• Ana Maria (5/5): Gran decepción, no hay correspondencia entre precio y prestaciones, solo una muy buena vista pagando 170 dólares diarios - Si la vista desde la habitación, por la pagamos 170 dólares, hubiera estado acompañada de otras prestaciones, hubiera sido inmejorable La habitación no tenía espejo, amenities escasas, una botella chica de agua para 2 como recepción, no había alfombra en la ducha, toallas gastadas y percudidas. El desayuno no era propio de un hotel 5 estrellas, fiambre escaso, una fruta de estación, ensalada de frutas de manzana verde y roja, solo harinas, la tostadora no funcionaba. Comida caliente solo huevo, panceta y verduras. Correspondiente a un 3 estrellas

Стоит проезд 8000 $ И также отправляются автобусы в национальный парк с водопадами. Убер прекрасно работает. На парк заложите два дня. Вполне достаточно с прогулкой на кораблике. Все понравилось. Терпеливый отзывчивый персонал.

La ubicacion privilegiada, pero lejos del centro. El personal se esmera en atender al pasajero.La carta del restaurante debe incorporar otros pescados de la zona, pero en general los platos son de muy buenas porciones La ducha no tenia fuerza, posiblemente por sarro en la flor. Deben tener cuidado con ello. El dispenser de jabon liquido no funcionaba.Deben colocar en las habitaciones, una guia de progrmas de aire, para no tener que pasear por toda la programacion.

• Julienne (8/5): Nice option for two good nights - The hotel was huge and fit for regional vacationers with family. I found it to be a little much for just me. The food was acceptable. The service was a little lacking in that they seemed to be understaffed. I was gone most of the day so did not use facilities. I found the hotel to be too far from town: restauarants and shops. As a result chose to stay in. As a solo traveler these are things one has to consider carefully. I did not feel comfortable being without a guaranteed ride back. The view from my room was beautiful. I overlooked the confluence of the rivers and the Brazil side with ferris wheels and celebrations. I slept well after a long day of walking amond the falls. The front desk staff was awesome and helped me as much as possible. Too remote for a solo traaveler not interested in using the facilities or without a car.

Me hicieron pagar unas toallas que supuestamente quedaron sucias, llegué a casa y las manchas salieron en 5 minutos con lavandina para blancos. Es solo un detalle.

• fentium (10/5): Excellent Value and a Wonderful Stay at Amérian Portal Del Iguazú - We travelled as a family and stayed for four nights at Amérian Portal Del Iguazú Hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and felt it offered excellent value for money. The hotel itself is a little dated in places, although it appears that the bathrooms have been modernised. Initially we were on the top floor and experienced a small issue with shower pressure. However, we later moved to a lower floor after realising we had accidentally booked two twin rooms instead of two doubles, and the water pressure there was much better. Breakfast was excellent. There was a generous selection including teas, coffee, juices, cold cuts, cereals, delicious scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon pieces, vegetables, cakes, biscuits and local breakfast options. It was a great way to start the day. The outdoor pool area was lovely, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy drinks, a jacuzzi section and underwater loungers. The pool is slightly dated and could benefit from a scrub around the water line where a little mould has formed, though this did not detract from our enjoyment. There is also an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi which were excellent. All of us tried spa treatments with varying results. Some were excellent, while others were lighter and more mediocre despite requests for a firmer treatment. There did not seem to be consistency in the full body treatments. Asking for the same treatment another member of our group had received did not necessarily produce the same experience, which seemed to depend largely on the therapist. At times the hotel felt slightly short staffed. There was no pool service, and the rooftop bar, which offers magnificent views of the sunset and the meeting point of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, felt underutilised and could benefit from more staff presence. That said, the location, facilities and overall experience were very good. Considering the price, it represents excellent value for money. We would certainly return again, which is why I would happily rate it 10 out of 10.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. The location and views are wonderful. The bathrooms appear to have been modernised and were very good. After moving to a lower floor the shower pressure was also much better. Breakfast was excellent with a very generous selection. There were many teas, coffee, juices, cold cuts, cereals, delicious scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon pieces, vegetables, cakes and biscuits, along with local breakfast options. The outdoor pool area was lovely with comfortable places to sit, a jacuzzi section and underwater loungers. There is also an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi which were excellent. The rooftop bar offers magnificent views of the sunset and the meeting point of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay Some parts of the hotel feel a little dated, particularly around the pool area where the water line could benefit from a deeper clean. Spa treatments were inconsistent. Some were excellent while others were quite light and mediocre despite requesting a firmer massage. Even asking for the same treatment another member of the group had received did not result in the same experience, which seemed to depend on the therapist. Вид нашего номера выходил на бассейн, с балкона открывался великолепный вид на реку, мост, соединяющий Бразилию и Парагвай, т.е. отель находится на границе трех государств: Аргентины, Бразилии и Парагвая. Номера «уставшие», биде не работало, полотенца ветхие и постельное белье уже не белое)), но, вроде бы, чистые. Завтраки, по русским меркам, очень скудные, как в прочем и в других отелях Аргентины (много сладостей, а из соленных блюд - только скрымбл)

Amei os ambientes e as obras de arte! Adorei o cantinho da leitura! Cama e cobertor quentinhos! O café classifico como bom. Senti falta de mais variedades de sucos. O ar do quarto principal fica com o vento no rosto e não dá para tirar. O chuveiro não é excelente e a bica da pia espirra na roupa. Prefiro lixeiras que não precise da mão para abrir.

Overlooking the junction of the two rivers and the borders of Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. Easy journey from the hotel by hire car or minibus to both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the Iguazu Falls. The breakfast could be improved. Thicker yoghurt, wider variety of cereals, bigger range of breads, fresher cooked items.

• Fan (9/5): Very comfortable hotel with relax vibe. - I love the spa, massage, and facials. Food was great too! Will highly recommend it. The room card didn't work several times so I had to go downstairs to reset.

• Luis (6/5): - Desayuno muy completo y pileta climatizada muy linda. La puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba!!! compartíamos una habitación y no existía la privacidad en el baño. Se escuchaban TODOS los ruidos de la habitación del lado, para tener 5 estrellas la verdad eso es de muy baja categoría.

Pese a los trabajos de remodelación que se están realizando no sentimos ninguna molestia durante todo el día, han hecho un muy buen trabajo de mitigación de ruidos. La atención del personal es sumamente personalizada y cuentan con una empatía nunca antes vista por nuestra familia. La Srta Gerente General Rocío E. ha hecho un muy buen trabajo

• Adriana (9/5): Hotel com incrível vista. - Localização ótima, do quarto onde me hospedei a sacada tinha a vista para as 3 fronteiras , quarto muito espaçoso. Sacada ótima para tomar um vinho e apreciar a vista. A piscina do hotel muito bem cuidada e ótima para relaxar após os passeios. O chuveiro tinha pouquíssima pressão de água. O café da manhã é bom mas sem nenhuma mudança em todos os 4 dias .
