Guest Reviews
- David (10/5): Memorable, flawless and truly relaxing - The staff, the location, the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the whole resort. They truly pride themselves on making your stay memorable and it really shows. From the waiters to the managers to the housekeepers, they are all so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a one of a kind experience. Nothing

- Ian (10/5): - Relaxing and intimate resort
- Douglas (9/5): - Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him. Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.
- Paul (10/5): Caribbean paradise and we will be back . - Loved everything , location , beach , sea, accom , and most importantly the people were outstanding. Only that in an all inclusive the dinner food can become a little repetitive. However tje quality of the food and wine was good .
- Trevor (7/5): very relaxing and comfortable and well looked after by all the staff - the style and decor access to the beach very friendly and helpful staff minor points but no bar waiter in the evenings lack of atmosphere in the evenings
- Jigyasha (9/5): -
- Shahil (9/5): - Staff so kind and great food
- Stephen (9/5): A premium beach resort, well worth its premium price. - Pretty much everything: great beach, sea swimming, room size and ambience and sea views; food; beauty of the setting; views from the restaurant; evening entertainment; fellow guests. Mosquitoes were a nuisance, even during the daytime. Service at mealtimes and room cleaning were rather too laid back.
- PresentLaughter (10/5): Small, intimate all-inclusive on a pristine quiet beach - Small and intimate, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained with an attentive, friendly staff. We loved the beautiful, quiet beach, the excellent service, good food and blissful peace and quiet. The outdoor showers were a treat and there are many, many small, thoughtful touches throughout the property. No complaints - we had a lovely stay

- Gregory (10/5): Highly recommend - Amazing beach
Private bungalows
Great service and food Nothing
- Perry (9/5): We had a great time - Privacy to wear little or nothing at the pool and beach chairs Little road noise at times but not a real big deal
- Jodi (9/5): 5 star service and beach - You can’t beat the ocean view on the property We stayed in the ocean front room at the end number 60 which was perfect for us and I thought it was the best spot in the resort !
The food was pretty good lots of local fish, the drinks were delicious nothing premixed like at other resorts which I really loved. Staff were very attentive and very friendly . Aron and Tevin were amazing at the bar great service all around . Very quiet and relaxing if you love staying on the beach this is the place for you With this being a higher end boutique resort I feel like the bedding quality in the room needs to be improved. The beds are not that comfortable the mattress at least the one we had was extremely hard and linens quality not top notch . The resort is beautiful however along the water there was a wall that they tore down but did not do a thorough job there are visible wires sharp wood and iron rods poking out in places if someone falls on accidentally could get hurt I was actually surprised to see. Where our cabana was which was an awesome spot on the beach but they need to remove the over grown roots below the sand better-because myself and husband and the people next to us kept stepping on protruding roots which were hard to see because they blended in very well , not fun when you are walking.
- Jay (5/5): A Tired Hotel in Paradise :( - Beautiful location, especially the beach. A nice (but small) heated swimming pool. The staff could not have done more for us, and were kind and hospitable from the moment we arrived. This hotel has a big mosquito problem. We only stayed here 1 night and we were eaten alive, despite using mosquito spray and having a mosquito net over our bed. The room was very tired and dated, and was not clean. Didn’t like the outdoor shower, and how people sitting at the swimming pool could see us washing. This is also the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at which didn’t have a TV. Food and dining was mediocre, and options were very limited especially for fussy eaters.
- William (8/5): Excellent sauf pour le bruit la nuit - La plage superbe
Le all inclusive de qualité
Le personnel très agréable Trop près de la route donc assez bruillant
Coq à proximité qui chante une bonne partie de la nuit
Matelas très mou
- Mandica (10/5): A Truly Wonderful Hotel Experience - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any request, no matter how small. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
What truly made the experience special was the fact that each room has its own dedicated beach canopy and two sun loungers for the entire stay — such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made our time on the beach effortless and relaxing. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt genuinely taken care of. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
- SaraJane (5/5): Over priced. - The location was amazing The resort were tired. The food was limited. The wine included was terrible.
