- Randi (7/5): Nice rooms good location could be closer to hospital - The rooms was good air conditioning was loud. The signage for property could be better, uber had trouble finding it. Just a small sign on corner. The front end staff could be friendlier especially when we had questions or when it was early in am. Told me it was safe to walk to hospital by myself at 0500 in am and didn’t give good direction. Totally sketchy area.

- Patricia (7/5): Nice hotel just needs more people and a little updating. - the rooms were very nice. The lobby was also nice. They did a great job with cleaning the rooms. Staff was very friendly. had a problem with the fact that there is no shuttle and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Also, my ice machine was broken for the whole stay which was five days. The bar was a nice area, but the food was not up to par, and they only had one lady working who was very friendly but very busy. Whenever you called the front desk, no one answered.

- Brower (3/5): Zero problems with the staff the rooms need to be gutted - The room smelled of must and mold it affected my sleep and allergies. Not one USB plug available in the room. Even though the room look clean just walking into that smell made me feel very dirty.

They s - Nothing The property smelled amazing when you walked in, but boy when you got on that elevator and to the rooms. The hallway stink, and the rooms stink. Don’t dare let them out you on the 4th floor

Unclean - flies in breakfast, tea and other areas. “Breakfast” was appaling - watery eggs, porridge that resembled concrete, weird sausages - absolutely no effort is made. The food in the bar was also inedible. Tea making facilities frequently unavailable. Shuttle was dirty. There is little within walking distance except the hospital. And billing was questionable, the first time I have left a hotel not understanding what I had been billed for. Only stayed here due to needing to be near hospital however if I was in the same situation again I would choose a hotel further away from the hospital as this place is nasty.

Zeer ruime kamers. Shuttle service naar de cruiseterminals was een aangenaam extraatje (niet gratis) de airco op de kamer is door de zijmuur gemonteerd. Hierdoor komt erg veel rumoer de kamer binnen door de nabijgelegen snelweg en het overvliegende verkeer naar de luchthaven.

My work was in this institution and I could reach it just by walking. I really enjoyed the breakfast because it included several options and were all very good even snacks that could be saved for later. The room was very comfortable, clean and a great design for me to work in my computer and eat comfortably. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit Miami again. For some reason there was an alarm going off at times. One time it was so loud I even evacuated the building. But it was not like this every day just for maybe 2 days. I believe they were technicians working on it.

We had to eat there food was great but waitress/bartender needed help we took her not be friendly as being tired with no help it was very busy
