When we were short of beach towels, they immediately gave them to us.The food can’t be better, especially we enjoyed national Turkish dishes. The beach is 1 minute away with all necessary facilities, so you literally live on the beach! I can highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants really good rest in a beautiful location. • Ahmad (8/5): - الإقامة في هذا الفندق كانت لطيفة و هو مناسب للعائلات و خصوصا للعائلات المحافظة و هو امر كان مهم بالنسبة لنا في غير فنادق في أنطاليا مع امرأة محجبة تشعر بأنك نشاز و لكن في هذا الفندق بوجود الكثير من العائلات المحجبة كان الأمر مقبولا . بالنسبة للأطفال الصغار فهناك العديد من النشاطات الممكن ممارستها. الغرف واسعة و نظيفة و الموقع جيد جدا و في الأخير لا يسعني إلا أن أثني و أشكر السيدة هالة بالتحديد لأنها جعلت من إقامتنا في هذا الفندق مريحة و كانت جاهزة في كل الأوقات للرد على أسئلتنا و مساعدتنا في أي شيء نحتاجه فلها منا جزيل الشكر و الامتنان صراحة انا أعطيت هذا الفندق تقييم ثمانية من عشرة و ليس عشرة من عشرة بسبب الطعام الذي لم يكن متنوعا و لذيذا بالقدر الكافي ( بالنسبة لي و الأكل أذواق ) و يجب العمل من إدارة الفندق على هذه النقطة و لكن باقي ما تبقى و لا غلطة

Plaja are nisip amestecat cu pietre, soluția, papucei din cauciuc care se pliază pe picior se folosesc și în apă și mergi foarte bine pe pietricele , aproape că nu le simți.
• Malgorzata (8/5): - This is a very nice hotel with a great location next to the beach, 20 min drive from the airport and 20 min to old town. Clean rooms and nice facilities. Lovely lounge area to relax and enjoy few coktails. Nice and clean swimming pools. Fantastic food with lots of choices (amazing cakes!). Extra points for open restaurant during the night (if you want some snacks or super early breakfast before the flight). For the price we paid it is a great deal. Ps. Amazing SPA located inside of the hotel. We highly recommend to everyone to book some spa treatments with them. Special shout out to Benz and Selin, they are the best! On our arrival the lady in the reception was super unprofessional and unpleasant rushing with our check in (there was no one behind us). She gave us no information about hotel facilities, entertaiment or internet. (The rest of the people working in a hotel were very nice). Hotel have a problem with a dinning space. Sometimes there was a problem to find a table to have a meal. Our room was worn out, need some renovation and new beds.

He didnt offer me welcome drink or anything.buttler was not helpful at all.They don't know how to treat guests.. Room cleaning services took my tooth brush and toothpaste when they clean for the second day where I was out for a Short city tour. They didn't replace it they just have taken it. So I was unable to brush my teeth.

However, it was, probably, the worst experience I had in Antalya. There was almost nothing to do in the hotel. There was no direct access to the beach, and no sunbeds there; the pools were extremely cold.
• BASHIR (10/5): Good all round hotel - This was a good all round hotel. Good food and rooms. Halla and Karina (guest relations) did everyrhing possible to make our stay enjoyable. They really want guests to be comfortable so that they come back in the future. Suggestions; The indoor pool should have been left heated till at least june given the chance of rain in may.

Ja, het hotel is hier en daar wat ouder… maar eerlijk? De service laat dat compleet in de schaduw staan. Als we echt héél kritisch moeten zijn (en dat moeten we even voor de vorm 😄), dan zouden nieuwe ligbedden bij het zwembad en strand welkom zijn. De huidige hebben een beetje een “vintage” vibe, terwijl je bij een 5-sterrenhotel tegenwoordig toch eerder loungebedden verwacht. Ook het restaurantinterieur mag misschien een kleine make-over krijgen. Maar goed… dat is dan ook echt zoeken naar minpuntjes. Want qua personeel: alle lof! Iedereen is zó vriendelijk en gastvrij, en die glimlach lijkt standaard inbegrepen bij hun contract. Je voelt je echt welkom vanaf minuut één. Hygiëne? Helemaal top. Geen enkel punt van kritiek. En dan het eten… WOW 🤩 Serieus, complimenten aan de koks en het hele keukenteam. Er is superveel keuze en alles is gewoon heerlijk. Kleine suggestie: laat de buffetten een half uurtje langer open zijn, want kiezen en genieten kost tijd 😉 Wij komen hier sowieso terug! Tip voor andere reizigers: Kaleiçi ligt op ongeveer 10 km afstand. Een taxi kost rond de €10 enkele reis, dus €20 retour. En hou er rekening mee: de prijzen in Antalya liggen tegenwoordig op Europees niveau. Nostalji dokunuşlu harika hizmet ☀️ Sealife Family Resort Hotel’de konaklamamız gerçekten unutulmazdı! Evet, otel biraz eski sayılabilir… ama dürüst olmak gerekirse, verilen hizmet bunu tamamen gölgede bırakıyor. Eğer illa bir kusur bulmamız gerekirse (biraz zorlayarak 😄), havuz ve plajdaki şezlongların yenilenmesini önerebiliriz. Mevcut olanlar biraz “nostaljik” kalmış, oysa 5 yıldızlı otellerde artık daha çok lounge tarzı güneş yatakları tercih ediliyor. Restoranın iç dekorasyonu da belki biraz yenilenebilir. Ama bunlar gerçekten küçük detaylar. Personel konusuna gelirsek: tek kelimeyle harika!

• Tatiana (10/5): Все понравилось, с удовольствием вернемся в следующем году - Номер был комфортный и хорошо оборудованный: есть чайник, холодильник, кондиционер с возможностью самостоятельно регулировать температуру, фен, сейф и др. для комфортного проживания. Каждый день проводилась уборка, в ванной были шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер для волос, крем для тела, зубные щетки, паста и другие мелочи. Также понравилось питание. Хороший шведский стол, а у бассейна с 11 до 16 часов подают очень вкусные салаты и другие блюда, можно отлично пообедать не уходя с бассейна. В течение дня аниматоры проводят разные активности: дартс, дженга, спорт, шоу программы, лото и др. Ходили в SPA в сауну и на массаж, остались очень довольны. Девушки-массажистки работают профессионально, массаж был действительно качественным, а не просто поглаживания. Из отеля есть собственный выход к пляжу. На пляже тоже хороший сервис: лежаки, бар, можно заказать напитки. Несмотря на то что отдыхали в мае, море было достаточно комфортным для купания, удалось и загореть и наплаваться. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. Очень доброжелательные, внимательные и клиент-ориентированные сотрудники. Менеджеры всегда помогали по любым вопросам: организовать трансфер в аэропорт, подсказать экскурсии, интересовались, как проходит отдых, и старались сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. -

The rooms were comfortable and the food was wonderful as well with changing menus every day. We can only recommend this place. The water in the pool was a little cold but you could quickly get used to it. Thats about the worst thing I can say, the whole experience here has been amazing.