- James (9/5): Excellent - Staff were excellent and chefs extremely helpful to provide food for all of our off menu requests Open plan bathroom was nice but made it hard to use all things at once
- Kongar (10/5): -
- Chavez (10/5): -
- Emma (10/5): A place in paradise with the brightest smiles. Highly recommended - The property is in a perfect location and is so quirky. Beautifully maintained and has a warm and welcoming energy. Everything was amazing, even mosquitoes and sand flies were taken care of!
- Luiz (8/5): It was our 40th anniversary and we had a great time - Love the beach cottage. Not crowded. Great 40th dinner on beach. All friendly. Would recommend No complaints
- Dobbs (9/5): -
- Lou (8/5): -
- Glyn (9/5): -
- angela (7/5): Relaxed , very chilled a complete flip and flop holiday . - Staff where fabulous, beach was lovely but needs some maintenance stayed in a beach cabin &plunge pool room was cute and very rustic x Our biggest concern was the food although it’s al carte it just didn’t meet our standards and missed the mark and very repetitive sadly , although they did try and cook us separate meals after mentioning this to them and went all out to make our stay lovely xx
Beds were very hard and lumpy pillows !!
A gym would be nice .
- Mack (10/5): Worth it - Staff were super friendly and accommodating
- Kathleen (9/5): Lovely staff, location, drinks, and beach access. - We have a wonderful time here. The staff was friendly and professional and went above and beyond for their guests. We enjoyed the ease of walking a short distance to meals and the drinks were great. The food was mostly very good though not my favorite part of the experience. The beach was beautiful. My fiance proposed during a private dinner on the beach and the staff took a video of the proposal for him and were so excited for us. Loved Sheldon! The food was mostly good but occasionally hit or miss. They are making meals for a lot of people and I am from NYC so I may have too high of standards.
- Daley (8/5): Perfect location to create memories - The staff was very warm and welcoming Minor issue but the distance from my room to the lobby. There were no buggies.
- Giuseppe (6/5): - The breckfast is goog 8
The lunch 7
Dinner 5
I went to ask food 9:45 they give me cricks and cheese. I axpext a bit more about food..
- Lorraine (6/5): - The beach and the staff were the best part of this resort.
I was disappointed in the food offered everyday they said it was 5 star rating but I don’t agree. Best is average.
Our plunge pool seemed dirty despite a maintenance staff member being there everyday. The water levels were always low and the water was always a very light blue almost clear in color. Not very inviting to use.
The room had a mosquito net and I was aware there were mosquitos on the property before we came I even brought our own mosquito spray. With that being said, and mosquito spray being offered in the room. Having to kill mosquitos inside the mosquito net every night before bedtime is not something I was anticipating or would expect I. This type of boutique resort I was disappointed that indoor/outdoor dining was NOT offered. Who wants to eat sweaty and swatting at mosquitos ???
- Juliane (10/5): Perfekter Urlaub der keine Wünsche offen lies! - Die Lage ist Wunderschön an einem meiner Meinung nach der schönsten Strände Antigua’s!
- Philip (6/5): - Very tired, needs an upgrade not particularly comfortable. Food was nwdiovure.
- Erin (10/5): Perfection. Paradise! Can’t wait to go back!! - Everything! Especially the hospitality and the privacy. It was beautiful and perfect! The water is the clearest I’ve ever seen and we loved the plunge pool and having our own cabana. And the food was great!! Fresh cooked breakfast every day and a different chef special every night and different menu options. Everything was wonderful.
