Mai einreichen. Folgende Punkte stellen erhebliche Mängel und Verstöße dar: Respektloses Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters: Während der Übernahme des Zimmers wurde meine Partnerin von einem Mitarbeiter, dessen Name oder genaue Bezeichnung mir nicht bekannt ist, äußerst respektlos und unangemessen behandelt. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und verstößt gegen grundlegende Menschenwürde und Service-Standards. Nicht übereinstimmende Zimmerbeschreibung: Die tatsächlichen Zustände des Zimmers entsprechen in keiner Weise den auf „Booking.com“ veröffentlichten Bildern. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig, das Sofa und die Kissen waren in einem unzumutbaren, unhygienischen Zustand. Hierfür habe ich Beweisfotos angefertigt. Hygienische Mängel: Der Abfluss im Badezimmer roch permanent unangenehm. Zudem waren die Lüftungsfenster abgedeckt, was die Situation verschärfte und die Luftzirkulation erheblich einschränkte. Unzureichender Kundenservice: Der Kundenservice von Booking.com hat mir telefonisch keine zufriedenstellende Unterstützung geboten. Mir wurde lediglich geraten, das Problem vor Ort selbst zu klären. Es wurde keine Gewährleistung oder Unterstützung seitens Booking.com gewährleistet. Aufgrund dieser Umstände sehe ich mich gezwungen, diese Beschwerde rechtlich zu formulieren, um meine Ansprüche geltend zu machen. Ich behalte mir vor, die gemachten Beweisfotos sowie meine schriftliche Beschwerde öffentlich im Internet zu teilen, um andere Reisende zu informieren. Ich fordere Sie hiermit auf, mir eine angemessene Entschädigung für die erlittenen Unannehmlichkeiten zu gewähren. Sollte keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erfolgen, behalte ich mir vor, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Ich bitte um eine schriftliche Rückmeldung innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Το δωμάτιο είχε κοριούς και ήταν κακά προσεγμένα π.χ. τα στρώματα ήταν το ένα πάνω στο άλλο αλλά ακουμπούσαν στο που ήταν βρώμικα και τα παπλώματα πέρα από παπλωματοθήκη ήταν βρώμικα ίσως ποτέ πλυμένα και όπως είπα παραπάνω ήταν γεμάτο κοριούς παρόλο τις φωτογραφίες που βγάλαμε δεν βρήκαν κάποια λύση.

Es ist wie eine schmutzige, schlecht ausgestattete Pension mit sehr schlechtem Internet und einem winzigen Aufzug, auf den man eine halbe Stunde warten muss. Es riecht unangenehm, und das Treppenhaus ist eng, gefährlich und dunkel. Für den Preis ist es viel zu teuer. Nehmen Sie niemals eine kostenlose Übernachtung an. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den schönen Fotos täuschen, diese Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe. Wir bekamen eine Familiensuite im 5. Stock mit Meerblick und Balkon, die nicht einmal eine Nacht wert war. Das Zimmer war voller Insekten, und wir haben mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, dass sie sich nicht darum kümmern sollen.

Sadeq (6/5): - The location was very close to the center, Taksim square and many good restaurants and shops around. We had a problem with the suite that we booked. The room had a balcony and big windows but the noise coming from outside did not let me sleep all through the night. I believe the windows need to be sound-proof which are not! A second slight problem was with the cleaning of the first room. The bed in our first double suite seemed to have some kind of problem which I ask the owners to check it out. But when I asked them to change the room they kindly helped and gave us a better room.

Roarwell (5/5): ⁷⁸⁷,sy - Clean room, firm bed, nice view, a great supermarket next door. Not expensive. Extremely noisy location wirh a nightclub playing very loud music until 2.30am. Lots of police sirens and men screaming on the street below until dawn. Breakfast buffet in a nearby hotel was underwhelming. No wifi password given at check-in. No numbers to call front desk etc from the room phone. 2 remotes for the TV with no manual so no TV. Waterkettle without an outlet for the plug.. had to move it to the nightstand beside the bed. And no cup to drink coffee or tea. Just a small glass. Huge showerhead and no handheld shower was awkward. Tiniest closet of any hotel I ever stayed in. Uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. But the worst by far was the ruckus outside! Good location for nightlife but an awful location for a good nights rest

My reservation was mistakenly made for September 20 instead of September 13, and the reception did not assist in correcting it, charging an extra $320 for eight nights. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel, and the elevator was often occupied by staff. While the staff were polite, these issues negatively affected my experience. I may reconsider booking through Booking.com in the future and would appreciate any compensation for the inconvenience.

The staff were very kind and helpful – especially Burhan, who guided us and made our stay even better.
