El personal muy amable, pudimos dejar las maletas unas horas. El olor del baño era muy desagradable, entre humedad y poca limpieza. De hecho pedimos que lo limpiaran y aún así se mantuvo el olor.

- Maria (9/5): Wow 😍 - Die Lage war super. Ein paar Schritte und man ist im American Village oder direkt in der Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Mit der Bahn von Osaka Flughafen musste man nur einmal umsteigen in die Metro. Metrostation auch direkt Nähe des Hotels (Ausgang 7 Midosuji Line). Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt, Müll entfernt, neue Handtücher bekommen und Bett gemacht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der City ist war es nie laut und wir hatten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Betten waren sehr bequem; insbesondere die Kissen. Kleines Manko: Der Haartrockner war sehr mild. Bei langen Haaren dauert es, bis die Haare trocken sind. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für japanische Verhältnisse normal.

- Hsin Ju (6/5): 地段考量可以入住1~2天是可以接受 - 地點真的很好,位置離心齋橋很近,很便利, 附近有7-11也有全家 房務人員有會說中文 很熱心指導停車場 比飯店配合的停車場還便宜且更彈性 飯店配合的停車場早上8點跟晚上10點這中間才可以進出車庫 其他時間是不允許的 也有提供一些消耗型的盥洗用品放在2樓 也有微波爐、投幣式洗衣機 房間真的很小 沒什麼可以行走的 大型行李箱攤開就滿了 而且不太乾淨 廁所有種味道 且水箱為何不清乾淨 強迫症看到真的很卡 也許清乾淨了味道就會減少 隔音不太好 敲敲牆壁 隔壁的房間都聽得到 但因為剛好隔壁是同行的家人 就不影響

- Viktoria (4/5): - Das einzig positive sind die wirklich top Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal. Wir bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer, das voller Schwarzschimmel am Fenster war. Nach Reklamation war das Personal sehr bemüht und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Nichtsdestotrotz lässt die Sauberkeit generell leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad stank am ersten Tag aus dem Abfluss und die Klimaanlage nach Nikotin.

If coming after 10pm, main door is locked for security reasons and you have to ring a bell to be let in since reception is on level 1. Its a good thing but this needs to be mentioned in property description.

La habitación no estaba limpia (dejo fotos) no para los estándares que hemos visto en Japón (hasta en zonas rurales hemos estado mejor) Creo que eso lo deben mejorar por el precio que se cobra, la nevera tuvimos que desenchufarla porque hacía un ruido tremendo… si es solo para una noche es pasable, si vais a quedaros más tiempo en Osaka, no es para quedarse más tiempo

The area itself had quite a lot going on and that’s great to be able to just zoom in and out. It’s even a short walk to the famous Dotonbori street. The room was reasonably enough that I can keep our suitcases opened. The staff were extremely helpful. Probably just the toilet. But that’s only a personal choice. Not the biggest fan of the tub/shower combo.

- Brittany (10/5): We only stayed one night here, despite that the staff were so friendly and helpful. My special request for a note to say - Super close to the train station and a short walk to get anywhere. Easy to access and had nice extras that you can access downstairs at reception!

- Simmi (9/5): - 櫃檯人員很客氣，讓人對飯店的第一印象很好。 地理位置佳，離車站很近。 附近就有便利商店，也有百貨公司可逛。 客房空間不算大，但對旅遊的我們來說設備、整潔及舒適度都是很OK的。 已經預訂3月初再次入住了。

- Laura (10/5): - LA POSIZIONE!!! Osaka é grande e come ogni grande città bisogna trovare una posizione strategica. L’hotel è nel quartiere pulsante della città. La fermata della metro é letteralmente a 30 metri dall’albergo e il ponte con il famoso Glico lo raggiungete in neanche 10 minuti a piedi. Inoltre la stanza non era piccola se si tiene conto degli standard giapponesi. Non c’è nessun tipo di armadio e dovrete tenere tutto nelle valigie anche se facendo un road trip del Giappone é una cosa che non crea particolari disagi dovendo continuamente cambiare città (e comunque non troverete praticamente mai hotel con l’armadio qui, quindi rassegnatevi all’idea di non averlo).
