- Utea (10/5): Zentral gelegenes, sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, fußläufig zu vier verschiedenen Metrolinien. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Unsere Rezeptionistin, die recht gut deutsch sprach, war äußerst hilfsbereit bei allen Belangen, z.B. mit Metrotickets und der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wasser ist den ganzen Tag kostenlos erhältlich. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber gut durchdacht.

- Patricio (8/5): Muy lindo hotel en un barrio tranquilo - El hotel es muy lindo, el barrio es muy tranquilo y la zona hermosa sin turistas, por lo tanto es necesario tomar subte para cualquier recorrido. Los empleados muy amables, te permiten guardar las valijas si llegas antes de la hora del check-in. Ademas tienen a disposición todo lo que uno necesita para higiene personal, cremas, te, café, y hasta heladeras con botellas de agua para que uno agarre sin pagar (eso me pareció fascinante y valioso).

- Ozan AKARSU (10/5): - Otel iki farklı metro hattına 7-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde sakin bir sokakta yer alıyor. Biz kahvaltısız paket almamıza rağmen ücretsiz kahvaltı fişi verdiler ve kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Ayrıca resepsiyonda ücretsiz su olması da gayet güzeldi. 3 günlük metro biletlerimizi de resepsiyondan satın aldık. Bavullarımızı sıradaki otele yollamamıza da oldukça yardımcı oldular, gecenin ikisinde bavulları indirmiş olmama rağmen. Odalarımız her gün temizlenip toplarlandı. Odalar bir miktar küçük ama sanırım Tokyo için yapacak bir şey yok. Gayet memnun kaldık.

- Thivillon (6/5): - The location was good, not too far to the stations. We received free breakfast for every morning we stayed there. The beds was comfortable and very clean. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids ( 10 and 5) but the 5 years old didn't get bed and toiletries. The reception told us we need to book an another room in extra, but not in our budget. It was confused that was not mention when we booked the accommodation. The laundry space was with no dryer.

- Arjan (8/5): Top geregeld op een centrale plek! - Kamers waren voor japanse maatstaven groot. Alles was netjes en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ligging was uitstekend en de wijk lekker rustig. Ontbijt had wat uitgebreider en gevarieerder gekund maar alles smaakt goed. Het hoofdkussen was wat plat maar verzoek kregen we snel een extra kussen.

The breakfast is very complete, the service is consistently attentive, and the facilities are comfortable. While the rooms tend to be on the smaller side, they are well maintained and functional. The location is very good, making it easy to get around the city. We would also like to especially thank Tiana for her constant assistance throughout our stay, which made a meaningful difference in our experience.

- Sophie-Anne (9/5): Hôtel très bien situé et personnel au petit soin - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions du personnel. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de constater qu’un petit déjeuner était offert et qu’ils organisaient des activités gratuitement. La cérémonie du thé à laquelle nous avons participé était top! Franchement c’était vraiment super ! Petite incompréhension juste sur le concept de la « Green card ». En effet, même en la mettant, la chambre était entièrement nettoyée et les essuis changés mais c’est un détail.

- Takashi (9/5): 満足してます。また利用したいです。 - 目的地に対してアクセスが良かったです。空調が心配でしたが、空気清浄機もあり、部屋に窓もあったので湿度管理もできました。子供の受験での利用でしたが、素敵な合格祈願のダルマの折り紙とマスク、カイロを準備いただいておりました。 部屋、バスルームともに少し匂いが気になりましたが、空気清浄機を稼働させたらその後は気にならなくなりました。

- Rebecca (8/5): Great stay in a good location - You could choose which bathroom amenities you needed from the reception area so as to not waste anything. Breakfast offered a good Japanese variety and also a take away coffee, perfect when you wanted to be up and out. It is close to the subway which is a bonus. Our second room wasn’t ready when we arrived ( despite arriving after the specified check in time). As we had 2 rooms and were heading straight out, it wasn’t a problem, but for people coming straight from a long haul flight this could have been frustrating.
