- Amit (9/5): A very convenient 2 night stay along with family in Rome - We did not opt for breakfast during our 2 night stay. Family suite provided was on higher floor, very clean and it had all modern amenities. Location was right next to Roma termini station (about 15-200 meters) and 15-20 mins walk from colosseum. There were many restaurant and shops nearby to take care of essentials. Checkin & chekout were hassle free and completed in minutes. In house restaurant is a good meal option in between many joints nearby. Hotel reception staff also call for city taxi as per the need Only one small flip side was occasional noise from road and restaurant in the vicinity. UNA management can look towards making road facing rooms more sound proof

Elba, la responsabile, è stata gentilissima e professionale oltre che sempre reperibile. Ci ritorneremo presto e lo consigliamo a chiunque stia cercando un appartamento a Roma per qualche giorno ben collegato e soprattutto ben gestito.

Hatalmas ágy, hatalmas zuhanykabin. 😀 A környék nem a legbiztonságosabb, de állandó rendőri, katonai jelenlét van, ami ezt igyekszik ellensúlyozni .

We had a medical health concern that would affect me flying home transatlantically. Davide assisted us by speaking to the medical facility we wanted to go to so that we could secure an appointment. He also phoned for a taxi to take us there. We had to stay an additional night, and we saw Davide again as we checked out and had a very nice chat. We also appreciated the staff in the restaurant. The gentleman who works during the evening dinner time period is also exceptional. He was a pleasure to speak with and made our stay with UNA Deco Roma even more enjoyable.

- Roving31166918245 (10/5): Perfecto! - Check in experience is good, polite, welcoming and informative. We booked a standard double which was beautiful, classy art deco theme throughout. Room facilities perfect, mini wet bar, safe, kettle, hairdryer and comfortable bed. Controllable air conditioning and a window that opens! Breakfast is a huge buffet with hot and cold options, and you can order omelettes etc to be made fresh. Gluten free bread, muffins, crackers & biscuits are available on request. All staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and really do brighten your day. I liked the live train departure and arrival board just adjacent to the lobby too. The location I found to be perfect for my holiday, close to lots of great restaurants and bars, the Opera, Termini, Piazza Della Repubblica/Naiads Fountain, Santa Maria Maggiore (the last popes final resting place) and Santa Maria of the Angels & Martyrs (built by Michealangelo). We walked to ALL the major tourist attractions from here (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City/St Peter’s and lots more), but if walking isn’t your thing, there are many, many transport options with buses/trams/metro/golf carts. Honestly I would stay here again, it really is the best of both worlds, away from the packed out streets, but everything in easy access. 10/10 for me!!

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, lediglich eine Sitzgelegenheit hätte den Komfort noch verbessert.

Un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe avere la disponibilità di ciabattine e accappatoi in camera. Si possono invero chiedere alla reception, ma ho dovuto aspettare oltre mezz’ora.

- Igor (7/5): Pleasant stay overall - On the positive side, the staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and very pleasant to interact with. This really makes a big difference and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses, and we slept very well. The food in the restaurant is delicious — we were especially impressed by the desserts, they were absolutely fantastic. The location is also very good. Even though the hotel is close to the train station and located just across the street from it, the area is actually quite quiet and calm. At the same time, the transport connection is excellent — it is very easy to get to the city center, main attractions, and the metro is very close as well. The room itself is nice, clean, and spacious, with good furniture and overall a pleasant interior. Nothing extraordinary, but everything is convenient and comfortable. I am giving a low rating exclusively because of the condition of the bathroom. The grout and sealant joints are in poor condition, there is already mold on the silicone, and the faucets are loose. Most importantly, the condition of the bathtub itself is very disappointing — the drain stopper does not hold water, so the water slowly drains out. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the bath after long walks, but unfortunately this was not possible because of the bathtub condition, which was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was turned off because it is considered winter now, but the room was very difficult to breathe in — there was not enough fresh air. The windows face an inner courtyard, so it is not really possible to keep the windows open due to the noise coming from there. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately the maintenance of the plumbing, especially in the bathroom, is clearly not taken care of properly.