- Lindsay (10/5): Outstanding service and beautiful resort will return! - Clean, beautiful, well maintained, exceptional service. We were made to feel welcome and pampered by the staff who anticipated our every wish. Nothing
- Dwight (10/5): - Our stay at keyonna beach was exceptional. Though there’s one restaurant the food was diverse. The staff does well to engage with you and know what you want and provide it. I’ll definitely be back here again
- Claudio (10/5): Posto Magico - Tutto
La grande disponibilità del personale, la pulizia della struttura e la posizione Nulla
- Arriaga (10/5): - La atención del personal sublime Nada
- Aman (10/5): - Keyonna Beach Resort at Johnson’s Point was a really good resort. It’s a quiet and private resort which was exactly the place I was looking for. It didn’t have many amenities which was fine. They did have an onsite masseuse and laundry service. My room had a private pool with a view of the beach which was really nice. I asked for a privacy curtain and the resort made accommodations to do so which I highly appreciated. Chef Hensley made sure I had Halal options cooked and prepped throughout the day which I really enjoyed and absolutely loved. The staff was very friendly and made my stay at the resort a memorable experience. If anyone’s making their way to Antigua & Barbuda, I highly recommend this resort especially if you’re like me — prefer a resort that prioritizes privacy and a more intimate experience.
- Ashley (8/5): - The property is gorgeous, breakfast with a view was amazing!! Service was top notch and everyone is always happy to please. I had requested fresh coconut water daily and they made sure I had it and with a smile which made me so so happy. The flip side is the mosquitos are really bad especially around the rooms with a pool (which our friends got)We stayed in two different beachfront sanctuary’s and the downstairs one had a better bed BUT the mosquitos were everywhere in our room, those nets around the bed are NOT for show, use them!! We moved upstairs bc the bottom bathroom was trapping mosquitos in but the only way out was through our bathroom and in our room 10/10 would not recommend the lower unit. We moved upstairs and the ac was broken and the staff left when we got back from dinner but did not check to see if maintenance had successfully fixed the air and we spent my birthday night suffocating in the room.. the next day they did have it fixed by the time we got back but it was a pretty rough night end of July… Breakfast and lunch were pretty tasty but I would not recommend dinner there even though the menu changes and none of us (8) were impressed with the three hour beachfront dinner we begged for them to speed up, but that didn’t happen. Recommend going odd resort for dinner for sure!
- Sven (8/5): -
- Sherley (10/5): - I usually don’t write reviews, but my husband (who is very hard to please) was so impressed that he encouraged me to write one. From the moment we arrived at Keyona, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The resort is absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable.
Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, the restaurant and grill servers to the concierge—everyone was kind, attentive, and always had a smile.
The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pure paradise. We loved the outdoor showers. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the activities, or simply soaking in the serene beauty of the resort, we felt completely at peace and refreshed.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Keyonna team. You made our stay so special, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and be pampered by an amazing staff!
- sean (10/5): - .
- Nicola (9/5): Fantastic resort on the most beautiful beach. Staff amazing and so helpful. Drinks and food excellent standard as was - Fantastic staff and our beachfront sunset room was spacious and had a large balcony with an amazing view Some parts of property looked like it needed updating- sunbeds etc. Needed more consistent good quality evening entertainment. Needed a separate bar to the one used for lunch and dinner.
- Maurice (9/5): Couples resort - Not that far from the airport, about a 30 minute drive. Also rooms are not that far from main dining area. I really enjoyed my beach cottage with plunge pool. With waiter service that comes by to see if you need drinks or food during the day/afternoon, you only really need to leave your room for breakfast & dinner. The staff was very friendly helpful and attentive and accommodating. The outdoor showers was surprisingly great. There are two shower heads with their own controls so there’s no waiting. And the water pressure is good even with both showers going and surprisingly hot! The food was also great here! One dislike is the room that I was in had poor lighting in the main/bedroom area. There’s night stand lamps that are good while you’re in bed but with the ceiling fan light on and the 2 lamps made it dim in the room during evening/night hours. It makes it a bit difficult to search through your suitcase and look for items when it’s that dim.
- Julie (10/5): Beautiful resort, amazing food and service - This property is so beautiful, private and clean! It’s even better than the photos.
- Matthew (10/5): - The place was beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax with your spouse. We will be coming back here.
