Unfortunately did not get to use the hotel much as my wife fell ill at a function and we spent all night at Royal London Hospital. Your team did agree to a later check out the next day which was very welcome. Room not the biggest and a bit close to lift area but was quiet when we were there.

• Sigita (3/5): Excellent hotel location, but a disappointing attitude towards guests - The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the rooms are spacious. However, the Deluxe King Room we booked was very dark and clearly in need of renovation; there was also construction outside the window. The breakfast area was cozy and pleasant. What disappointed us the most was the attitude towards guests. After our stay, we reviewed the bill more carefully and realized that when we paid for breakfast upon arrival, a mistake was made and we were charged twice. We immediately contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately we received no response—no apology, no refund, not even a reply. When paying £400 per night for a very average quality room, even in the City of London, one would expect at least basic respect for the customer. Everyone makes mistakes, but this kind of response or rather lack of response is completely unacceptable. Our rating is 3 only because we really appreciated the breakfast staff member, who took all our requests into account, provided excellent service, and created a pleasant atmosphere.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and it’s definitely one to remember for all the great reasons. We were greeted by PJ & Hamza, who were honestly the best customer reps we have had experience with. They were so friendly, personable and kind; they truly made the first moments of our stay kick off to an incredible start. Our room was so spacious and quiet, just what we wanted for our break away. The facilities too, such as the drink refreshment station, stocked mini fridge and coffee machine were such lovely touches. It was also the best night sleep away in London. On departure, we gave our feedback to PJ who was so attentive and truly cared about our needs. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our anyone looking for a quiet home away for home in London. Thank you so much Clayton Hotel London Wall, we can’t wait to return!

The hospitality & shown by Pamodou at Reception made our trip, he was so friendly & understanding - something we will never forget As a traveller to London a lot for work, it was my first time staying here - I can be sure that I will only stay here from now on The rooms are spacious, warm & super comfortable. The shower is excellent, with Rituals products for use, which is such a great addition. The location is unrivalled, right in the heart - a short walk to 3 different Underground Stations - brilliant The best stay, already looking forward to returning

On arrival at the Clayton London Wall Hotel there appeared to be some issues with my reservation dates. I want to share with you how Anna and Hamza gave this tired traveller assurances and suggestions to make his arrival feel safe. Another service highlight was Derrick at the bar. I forgot my credit and he just passed me a beer and told me to have a pint first and I could settle the bill later. Service makes all the difference.

• Bratbys (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - We had a lovely stay at the Clayton and could not fault anything at all. The hotel is situated a short walk from Bank and Moorgate tube stations and ideal for the Royal Exchange area. Check in was quick and easy with the Reception staff being friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Superior King Room which was very clean and spacious, with a lovely large bathroom. The room also had a comfortable seating area and 2 TV's! There was complimentary snacks and water in the fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker with a selection of teas and coffees. The bed was comfy and the hotel was lovely and quiet which ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing, service was excellent and the food was delicious. There was plenty to choose from on the menu, and it was easy to get refills of coffee, juice and toast etc. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. The one thing that really makes this hotel special is the people working there, everyone was professional, courteous and happy to help :) they all made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning one day, and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, gute Aufteilung. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. In der Nacht ruhig, angenehmer Schlaf möglich. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht, oder nur einen Spalt öffnen. Die Dusche überproportional groß, leider sehr kalte Räumlichkeit, weil nicht geheizt.

First, I need a hotel with western air conditioning, even in the winter as I like a cool room close to 66 degrees Fahrenheit and this hotel has great air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. And they have a wonderful breakfast. I also had a great dinner at the hotel. While the gym is small, I used huddle,com to buy a pass at a local gym.

The chef was very understanding of my son’s dietary needs, as he is quite particular with what he eats. The front-of-house manager was polite and welcoming—couldn’t ask for a better person to serve us. The restaurant itself was calming and beautifully decorated. would recommend going if you want a lovely place to eat . i would definitely recommend the braised beef
