• Odyssey22992212458 (8/5): Highly recommend this hotel - I really like this hotel and return every time I come to Abu Dhabi. My stays have ranged between 3 weeks to 6 months. The rooms are spacious and kept immaculately. This trip I highly commend Rana and Zaw of the housekeeping staff. Professional and personable, they demonstrated true hospitality. The only reason I I gave four out of five, is because the expansion and new vibe at Coopers (the attached pub) can sometimes be loud. This being said, I have spent a lot of time at Coopers (especially in warmer months) during off-peak hours. The staff there are incredible and work as a cohesive team. There have been changes in the menu of Ginger. Some changes I like, some not so much - but all the food is prepared well and they keep the 50 meters of buffet organized and clean. The morning omelette chef, “Justin” (I think) is a master. One other man has stood out during every visit, and that is George in security. George is consistently a source of positive energy. Returning to the hotel after a day’s work to be greeted with his smile and warm personality is always nice. I recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here during my trips to Abu Dhabi.

The staff are very friendly especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. A special mention goes to SANGITA, she has a very lovable character, very friendly and very neat. She always made sure we had everything we needed especially when she noticed i like coffee she made sure to stock my table with coffee and creamer at all times for the one week we stayed at this hotel. Her kind of service is very exceptional and she's very committed to her job, I noticed she ensures guest satisfaction which is the one thing everyone needs when it comes customer service. • 107duz (2/5): 用餐体验非常糟糕 terrible experience at restaurant - Some of the reception staff were excellent — especially the gentleman who speaks Chinese and the lady who helped us at check-out. However, the overall stay was disappointing. First, the bathroom drainage was terrible — the water would not go down while showering, leaving the whole bathroom wet and very inconvenient. I wasn’t planning to mention this at first, but what truly made me angry was what happened at the restaurant. We were shown to a table by staff and I even left my room key there, but when we went to get food another guest took the seat. Instead of asking him to move, the staff asked us to change to a corner table. I really don’t understand why we had to give up a table that was clearly ours. Neither the guest nor the staff offered any apology or basic courtesy. I’m so angry about this. The restaurant experience was extremely poor, and it completely ruined my impression of this hotel. Because of these issues, I will not stay here again. 前台的部分工作人员非常好，尤其是一位会说中文的先生，以及帮我们办理退房的女士，服务态度都很棒。 但是整体入住体验让我很失望。首先，浴室的排水非常差，洗澡时水根本下不去，整个浴室都被弄得很不方便。原本我还不打算提这件事，但真正让我愤怒的是在餐厅发生的情况。 我们明明是由工作人员带到座位的，我也把房卡放在桌子上了，但在我们去取餐的时候，另一位客人却占了位置。更让我无法接受的是，工作人员没有让那位客人离开，反而要求我们换到一个角落的座位。明明这个桌子最初就是我们的，却要我们来迁就别人，这让我觉得非常不公平。 整个过程中，无论是那位客人还是工作人员，都没有一句道歉或基本的礼貌。我真的非常生气。这次的餐厅体验极差，也彻底破坏了我对这家酒店的印象。因为这些原因，我不会再选择这家酒店。 بعض موظفي الاستقبال كانوا رائعين، خاصة الرجل الذي يتحدث الصينية والسيدة التي ساعدتنا عند تسجيل الخروج، فقد كانوا لطفاء جدًا ومهنيين. لكن إقامتي بشكل عام كانت مخيبة للآمال. أولًا، كان تصريف المياه في الحمام سيئًا للغاية، فعند الاستحمام لم ينزل الماء وبقي الحمام كله مغمورًا بالماء، مما سبب إزعاجًا كبيرًا. في البداية لم أكن أنوي ذكر هذا الأمر، لكن ما حدث في المطعم جعلني غاضبة جدًا. الموظفون هم من أجلسونا على الطاولة، ووضعت بطاقة الغرفة على الطاولة، ولكن عندما ذهبنا لإحضار الطعام أخذ ضيف آخر المكان. والأسوأ من ذلك أن الموظفين لم يطلبوا من الضيف المغادرة، بل طلبوا منا أن ننتقل إلى طاولة في زاوية القاعة. لم أفهم لماذا كان علينا نحن أن نتحمل ذلك بينما كانت الطاولة لنا منذ البداية. لا الضيف ولا الموظفون قدموا أي اعتذار أو حتى أبسط كلمات المجاملة. أنا غاضبة جدًا من هذا الموقف. كانت تجربة المطعم سيئة للغاية وأفسدت انطباعي عن الفندق بأكمله. وبسبب هذه التجربة لن أعود للإقامة في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى.

