• Echavarria gil (8/5): EL MÁNAGER MUY AMABLE - Después de que nos cambiaron de habitación , estuvo muy bien , muy cálido , tenía lo necesario para una estancia corta , aunque en 2 ocasiones solo dejaron 1 toalla cuando éramos dos personas La primera noche la habitación que nos asignaron estaba en el sótano , nada parecido a la imagen , justa debajo de la entrada principal se escuchaban los pasos , el ruido de la gente que pasaba por la calle , era horroroso , el mánager muy amablemente nos solucionó y cambió de habitación , la chica de la recepción fue muy despota y grosera

• kim (8/5): Great location - Quiet hotel. Lovely deluxe rooms … comfy bed, nice bathroom with free standing bath and big shower. Iron and ironing board provided upon request. Bar reasonably priced. Great location for Marylebone Registry office. No expanding vanity mirror in bathroom, it’s a long reach over the wash basins to see in the mirror for make up!
• Pranati (6/5): - Amazing location. Very safe. No noise. So if you’re looking for something in central London that is safe and isn’t noisy, then this is an amazing hotel to stay at. Marylebone and baker street stations, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and pharmacy are walking distance from here. There is no elevator on the property so be prepared for that. There is no concierge to carry your heavy/ big luggage. So be prepared for that. I wasn’t. The rooms are small. My room was on the top floor and had this weird floor where you’d imbalance every time you got out of the bed. The bed was okay too, I expected it to be less springy.

• Patterson (9/5): - Gorgeous, light and airy room with high ceiling in deluxe double. Double bed was perfect for a solo traveller. Felt safe and cosy. Double bed would be on the small side for a couple IMO. Noise from other rooms but that's kind of part of the charm of a boutique hotel.

Only one teabag was provided for two people and was not replenished after our first night. When the room was cleaned, dirty glasses were left on our bedside tables. Expensive for what it is.

• Brian (9/5): Comfortable, well furnished rooms in a great location - Location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Old Marylebone Town Hall for a wedding. Very comfortable small hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you are on the top floor there are a lot of stairs and there isn’t a lift (which we knew) and wasn’t a problem for us but would be for less mobile people.
• Alex (7/5): Modern hotel with good amenities, if you catch someone at the front desk properly. - Well appointed and furnished modern rooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. The hotel itself is also well located, and the free Wifi a positive. I was stuck outside for a while when reception was left unstaffed, for about 5-10 minutes in the middle of the day before checking in. My room also had evidence of the previous occupant in it, showing the cleaning wasn't as good as it could have been.

• Masi (6/5): - De locatie was echt top Het personeel koffers werden later geleverd want die zaten niet op de vlucht beneden gaan vragen of de koffers er al waren personeel zei dat ze er niet waren dus spullen moeten kopen omdat wij met onze zoon van 1 jaar op reis waren dus niks hadden voor hem bij terug komt ons klaar gemaakt om op stap te gaan bij het pakken van onze kinderwagen stond onze koffer er gewoon dus het personeel heeft niet gekeken waardoor wij onnodig veel geld hebben uitgegeven voor spullen die wij opdat moment nodig hadden Warmte op de kamer

• Silvia (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel, in a beautiful neighborhood - Tuvimos 2 reservas en fechas distintas. La primera en la habitacion grande, con bañera en el aseo.. Muy linda y cómoda. La sgte reserva tuvo que ser en una habitacion pequeña (no había disponibilidad para las fechas que necesitábamos, bastante cómoda pero pequeña sobretodo luego de haber estado con anterioridad en la otra. Sin duda es una super opcion para lo que nosotros buscábamos. Si tengo que poner un inconveniente y nosotros viajando con 4 maletas el no tener ascensor fue complicado para instalarnos. Al llegar amablemente la persona en recepción nos ayudó con este asunto. El barrio muy lindo, las habitaciones impecables, la cama cómoda, el baño muy agradable...Será mi opción para mi siguiente viaje a Londres. Me gusta que sea un hotel pequeño. Sabía que no habia ascensor, no fue una sorpresa. Pero me hubiera encantado lo tuviera....tal vez instalar uno para dar facilidad a los huéspedes? El desayuno cumplidor pero nada espectacular.

• Jwilliamc2 (4/5): Not great for the price. - The strict no-refund/no-cancellation policy was very disappointing, as we had accidentally booked the wrong date. We realised the mistake within 15 minutes of making the booking and immediately tried to change it, but the hotel was extremely unaccommodating and required an additional £150 just to move the reservation, which felt excessive and unreasonable. The room itself was fine nothing special, but adequate. The staff member we dealt with was clearly following policy, however they showed little friendliness or understanding of the situation. Overall, I would advise caution when booking here, and I would not recommend staying at full price.

• daverF8290KI (10/5): A Belting Hotel Close To Marylebone Station - Stayed because I wanted somewhere close to Marylebone Station, which is a 5-minute walk away—lovely room, lovely staff, highly recommended.
• Aimee (7/5): It's a good little hotel. - Good location, quiet street, Parking nearby. Convenient. Rooms are clean. Pillows are uncomfortable and thermostat was difficult to adjust in way that 'stuck'. Room very hot and hard to bring it down even as windows open so little.

• Maximilian (4/5): not satisfying at all - Clean Surroundigs No hot water as we needed it. Friday was planned for a wedding. Couldn’t shower. No cooperation or understanding from the staff. After complaining reception told they will refund full price of stay next day she refused. After a big complaint they agreed to give a 20 percent discount. Even a 20% discount is not acceptable here for this inconvenience.

• Rana (1/5): - The location The cleanliness. They gave me a toilet that wasn’t clean, I spoke with the front desk staff, they didn’t send someone to clean or change my room. I stayed in the room for 3 days with a toilet that doesn’t work before they changed my room. Absolutely disgusting. I have attached a photo of the pleasant sight I was met with after I checked into my room. Also the cleaning staff in the morning they open the room without knocking, I was dead asleep on an early morning when my door was opened by the cleaning staff.

Nespresso machine in the room, which saved the day. Hotel bathrobes and slippers were provided. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Very good location, stone's throw from Baker Street and a short from from Edgeware Road and Marble Arch, but very quiet.
