• juliamI1965KE (2/5): safety concern for European women - I arrived before midnight with my credit card that was blocked on the way due to fraud and after denied paying cash for the existing reservation politely asked to store my bags while I took cub driving to bank nearby to insert cash into debit card. The secured entrance to the bank did not show light confirming proper functioning and upon my return to the hotel I faced rude behavior from the female from front desk and had concern for my safety from the doormen for no reason. I was just tourist politely trying to find solution for the circumstances that seemed disturbing for the hotel's staff. Taking into account the recent murder of Ukrainian girl in subway, strongly believe that this hotel is raising safety concerns for European looking women. Another better-quality hotel in the area checked me in with cash for the room and cash for security deposit that was returned at check out

La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicinissima a Bryant Park ed alla metropolitana La cosa più grave è che hanno richiesto il pagamento alla mia banca in anticipo sul mio arrivo com'era invece convenuto, provocando il blocco della mia carta a titolo cautelare visto che essendo in volo la banca non ha potuto contattarmi per concedere l'autorizzazione. Poi pulizia delle camere un po' approssimativa, bisognava ogni giorno chiedergli asciugamani sufficienti , eravamo in 4 e ne mettevano sempre 2 o 3, ed elemosinare quasi la carta igienica, sempre centellinata.

• Yolande (9/5): Better than expected and I'll definitely stay here again. - The location was great. It's within walking distance to entertainment while being secluded. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy. The additional free breakfast bar was great. Choices were plentiful and the area was very clean. I book a stay there for a quiet gateway and it didn't disappoint. I would visit again. My room was close to the elevator which was sometimes a bit loud.

Colazione super, accontenta chiunque. Letto comodo. Gli arredi delle stanze sono piuttosto datati. L' armadio, molto piccolo della nostra stanza, aveva la porta che non chiudeva. La moquette avrebbe bisogno di essere tolta.😉 L' impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento è rumoroso, noi abbiamo potuto tenerlo spento.

Y a cada cosa que solicitamos, nos respondieron con mucha amabilidad. La habitación era pequeñísima y cuando pedimos un frigo para tener alguna bebida fresca lo trajeron pero la habitación quedó aún más pequeña. Casi todas las noches teniamos que reclamar más toallas porque dejaban menos, y la limpieza del baño fue bastante deficiente. El taxi que contratamos desde el hotel nos cobró los peajes como extra cuando en el hotel nos habían dicho que estaban incluidos.

• bethnQ3565SI (2/5): This hotel should close, needs renovation/upgrade - I am a dedicated Marriott Bonvoy person and usually always stay at a Marriott, especially for work travel. I was in town for work meetings and recommended to 3 colleagues we stay here. It is near our office and I had stayed at the Marriott Suites hotel next door, figured this would be similar quality. It is not. This is a very tired/rundown hotel. The door to my room had a gap between the door frame and the door, I could see through to the hallway. Everything about it is tired....beds, bedding, furniture, bathroom. The one bright light was the service and kindness from the employees. Tracey S, front office Supervisor was very helpful and understanding to me. I canceled the stay for myself and the 3 coleagues, moved us last minute to another hotel several locks away, a non-Marriott. This hotel should close for renovations.

La habitación estaba en malas condiciones, mobiliario viejo, cama muy incómoda, aire obsoleto, tenia un poco de polvo y me hacía sentir insegura como viajera sola.

We highly recommend this perfectly located hotel. Everything was perfect. We just have a small comment regarding the breakfast. We were quite shocked by the amount of plastic everywhere, as well as the use of disposable cutlery and tableware, and even plastic cups for the waffle batter. The sliced bread, croissants, muffins… everything was individually wrapped in plastic, which is really not in line with our habits in 2026. It’s a buffet, so why wrap everything in plastic?

• Veronica (10/5): Lugar perfecto en el corazón de Manhattan - La ubicación es perfecta, para tomar el subway queda muy cerca a la estación de Bryan Park, el valor costó beneficio lo vale totalmente, adicional el desayuno es muy completo. Lo único quit no me gustó fueron las almohadas, son muy malas, pero la habitación fue muy cómoda.
• Martina (8/5): LAST MINUTE STAYOVER. - We stayed in this hotel during the snow storm in February. It was in a brillant location close to transport and shopping. We got a great welcome from the lady at reception. She was very kind and courteous and sympathetic to our flight cancellation. Lovely welcome pack which was a lovely touch , hot cookies and coffee in the lobby. I asked for extra bedding and this was delivered to our room by a lovely staff member. The location was superb. We could walk to the main tourist sights with ease. The breakfast was very substantial and plenty of options with lovely fresh fruit and lots of hot options. Great value for money. A great find. The hotel is quite old and rooms are in need of modernisation but that said the staff and location made up for any lacking in these areas. Updating would put this hotel in top rating for Manhattan.

• Matteo (9/5): Un ottimo hotel in posizione eccellente per visitare New York City - L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccezionale, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi di Times Square passando per Broadway, ed anche molte altre attrazioni, ad esempio l'Empire State Building, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, lo staff disponibilissimo e più che cortese, la colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, inoltre c'è la possibilità di riempire gratuitamente le borracce dell'acqua. Consigliato vivamente per tutte le tipologie di ospiti. Nulla in particolare, siamo stati benissimo, non saprei cosa aggiungere.

Colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata, veramente ottima. Condizionatore in camera molto rumoroso, fastidioso di notte ma comunque non eccessivamente.