• AhmedAlblooshi (10/5): Great stay at Park Arjaan – spacious, clean, and great service - I stayed at Park Arjaan by Rotana for a week, and it was my first time there. The place is more like an apartment hotel, so if you’re a family or someone who needs extra space and a kitchen, this is a really good option. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is great and easy to reach. I also want to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were during my stay. I had lunch and dinner several times at Ginger Restaurant, and the food was genuinely tasty. The service there was excellent too. One thing I want to mention for anyone coming with their own car – I’d personally recommend parking the car yourself instead of using valet. It’s just a small observation, but I noticed the valet guys were handling a lot of cars at once, and sometimes driving a bit fast to keep up. Also, the basement parking can be a little tight, and people might open their doors carelessly, which isn’t ideal if you have a luxury or big-sized car. I preferred to park my car myself and had no issues that way. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. The breakfast buffet was always fresh, varied, and delicious — there was something for everyone, every single day. We want to give a special thank you to Mr. Som Raj, who took care of our room throughout our stay. He was amazing — the room was spotless every day, the sheets were always perfectly changed, and everything looked impeccable. His attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference. We’re very grateful for his excellent service! The hotel pool was also great, with the water at the perfect temperature for relaxing. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about — everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return!

Valet parking-system runs smoothly,just hand over keys ,receive the coupon,your luggage will reach room . Reception-Alia from reception was so friendly and upgraded our connection room to a bigger room with a nice view.She explained everything patiently and added a late check out till 2 pm at no extra cost. Lifts-multiple lifts which will not make you wait Room -was very nice ,spacious and settings were so user friendly.Only thing which I found which can be improved is updating TV s to smart TV,as kids demanded youtube,I tried to mirror the screen but didnt work.View of Khalifa park from room was awesome. Room dining service -was fast and professional.They accept card or cash.Staffs were friendly .chicken burger is a must try. Swimming pool-Nice ambience ,kids friendly ,life gaurds are vigilant all the time .pool opens at 7 am to 10 pm,kids enjoyed pool side french fries.Pool food counter staffs are friendly .counter closes by 8 :15 pm . Breakfast-More than food attitude of staffs were so nice,naming a few Trase(spelling may be wrong),Julius ,appreciate Check out was so smooth since we paid for the room dining each time and there were no payments to be made and Ibrahim finished it in seconds. Andrew came to collect bags from room, he packed all our bags inside the car and was fast,Appreciate.

We had to change our apartment since it got quite loud during the Easter celebration at the bar and the staff at the reception immediately arranged for the shift. The reception staff is always there to help out with a smile. Madhra and Roldan made sure our room was spotless every day, they brought us water and everything else we needed for the kitchen. At breakfast our children enjoyed interacting with all the staff ( am sorry I didn’t write down everyone's names on a paper to remember, but every single person was anticipating all our needs and having small kids with us made our stay even more pleasurable and easy) who were smiley and very approachable. We felt everyone had a genuine smile. Happy people made us all feel happy!

Specially my baby really enjoyed and made friends here. We would like to mention “Sangeeta” our housekeeping lady she is wonderful, so welcoming and professional.She used to take care of everything like cleaning, changing sheets, kitchen cleaning everything. My daughter was very fond of sangeeta. Supervisor “Jeba”and other staff also who have been on rotational shifts with us they all have been wonderful and helpful. We are satisfied with your wobderful hospitality. We were worried that how are we going to stay in a hotel for almost 2 months, but your hotel made sure that we don’t miss our home back. • Verified traveler (10/5): - We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. All staff were friendly and polite and were more than accommodating. The room was clean and well organised and many facilities were provided for an excellent price such as washing machine, microwave, cutlery and plates and sink. As someone who doesn't like to use strange bathrooms, this one was clean and I felt really comfortable using all the facilities in it. We slept well and check out was smooth. Taxis were provided from the hotel straight to the airport to catch our connecting flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