- ingrid (10/5): - Rustic but charming all inclusive resort
- Justin (8/5): - Room was beautiful, noisy at night due to proximity to road, breakfast was good, grill lunch was good, dinner’s were not so great, bars were good, staff was good, beach was amazing.
- Steph (8/5): Beautiful location and amazing people - The room we were moved to was very comfortable and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food on the first week of our stay was great. The beach was gorgeous and peaceful most of the time. Tevin the beach bar man was so friendly and delivered drinks right to your sunbed or terrace - win win. The grill was great at lunchtime so you didn't have to go to the restaurant for lunch and they also delivered to the beach or terrace. The evening entertainment was good and because the resort was small you got to know other guests. Too much vegetation and standing water, consequently so many bugs. My husband very badly bitten throughout our 2 weeks despite using the spray provided by the hotel. The first room we had was right by a road and not very private. The food on the second week was not as good - they ran out of certain items including mayonnaise and even tea at breakfast and 4 of our breakfast orders were wrong or badly cooked during our second week. It was Mother's day on the last day of our holiday but nothing was made of it - only the pastry chef made mention of it.
- Francois (5/5): Passable - Space for the car
Clean room
Mosquito spray. The hotel was very basic and the price was far too high for what you get. There is only one restaurant (which we didn't try as we didn't like the menu). The room is very dark and no duvet is given (just a light sheet). The landscaping is overgrown and there are no lights at night.
All in all, although the hotel is clean, the hotel is maximum a 3 star with 5 star pricing
- Andrew (10/5): Beautiful beach, Beautiful hotel, Beautiful people - Outstanding location. Amazing beach. Beautiful staff and a fantastic holiday
- Gavin (10/5): - Great location, Staff were fantastic- superb stay
- Wing (10/5): A little paradise - The staff really made the hotel as everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was really memorable and relaxing. The view from our balcony was second to none and the beach was fantastic for swimming and sunbathing with fine sand and clear blue water. Our bedroom was really spacious and our bed was very comfortable. It's very quiet most of the time so we felt very well rested.
Food was fantastic too. After sampling a few local restaurants I would say the cooking at Keyonna was better. The swimming pool was on the small side. Although the outdoor shower idea was good, it's hard to take a shower in the evening or windy. The security/ management could have done more when loud and inconsiderate tourist boats came near to the beach.
- Oona (10/5): - The most beautiful beach, the kindest staff and delicious food. 10/10!
- Rebecca (10/5): birthday gateway - We loved our stay at Keyonna beach, solid 4.5/5 stars. The staff was wonderful and the setting was perfect and relaxing. My biggest piece of advice is to bring cash, we were not the only ones going into the harbor town to hit the ATM and the driver said it was really common. All the taxis, water taxis, etc only function on cash, even the hotel shuttles. For the bugs we didn't have much of an issue if we sprayed bug spray, no mosquitoes just sandflys got us. We didn't have a rooster issue but those on the other side of the resort did. We did have stray dogs barking a lot throughout the night and ear plugs were an easy fix. We loved the beach and thought the food was fine, dinner being the better of the meals. My birthday occurred during our stay and the hotel did not do anything for it, but we also didn't go out of our way to tell them either (not the type to get sung to). We had no issue with the boats going to the beach next to ours, it was still mostly quiet. Perfect relaxing resort, would 100% return and Tevin makes the best drinks at the farther beach bar.
- Elaine (9/5): Beautiful Keyonna Beach - What a beautiful hotel.
The staff are amazing - it's unusual to be able to say that EVERY member of staff without exception went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tevin in the beach bar for his great service, friendly demeanour and fantastic football chat, and also to Geri-Lee in the restaurant.
The food is good. Breakfast is really good, and having lunch options in the restaurant and in the beach grill is great. Dinner was fine. Some might find portions a bit small although you're welcome to order more than one option if you want. Drinks are amazing, and they were always so accommodating of our preferences. Good to have the minibar restocked to our preference too. It was good to have mosquito repellent provided, thank you. We had an issue with the door to the outside shower but it was repaired quickly.
