- thechief (7/5): Tokyo - De ligging van het hotel is dichtbij het metro/treinstation A5. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam. Niet erg uitgebreid ontbijt voor de prijs die je ervoor moet betalen. Kleine kamer met weinig opbergruimte.

Dostęp do herbaty i kawy, czajnik w pokoju. piżama i kapcie. To dobry hotel na jedną lub dwie noce, albo jak ktoś lubi tzw. kontynentalne śniadanie (przewaga węglowodanów w ofercie, nie było miso i warzyw). Monotonne śniadania, bardzo skromny wybór, bez owoców i warzyw. Pokój był słabo wysprzątany (znalazłam orzeszki między łóżkami, pod pościelą). Niby generalnie ok, ale przydałoby się generalne sprzątanie i wymiana różnych akcesoriów - np. zasłony prysznicowej czy zasłony na okno łazienkowe.

- Portia (5/5): Mediocre and musty rooms but nice staff and quiet location - Location is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to trains and the free coffee and pastries were a nice touch. Most staff we dealt with were quite nice and accomodating. They were able to hold our suitcases in a secure space for a few hours which was nice. The hotel rooms smell musty and have had mold problems before and you can see where they've painted over it. The rooms smelled like dirty feet. We were even moved into a new room but it had the same problem. The only saving grace was that we were able to open the window otherwise it would have been unbearable. Also there was mold in the shower caulking and the bathrooms were quite tired. You also couldn't fully control the air conditioning which ended up being fine for us but would have been a problem if we preferred a warmer room. The smell was the biggest problem and the staff were very apologetic but I think it is a symptom of poor ventilation and perhaps carpet that needs to be replaced.
- Riccardo (8/5): Discreto ma con spazio limitato - Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Imperiale e circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Tokyo, snodo fondamentale per tutti i trasporti. L'hotel si trova nel quartiere di Akihabara, ed è servito da varie stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di utilizzare diverse linee, sia di Tokyo Metro sia JR. La zona è molto centrale ma si è al di fuori del caos di altre aree, come Shibuya o Shinjuku. Il personale è cortese e la camera risulta pulita e fornita di tutte le classiche amenities (kit da cucito, spazzolino e dentrificio, asciugacapelli) La dimensione della stanza è davvero piccola, come segnalato da tanti utenti prima di me. So che la situazione a Tokyo è spesso questa, ma penso che valga la pena segnalarlo. Come viaggiatore singolo non ho avuto particolari problemi a riguardo, ma utilizzando la camera già in due persone si sarebbe stati stretti. Lo spazio a disposizione non permetteva di aprire la valigia in maniera agevole, e manca un armadio. Le pulizie avvengono ogni 3 giorni, compreso il cambio lenzuola/asciugamani. Il letto viene sistemato e rifatto con la stessa frequenza. Particolarità da segnalare: una delle pareti interne della camera da letto è occupata da una finestra che affaccia direttamente sul bagno. Il vetro è trasparente, il che non garantisce grande privacy. C'è una tendina che può essere chiusa dall'interno del bagno per separare le due zone, ma sicuramente è una soluzione non ideale

- Chia Min (10/5): Great stay, helpful staff and quiet neighborhood - I stayed here for 3 separate nights and was able to store my luggage. The staff here are very kind and helpful. They helped me with luggage transfer and with reserving a taxi at my next destination. It is close to 3 different subway lines and has stores nearby, while still being quiet. I would stay here again! More washers/dryers or having a separate washer and dryer instead of the combo would be better.

- IKHL (8/5): A good C/P hotel to stay near Ochanomizu - 1. Staffs are kind. The location is close to Akihabara and Tokyo dome, but not too close to being noisy. 2. Although the standard room is typically small, the decoration is acceptable with lots of small space for putting or hanging things. 1. Standard room is still typically small as already known. 2. The breakfast can have more choice, like serving fried eggs.

Also lived the little table/sofa bench in room. Very well decorated and felt cozy. Next door was playing music really loudly. The staff were really kind, however they offered me to move…which was great, but why should I move? I already had my things ready for the next day and I feel like I shouldn’t have had to move rooms? I wasn’t making any noise. Also who plays music like that in a BUSINESS HOTEL? It wasn’t a party place or near any party places, that’s why I booked it. I hope for more quiet atmosphere.

- Thierry (9/5): Cozy, quiet, plus great train views nearby. - The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Ochanomizu JR station. There is a great photo spot just in front of the station where you can see three train tracks crossing each other. The single room I stayed in was pretty nice—a typical Tokyo size, small and cozy. It had a king-size single bed. Overall, it's a nice, quiet hotel in a peaceful neighborhood.

- MIKU (10/5): また泊まりたい - 内装が綺麗で設備も良い。写真通りの綺麗さ。ベットの寝心地も良かった。リファのシャワーヘッドは嬉しかった。午後〜夕方まで限定で日替わりウェルカムデザート(スイートポテト)が無料で食べられて美味しかった。ロケーションも最高。淡路町駅まで徒歩1分で、夜はコンビニや飲食店が少し離れているため治安が悪いこともない。何よりスタッフの方々の対応がスマート。荷物預かりや外出後部屋に置いといてくれた。海外の方も多いけど丁寧なコミュニケーションをしてて見てて心地良かった。 部屋のソファー部分のシーツのシミみたいなのが気になった。シャワー室のカーテンがやや短いのが気になったぐらい。

- 9ま3 (8/5): - ロビーにコーヒーマシーンがあって、無料でホットコーヒーかエスプレッソを頂けます。 部屋も「とても広い！」というわけではないですが、ベッドはダブルで広々、テーブルひとつに向かい合った椅子も2つあり、ひとりで過ごすには十分です。 あととても助かったのが、ホテル徒歩5分圏内に24時間営業のドラッグストアが2店あり、ちょっとした軽食や飲み物、忘れてしまった化粧品など手に入れやすく、ありがたかったです。 強いていうなら宿泊時アイスサーバーが故障していたので、それが少しがっかりしたぐらいです。

- 美奈子 (9/5): 快適でした。 - コンパクトな部屋ですがおしゃれな雰囲気で快適でした。洗面やお風呂のお湯がすぐ出て、水圧も強かったのが良かったです。お風呂とベットルームの間の壁に謎にガラス窓がありましたが、そのおかげで圧迫感があまりなかったかも。 真冬だったのでエアコンを入れてましたが、通常より高い温度設定にしないと温まらない感じでした。

- Takuro (8/5): きれいで使いやすい客室、また宿泊したいホテル - 地下鉄の淡路町駅から至近で、清潔感がありスタイリッシュなホテルでした。チェックイン時にいただけるコーヒーとスイーツもありがたいサービスです。 恐らく前に宿泊されていた方の香水だと思うのですが、匂いがだいぶ残っていたことだけが残念でした。