• Maysa (10/5): All-round Excellent Hotel - Unknowingly we got one of the suites on the second floor and I just have to say those 'apartments' are pretty neat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, the living room is perfect for a family gathering and the bedroom and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym has pretty much every machine you can think of and the spa is probably one of the best I have been in. The complimentary sauna/steam room use is a great bonus as well. As a part of our hotel booking we requested the buffet breakfast and it was pretty good. Extremely busy an hour prior to closing but there is absolutely no way anyone would leave there without feeling stuffed and happy. As a vegan, I also found a lot of great food options from fruit to breads to jams, peanut butter, and salads. Definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would no doubt stay here again.

• Abdulla (6/5): لم يعجبني الفندق .... - الحقيقة هذه أول مرة أسكن في فنادق روتانا، وبالنسبة لي ستكون آخر مرة في هذا الفندق بالرغم من حجمه الكبير، إلا أنني فوجئت بصغر حجم الغرفة بشكل كبير، غرفة النوم حوالي 3x3 تقريباً، والصالة صغيرة كذلك، لدرجة نجد صعوبة في ايجاد مكان مناسب للصلاة أنا والعائلة !!، حمام الضيوف بدون شطاف !! والله شعرت وكأنني لست بدولة الإمارات العربية، فغريبة أن يصمم حمام بدون شطاف ماء للغسل !! غسالة الملابس لم نستطع الاستفادة منها بشكل جيد، طريقتها غريبة في الاستخدام حتى العاملين في الفندق لم يعطونا التعليمات الصحيحة لطريقة استخدامها!! الفطور بعد انتهاء وقته، حتى لو أنك لم تنتهي من إفطارك، يغلقون عليك الإضاءة !! في تصرف غير أخلاقي لم تحدث معي ولا مرة في أي فنادق أخرى !! يرسلون لك رسالة مبطنة أنهي فطورك بسرعة وغادر !! الفنادق الأخرى تتوقف عن تقديم الخدمة ويبدأوا برفع الآواني .. لكن وأنت تفطر يغلقون الإضاءة عليك!! والله يا إخوان إنني حاجز مع الفطور .. لكن بعد الحادثة في الأيام التالية نجهز فطورنا في الغرفة ونفطر دون النزول للمطعم !! نوعية الطعام في مطعم الفندق عادي جداً، أي ليس لذيذاً بالرغم من سعره العالي جداً. الموظفين والمسؤولين يعملون ما بوسعهم لإرضائك فعلاً، فلقد شكوت قسم خدمات تنظيف الغرف لسوء التعامل .. ماهي إلا دقائق حتى توالت الاتصالات وزيارات المسؤولين لي للاعتذار .. وقدموا لنا هدية للاعتذار .. فشكراً لهم. تقييمي للفندق بشكل عام هو 6.5 من 10 .. من وجهة نظري الشخصية .. بسبب ضيق الغرفة والصالة .. وبسبب عدم ودية عاملين النظافة لديهم .. ولا أنصح السكن فيه ...

• Richard (6/5): Noisy Pub - We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we had an 8 month old baby, we heard about a loud pub called coopers and not to get a room above this pub so we requested a room away from the pub so not to wake the baby.When we checked in they had 1 room for us above the pub they offered us two options we can either go into a room in the hotel but the problem was that we needed a kitchen and a bath for the baby or they could move this into that room and then change the room in a few days. They apologised and said the manager would call us with some compensation. We took the room, after a few days they did call us to move us but when you have the amount of stuff we had with the baby + food in the fridge it would have taken a day to pack and move so we stayed. The pub is very loud from Wednesday- Friday nights and there's a lot of shouting and singing people outside until 3 or 4am. This was the main issue with our stay so avoid a room near this pub if you can, it's really noisy. Other than that facilities, rooms and people are very good and friendly I can't complain about that. Just the pub, oh and the manager never called back!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent Business Stay - Comfortable and clean Hotel. More suited to business although the pool area is very family orientated. Oddly they let people smoke in the pool which is alittle off putting. Reasonable gym and there is an excellent cafe- natalies nearby. The downstairs coffee shop is unreasonably priced. Make sure you ask for a room away from the bar coopers which can get loud at weekends.