The location is absolutely beautiful. We had a beachfront sunset room and loved it. We didn't find we needed our own pool - the main pool was always quiet but we didn't use it anyway, we preferred the sea. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. Pillows were OK - could have been more comfortable. We loved the outdoor showers.
Music in the restaurant was good in the evenings.
The grounds are stunning and really well looked after. We particularly loved our area of the beach.
What a treat to have your own Bali bed and sunloungers on the beach - we loved not having to get up and 'reserve' these in the morning.
We booked a taxi to Nelson's Dockyard and the service provided by Brenda was great. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and are definitely planning to return. A gym would have been a really good addition. The beach is great for strolling but it's quite steep in places and hard to run on.
We didn't have a working phone in the room when we arrived and it took six days to get this sorted. It wasn't a major issue but could have been if walking to reception was tricky for us (as it was further away from the main reception than some rooms).
There isn't the best choice for vegetarians and vegans, but it was OK for a week. There is a separate menu for vegetarians for the beach grill (But I didn't know about this till day 3!). The first two evenings in the restaurant only had one option and when I asked for an alternative I was told there wasn't one. However, Geri-Lee rescued me the following night, making sure I knew all the options they could provide - honestly this made all the difference to my holiday experience and changed the review I would otherwise have written. Thank you Geri-Lee!
- Ivonne (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): Great beach, friendly service and very relaxing - Wonderful staff, good food, great Bali beds on the beach for every room, entertainment every night, mostly very good.
Original and fairly ‘rustic’ but not shabby, just not glitzy. Not much apart from a rather unpleasant smell every now and again from the next door property
- Donald (7/5): Good -
- Lyn (9/5): Our second stay - we’ll be back! - Quiet location. Rustic charm - boutique style exactly what we want! Staff exceptional. Perfect place! Our beachfront bungalow was delightful but some of the overgrown trees/branches would benefit from pruning back to allow for more sunlight to come through - a bit too shaded.
- Bryan (10/5): - Friendly staff, beautiful property, and amazing view!
- Derek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terri (10/5): - The staff were amazing and super friendly and accommodating.. the food was a 5 star and they were accommodating to my food allergy. Loved the staff and food. Room was very clean but the fit and finish of the building subpar. Room needs more lighting. The outdoor shower was awesome.
- Steve (9/5): Great place. Quiet. Relaxed. - Each room has its own Bali bed and loungers. Service excellent. Breakfast good, lunch great, grill good, dinner ok (but I’ve ever found anywhere that does dinner well in the Caribbean). It was very quiet - which was what we wanted. Some we spoke to found it a bit too quiet. There’s not much going on for sure. Again I put that here as a plus as that is what we wanted for this holiday. You have a Bali bed and loungers but the loungers have no umbrella. The pool is tiny. It’s about 12m long and most of that is steps. It’s fine for a dip but it’s by no means a lap pool.
- Valerio (10/5): Exceptional - Simply pure class hotel.
Staff was insanely good and kind.
Was an Amazon experience.
You guys are doing great work there!
Cannot wait to come back! Absolutely nothing!
- Tracey (10/5): - Amazing everything. Food, staff, beach, rooms. Charming rustic luxury beach resort. Not for you if you’re looking for party time. Zen, classy charming, private.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Right on the beach! Very comfortable. Loved the Bali bed and personal pool. The staff was very friendly! It was a wonderful stay. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave.
- Peter (9/5): Lovely couples resort - Fantastic location with great facilities and staff. Could ideally have a bit more entertainment later into the evening and some daytime activities.
- Mark (10/5): - Keyonna’s unique feature is its relaxing and beautiful ambiance accompanied by delicious cocktails and food. The staff was very helpful and ensures a wonderful experience.
- Jevon (10/5): - Beautiful beach, staff is fantastic and so attentive. The meals were excellent. Everything is so well thought out.
