La hauteur sous plafond dans la chambre est impressionnante la situation de l’hôtel est idéale et centrale Chambre très propre et service super Globalement j’ai trouvé que le prix de la chambre est trop élevé. Le lit n’est pas confortable , les oreillers aussi. La douche de la salle de bain est minuscule Le petit déj n’est pas foufou ( choix restreint et pas de très bonne qualité) Les membres de la réception n’ont pas du tout parlé du SPA ou d’autres services dans l’hôtel Wifi super nul

Отель просторный, номера большие, комфортные, красивые. Здание историческое. Нас заселили на несколько часов раньше, и разрешили задержаться на 2-3 часа, без доплаты✨ Не нашли ложку для обуви🤷‍♀️ И ушных палочек. Нет отдельной вентиляции в ванной комнате. Но при этом в номере был крем для лица! И гель для интимной гигиены! Также не было кофе-машины, только чайник. Две бутылки воды в день входили в стоимость, что тоже очень приятно.

Unico appunto la colazione era si molto fornita di tante cose ma secondo me i succhi sembravano annacquati, croissant e torte varie non freschi a volte sembravano vecchi e senza ripieno, con tutti i dolci di Napoli mi aspettavo qualcosa di più fresco e buono, il resto bene anche i camerieri molto molto gentili.

Mick (5/5): Not are great experience - The hotel's proximity to the old town was its only redeeming feature. Beyond that, the area felt neglected, situated uncomfortably close to a facility for the homeless, which left us uneasy during our walks. Breakfast was mediocre, with leftovers making an unwelcome appearance on our second morning. We avoided dining at the hotel, opting instead for superior options in the old town. The booking promised air conditioning, but conveniently omitted that it was only operational later in the season. The gym, another advertised amenity, was mysteriously closed, available only from Monday to Thursday. Overall, our experience with this Hilton Hotel was far from satisfactory. Also, the price of the drink at the so called bar was way over the top. One drink in was €12.50 and in the town you could get it for €6.00 crazy rip off. All said in my previous text.

Mariangela (10/5): - La struttura ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze, e rispetto al rapporto qualità-prezzo ha anche oltrepassato le aspettative in quanto a servizi offerti, comfort e pulizia, gentilezza dello staff di accoglienza e reception. Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma diventerà un punto di riferimento per futuri viaggi a Napoli!
MabdRosa (8/5): Nice hotel, good location, pleasant staff - Nice hotel Great location, close to the historic centre. Nice welcome from the reception staff Check-in time 3pm which they seem to adhere to very strict. Room very nice, feature wall behind the bed. Very big room, very clean Lovely big comfortable bed Nice bathroom with good shower and toiletries. Kettle and tea/coffee. Shame that there is not a coffee machine that takes the coffee pods. Safe. Fridge with complimentary water Hair dryer, bath robe, slippers. Air conditioning Lovely big lounge with a nice sofa. Breakfast - ok but not excellent. I was expecting better. A reasonable choice of hot and cold foods, pastries, fruit etc. I thought that the bread was not fresh on the day! If you want freshly prepared items you can order them and they are priced individually.

Charles (7/5): Nice hotel in a not so nice area. - Nice clean hotel with helpful staff and impressive communal areas. Nice spa although not cheap at £30 for two people. The area surrounding the hotel is not great and wouldn’t advise walking around after dark. Room we were in faced the road and gets quite noisy.

Richpol110 (6/5): So so. - Average hotel, rooms and comfortable enough but no internet. We were given the access code for the internet but I think the range is not enough to reach their own rooms. Even the TV which evidently ran off the internet couldn’t provide channels . If your looking for a hotel with decent WiFi, forget this one.

Prévenez au moins les clients , qui ne s’attendent pas à ça… - L’histoire du lieu, l’authenticité, le confort, l’accueil Le bruit des soirées événements. Faire des soirées événements juste en dessous des chambres sans prévenir les clients, ce n’est pas très correct.

Tim (10/5): Excellent hotel in the heart of the historic heart of Napoli. Good place to start to explore Napoli - Staff - the young lady on the front desk remembered us from when we last stayed. The desk sorted a suitable taxi to the airport for our party of 6 adults and 2 toddlers (under 2years old). Having 3 rooms adjacent to each other was a bonus for our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Location in the heart of the old town was ideal for my one son and his family for their first visit to Napoli. Not being able to stay longer because of our personal commitments.

skilakimou (6/5): An oasis in Naples but BYO toilet paper - This hotel is a bit of an oasis in Naples. It is a crazy, interesting city w creative parking and driving. There is trash, dog💩 and a great melange of people (talking). It is fascinating and there are tons of great things to do (Pompeii, Ercolano, Paestum) and the museum Bosco di Capodimonte. Anyway we stayed here and my daughter joined us. We had a great room w a terrace (nice one). A bit chilly so we didn’t use it. The bed linens and beds were superb (been travelling 16 days so far). Lots of plugs for charging and lots of lights. Nice wood floor. Good towels. We are tidy so we never have the maid to make beds etc. all we need is loo paper. Our last night we had to ask 3 x before we got it. No one wants to ask for bog roll esp my husband. Anyway that took 3 hours (and my daughter brought a roll). Maybe there should be a system for people that don’t need the maids but need🧻. Staff were very cheery & pleasant.

Giuseppe (10/5): Un Albergo che mi ha aiutato a visitare una delle più belle città del mondo - L'albergo è eccezzionale, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, con uno staff molto professionale. vicinissimo al centro storico. a 10 minuti c'è una fermata di metro, a 15 minuti la stazione centrale. In 10 minuti arrivi a via Duomo, Spaccanapoli, Via dei tribunali. L'addetto alla portineria è sempre stato garbato e ci ha sempre indicato il percorso migliore da seguire per il tour giornaliero Metterei una macchina per il caffè espresso in tutte le stanze. Da noi c'era il bollitore per il tea.

Pierce (10/5): Quiet, comfortable, central, elegant. Our second time staying there and certainly not our last! - We were kindly given an upgrade and it was extremely quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We opted not to have breakfast simply because there is a DELICIOUS pastry shop called Il Capriccio across the street which offers some of Napoli's best baked goods!

alicesC1150IC (8/5): Our stay was very comfortable - The hotel is an old palace and the communal areas were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and I also had a lovely salad in the evening in the bar. The barmen on both nights were excellent and helped us choose a lovely local wine. The hotel was very conveniently situated and so we were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was a lovely outlook from our room. The rooms were a little tired, one chair was very badly stained and certain areas needed to be repainted. However, the room was spotlessly clean.

Vogliamo parlare del Bagno? Per xaxxare ti incastri tra cessò e doccia e non potevi neanche pulirti ma lasciamo stare per me quella camere va bene un letto Singolo..

Reni (8/5): Schöner Palazzo - Ein alter Palazzo. Unser Zimmer war relativ neu. Es hätte ein bisschen größer sein können. Ging zum Innenhof. Das Hotel ist in dieser chaotischen Stadt ein ruhiger angenehmer Zufluchtsort. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Es geht ab ein sehr gut ausgestattet des Fitnessraum des Barbereich kostet extra. In der Bar kostet ein italienischer Brandy und ein Rum 30 €. Das ist viel zu viel.
