• Janet (6/5): Worst Hampton Inn Ever - Not much. The room was large. I called down to ask about a safe, and there was none. I also asked for 4 extra pillows and a man brought me 3, but he didn't speak any English so I just accepted them. No towels at the pool after I specifically ask for them. Slept terrible due to flat pillows. Breakfast area was a HUGE mess! Nothing had been filled back up, food messes all over, and no attendant in sight. When we finally did see her, she was cleaning up, but still had not filled up any of the food stations. My husband is Diabetic and couldn't eat due to this. Breakfast is one of the main reasons we stay at Hampton Inns! As it was, this Hampton Inn was out of our way, but we chose it because it was a Hampton. We will never stay here again and are considering never staying at another one!

• April (10/5): - Location to event!! Perfect The elevator wasn’t working when I returned back to the room. My room was on the 3rd floor.

Dirty soap dishes Empty soap, and lotion containers. Staff in room daily and never emptied the trash cans. Is that not a part of their responsibility or are guests not supposed to throw items in the trash cans???

• Sara (2/5): - The room smelled like pets and urine. Two of my children became ill due to the smell. The front desk offered some room freshener. Unfriendly and unacceptable. There were people grilling in the parking lot after dark and people loitering around their cars. There were several men standing sing the parking lot. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Will never stay there again. The street did not seem to care
• Annie Mae (10/5): - We had a very pleasant and easy check in. The suite was much more spacious than I thought even after seeing the pictures. The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk even checked in with us via text after our arrival and the next morning. That was fantastic. Breakfast both mornings was to be as expected. However the food was not well stocked/replenished and guests had to keep asking for things from the kitchen. (I also feel there wasn’t as much of an assortment or variety to choose from as opposed to other Hampton Inn’s we often stay at.) Overall, a great weekend stay.

• Rafael (8/5): - My overall stay was good There is nothing I really had a problem with besides the lack of outdoor lodging areas, which I feel for the average price on these rooms would be reasonable versus just a bench or two with stinky cigarette holders in your face Which might be my only gripe with my stay it has nothing to do with the hotel itself I guess, but while I was staying there, I had the option of booking the exact same stay cheaper mind you not far and alot nicer hotel that had visible outdoor lodging for guests I believe it was the hilton garden inn or something