- Karen (10/5): - The beach was awesome and our room was as described. Food was very tasty. Service was a bit slow, even though they fogged nearly daily there were biting flies early in morning and at night. Our room was in front of a very loud road. Wait times for food in restaurant could be very long.
- Penelope (8/5): Very good -
- Jeremy (9/5): Lovely staff and a happy atmosphere - just the place to relax and unwind. - Lovely staff and a happy atmosphere - just the place to relax and unwind. Open sided rustic restaurant serves great and varied food for all three meals ( when chef Hensley Pryce is on duty you can tell the difference - he's the top man. ) Our room (57) was large, clean and comfortable and quiet but with great views out to the sea - and the spectacular sunsets. We had a lovely private plunge pool and good, strong outside twin showers.
Excellent variety of drinks available at all times, and in room.
A scenic beach abuts the hotel grounds and is a pleasant walk in either direction.
Each villa has own covered sunbed on the beach, and Tevin and his chums cheerfully look after your needs.
Strong anti-mosquito sprays provided in rooms - and you'll need them, and more! The beach isn't the best for access, with rather a steep slope into sea with quite noticeable undertow and, sadly, seemingly devoid of any sea life.
There seemed to be an absence of a senior manager or leader; if one was there I was not aware, but perhaps they might have been proactive in tidying up after recent storm damage on beach and in realising that music was often too loud at dinner.
This is an ideal retreat for couples only but the ambience suffers when groups of noisy American couples arrive and behave as a pack.
The paths between the wooden villas would benefit from better lighting and with clearer directions eg in case of fire or to restaurant.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- John (7/5): Needs a few tweaks to make it perfect - The private beach cottage concept was great. Food and service a little inconsistent
- Dean (10/5): - Very relaxing, service was great, food was excellent, everyone was friendly, nice setup and lush landscape. We thoroughly enjoyed our unit, ocean view and relaxation!!!
- Gabriella (10/5): Exceptional - Kindness
- John (10/5): -
Food drinks, service and our room/cottage were excellent. The bugs can get annoying but it's a rustic secluded private resort/room so it was expected.
The missing kayak was the only bummer.
We would definitely stay there again.
- Mikayla (10/5): - I cannot express how absolutely amazing this property is. From the very beginning we felt like royalty. We were greeted with welcome drinks and luggage service almost immediately by Sandy Ann.
The views are beyond gorgeous. So many photo opportunities, but also it was clean and I’m a germaphobic lol. We had daily room service and they even provided bug spray to utilize and water bottles for when you wanted to be outside.
Hands down the best part (apart from the amazing sunset views everyday) is the FOOD. Chef Hensley Pryce is a true master of his craft. When I say I didn’t have one bad meal, believe me. Everything is made to order, so no buffet style options. Every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is three courses, so you never leave hungry.
I raved so much to my family about how amazing the food is, they’re booking trips here just to try Chef Hensley’s food. The grill chef Jevaughn also made some of the best jerk wings I’ve ever had, not to mention his great personality.
Our waiters Amri, Darina, Faron, Nicole, and Amri’s brother were so sweet and beyond helpful. Seriously all of the staff are welcoming and happy everyday. Even in the unbearable heat, the staff were always going out of their way to help and provide top-notch service. I never wanted for anything.
This property is truly a gem and I’m so glad we found it.
- John (10/5): Paradise personified. - Accommodation was excellent. Lodge overlooking the beach which was very large, quiet , well stocked with drinks, with its own Bali bed and lounges & chairs on the balcony.
Food was brilliant as was the service and staff.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Paradise personified. Can’t really think of anything !
