- Elise (8/5): Hôtel conforme à la description, permettant un accès rapide à la gare et au centre de Paris - Hôtel proche de la gare Montparnasse (15-20min à pieds), proche d'une station de métro (5min à pieds), dans une rue calme (aucun bruit la nuit). RAS niveau propreté. Plusieurs commerces à proximité immédiate. Odeur provenant des canalisations lors de l'arrivée dans la chambre, qui s'est ensuite rapidement dissipée après usage de la douche et du robinet de la salle d'eau. Matelas un peu trop dur.

Das Frühstück hat mit einer Auswahl an Croissants, Baguette, Kuchen und Müsli sowie Kaffeespezialitäten und Säften voll überzeugt. Ebenso gab es eine gute Auswahl an Wurst- und Käsesorten sowie Lachs und Ei. Die nächste Metro-Station war fußläufig in etwa 3 Minuten erreichbar :-) In den umliegende Cafés und Restaurants haben wir auch durchweg nur Positives erlebt.

Zona ottima, sicura e ricca di ristoranti e locali, anche panetterie ottime per chi non usufruisce della colazione. Camera piccola ma pulitissima, così come il bagno. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Pudimos dejar guardadas las maletas mientras recorriamos antes de la hora de chek in. La habitación es pequeña, pero sobre todo el baño. Está muy cerca de la cama y hay poca privacidad.

Marches d’escalier très étroites. Ascenseur sur des demi-paliers. Chambre petite et peu pratique, comme la salle de bain. Lits ne convenant pas à tout le monde.

- Michele (9/5): Ottima scelta tra prezzo, posizione, metro, pulizia e comodità, anche se... - Il quartiere è stupendo, tranquillo ma vivo, con tanti locali e negozi utili per ogni cosa, dalla colazione, al supermercato alla farmacia. Comodissimo per la metro, linea 13 pernety è a 5 minuti dall'albergo. Stanza pulita, bagno in ottime condizioni, doccia super, c'è calma e silenzio perché il passaggio macchine è praticamente nullo. CI sono tantissime prese per caricare smartphone. Arredi nuovi, tavolino e 1 mensola attaccapanni. Direi che tra costo, posizione, commenti dei clienti e vicinanza metro è stata un'ottima scelta, anche se per arrivare a 5 stelle secondo me bastano alcune accortezze. La stanza è oggettivamente piccola, per 3 persone poi è minuscola. Ci si muove a fatica. Mancano armadi o semplicemente attaccapanni (1 non basta) e mensole. In bagno idem, mancano mensole e attaccapanni per asciugamani. Manca asciugacapelli, ormai non può essere optional. Il lavabo è piccolo ma anche Parigi è la normalità, in alcuni ristoranti ne ho trovati di più piccoli. Non c'è posto per valigie se non in piedi in qualche angolo, uno per fortuna ricavato tra la doccia e il bagno. Manca il bidet ma questa informazione vale solo per gli italiani 🤣
