satisfaisant pour un court séjour à proximité de Milan.

• Vincent (6/5): Bon rapport qualite prix: un bon 3 etoiles. - Personnel tres serviable et accueil chaleureux. Parking gratuit et boissons soft gratuites a volonté: c'est appréciable. Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre a 11h00 au lieu de 14h00. L'hotel est a l'ecart de tout commerce ou restaurant dans un quartier un peu desaffecte et pas a proximite du centre. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas gené: nous aimons marché. Il faut compter 10 minutes max jusqu' a l'arret de tram qui vous amenera directement au centre au pied du Duomo. On est a 20-25 minutes a pied max des canaux navigli grande (quartier sympàpour manger). Le confort est un peu sommaire (douche, deco chambre,..)mais tout est propre. Je ne pense pas qu'il merite ses 4 etoiles mais c'est un bon 3 etoiles. Nous avons paye 72€ pour une chambre double avec petit dejeuner. A Milan en plein mois d'aout et en pleine exposition universelle, c'est un bon rapport qualite/prix. Ideal'pour un court sejour et pour les personnes qui comme nous passent tres peu de temps dans leur chambre et qui aime marcher un minimum.
• Aldemar (8/5): ottima sistemazione - Personale al limite della perfezione. Gentilissimi e disponibili e davvero cortesi. Questo è ciò che mi ha maggiormente colpito. Il posto purtroppo è distante dai mezzi pubblici ma la struttura è in ottime condizioni. La colazione è veramente abbondante e varia. Se dovessi tornare a Milano cercherò possibilmente di soggiornarci di nuovo.

• jv (8/5): Wat ver van centrum - Op zich goede ervaring - vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - gratis softdrinks - wel nog extra city tax die niet bij de prijsopgave zit (10 eur/nacht), dit is niet de belasting die expedia vermeldt; nadeel is dat het niet in het centrum ligt en je met openbaar vervoer/ lopen naar hotel wel even bezig bent
• Catherine (8/5): Very nice hotel and great staff. - I very much enjoyed my stay. I was attending a conference at a nearby university. The staff were fabulous. The rooms are a little small, but clean and bright. If you are visiting Milan for vacation, this hotel is a little out of the way, but the public transportation is good and cabs are not that expensive.
• Lorenzo (8/5): Hotel in zona Milano Sud - Il personale dell'hotel è di una gentilezza e disponibilità che non ho mai trovato altrove. Fanno di tutto per essere utili e risolvere i problemi. L'hotel non si raggiunge facilmente coi mezzi perché è relativamente distante (15min a piedi) dalle linee di tram e autobus, e ancora più distante dalle stazioni della metro. Però è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, sebbene un po' periferica.
• thottiam (8/5): Good Hotel - This hotel is far from the city centre it is about 9 kilometres from milan central train station, so we struggled in finding Metro trains and bus, Hotel staff explained us the location of the bus stop we had difficulty in understanding them as we can't speak italian language.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel overall w/ a few caveats - Property appeared to be newly remodeled but not completely finished yet, so a few creases remain. Hotel staff was absolutely great in every respect and so were the amenities. Our biggest (and only) complaint was that the air conditioning in both our rooms didn't work. After complaining, the hotel staff tried 2-3 times to get it to work to no avail. They insisted it was working after the remedies they applied, but it didn't (at least we didn't see any improvement). They did offer to switch one room, but not both due to occupancy (which is understandable). We didn't take them up on that because we'd still be without a/c in one room (assuming a/c in the other worked). Also, there are no fans in the room, and summer temps in Milan didn't help matters. I hope they get it fixed soon. Overall property and amenities otherwise is above par for a typical European hotel. Neighborhood is generally quiet, but no close-by subway/local train, or tram/bus stations/stops if you're looking to use public transportation (which is a great way to go about Milan)....

• Verified traveler (6/5): Modern and minimalist room in central milan - Everything was fine other than the fact that it was a bit far from the nearest metro station and the room lacked furnishings.
• Gabor (8/5): A "budget" hotel - good value for money - The first impression was not very good. We went for a sight seeing trip to Milan. It was in July and 35+ celsius. It took us a lot of time to get to the hotel from the city center and the hotel itself was not a very good one. But later we realized that the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to tram 24 which directly takes you to the center within 20 minutes. So the hotel is a bit out of the centre but not disturbing. The rooms were quite small but well equipped and equipments working. Once we went to the city and left quite a mess but put a "don't disturb" sign on the door, however when we came back the room were fully cleaned and the towels changed. That was a nice experience. The breakfast was outstanding. The gym and sauna ("hamman") were small but working properly. There were soft drinks for free of charge. I am ususally trying to find the positive things and I could find them there. And the price was also low. Overall decent experience.

• KG (8/5): Friendly staff - I really appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff was to me and my family. The room was perfectly acceptable. It was very clean! Not super comfy but no real problems either. The AC took forever to get cold but at least there was AC! The food in the restaurant was amazing but the drinks left a lot to be desired. The first night, I never got my second glass of wine, and the second night we were served almost room temperature beer because they forgot to restock. The white wine we ordered because there was no cold beer was barely chilled as well so we gave up and went back to our room, but the food was really good. I love the fact that there was cold bottled water available for free! The free snacks were also super yummy and appreciated after a long day of sight-seeing. Best part of the stay was the staff!
• dickiem (6/5): - Not a business hotel - it's not near ANY transport so involved taxis to and from the hotel to the nearest metro stop at €10 a go or a taxi into Milan centre at €20 a go. I canot understand why anyone would build a hotel in this location. It's not even on a main road so you'd have to be pretty smart to figure out where it is if you did manage to get a bus or tram that wasn't too far away.Despite using designer furniture in the bedrooms (by a brand called Lago) it did feel very clinical and a little like a smart hostel. The A/C didnt' work so I slept on top of the bed all night. and there was a weird noise coming out of the bathroom which was a vent which needless to say you couldn't switch off. All for the privelege of over £300.00 a night (it was during the Milan Furniture Fair so all hotels jack up their prices to huge levels regardless of standard). Had I looked at Tripadvisor or other reviews before then I would have seen comments about the location. Do yourself a favour and book in Milan cirty centre!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Oh Mi, Oh My! - Shocker! Poor location, no public transport. Small room, TINY shower, uncomfortable. Laundry takes 4 days. cannot supply an ironing board. Did not know if they had been paid or nopt and delayed me on checkout adding 20 Euro to my taxi bill. Internet always off. Stay at your own risk.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great service, not so good for transport - This place tries really hard and deserves to do well. Very friendly and helpful service, free soft drinks and evening aperitif, free phone calls and clean modern design. If you're travelling by car, parking is free, too. But if you're not, the nearest tram stop is about 10 minutes walk away, which wouldn't be great if the weather was bad.