- Jacob (10/5): The best in Antigua - Everything from start to finish at keyonna is amazing. Food unbelievable, cocktails unbelievable, true luxury at this resort. Tevin the beach butler was outstanding and so attractive, made our trip even better. The price is incredible also to have a private pool that is beachfront I would have liked the bar to stay open a little later, I did want room decor that was not provided but when I brought it up to management at the end of my trip they were very quick to correct the situation
- Jakia (10/5): - This place is amazing! The staff was great. Shout out to SandyAnn. The room was a really nice size and looks like the pictures. We had a balcony that was great for watching the sunset. We also had our own gazebo on the beach. The staff always spoke and they stayed on top of everything, making sure your experience was going well. The food was good and drinks stayed flowing. My only gripe, and this is nothing they can control, but the mosquitoes were like nothing I’ve ever experienced. They try to take measures to help like, providing repellent spray, the bed having a net around it and when housekeeping cleans I don’t know if they mop with some sort of repellent in the water but there was a huge decrease in mosquitoes flying around after. The showers are outside so it’s a little unnerving when taking one and trying to dry off quickly. I only had about 4 or 5 bites which didn’t seem bad given they were EVERYWHERE. I would love to return, just checking for a time of year where they may not be as bad.
Overall, the customer service was unmatched and made our short time there memorable and fun.
- Abir (10/5): Excellent property. Wonderful staff and team. Great location. Strongly recommend to all visitors -
- Kristi (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - Our stay at Keyonna Beach Resort was absolutely magical! From the georgeous grounds, to the well-appointed rooms, to the delicious meals, to the private cabannas, to the exceptional service, we were completely satisfied in every way!
- Clive (8/5): - The staff are fantastic and the service is excellent, the hotel location very good with lots of wildlife around in the gardens and out to sea. The food was very good although the dinner options were slightly limited if you don't eat fish. The rooms are somewhat rustic and we had a few minor issues which the staff promptly resolved. The beach is very nice but is subject to erosion which meant that the bali-beds and sun-loungers were compressed very tightly into a small area. It is a couples hotel so very quiet after the nightly entertainment finished at 9.30. I would recommend to couples wanting a quiet, chilled break for a week or so.
- Shadarryl (10/5): - Everything was amazing. I’m going back!
- Kathleen (10/5): - Book this resort!! You won’t regret!! Zero complaints. There is a reason you can’t find bad reviews about this resort!
- Dawn (10/5): - HIGHLY recommend Keyonna Beach Resort. The pictures do not do this resort justice. It is absolutely breathtaking and the island is wonderful. The food (especially breakfast & the lunch grill on the beach) are out of this world & very local. The staff was beyond accommodating and service was exceptional. Amir was outstanding and always insured we had old fashioned island rum punch and delicious snacks! The rooms were extremely clean and the outdoor shower is unforgettable! Consider this your sign to book! We will be returning for our 10 year anniversary in a couple years :)
- Jennifer (10/5): - This place was amazing! The staff is what made this place so special. The staff was so friendly, supportive and friendly! I loved being on the beach and having your own cabana. I would definitely would return for another visit.
- Iain (10/5): - A truly unique and memorable holiday experience with the most amazing staff we have ever encountered. Five star service all the way.
- Ben (9/5): Incredible, tranquil, beautiful and rustic caribbean paradise. Will be returning! - All the staff were exceptional. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they all went over and above.
Food was excellent with a great off-the-menu choices and specials everyday, and the all-day grill is a great bonus. Beach and pool service throughout the day was amazing.
Rooms were wonderful and kept so clean every day. Only couple of minor issues were:
1. Hot water very infrequent to shower. Outside showers were lovely, and due to the air temperature a cold shower was quite refreshing, but a warm shower would have been nice on occasion.
2. Beach was lovely (picture postcard) but it is quite rocky a few metres in and quite difficult to get in/out due to the current/tides. Nothing that can be done about that obviously, but just an observation.
3. Although a lovely and quiet resort (much needed!), in the evening it needs to be bit more lively. Entertainment was ok, but could have been better (maybe some better acts going forwards), and was finished by 9pm. So the whole restaurant and bar was shutting down by 10pm latest. Needed more ambiance and a bit of variety in the evenings to make the night more of an occasion rather than dinner then bed.
