- Zeynab (3/5): Kommer inte bo där igen - Läget och privat parkering var de enda bra sakerna med hotellet Det är absolut inte ett 4-stjärnig hotell..kommer inte ens i närheten av en 3:a. Dålig utbud på frukost.. vill du ha omelett ska du betala extra. Rummen är små. Buller på nätterna så man inte kunde somna. Luftkonditionering funkade inte.

- Maryna (7/5): - Рядом метро, относительно тихая улица. В отеле заказали трансфер в аэропорт (по цене как убер, но зато он уже ждал нас в указанное время). Маленькая и короткая кровать (ноги почти свисали) плохая звукоизоляция от соседей. И на 4 звезды отель не тянет (уже уставший ремонт внутри)

- Illia (1/5): Avoid this place - The only advantage is that it’s relatively close to the city center and has a private parking. That’s where the positives end. This hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but in reality it’s closer to a 2-star property, and even that is a stretch. Everything — from the interior to the service — feels stuck in the 90s. It started with the room: we booked a queen bed but were given two separate beds and told to just push them together. The room itself was in very poor condition — dusty, dirty, poorly lit, with old worn furniture. The air conditioner makes noise even when turned off, making it hard to sleep. There’s also a strong draft coming from the windows. The bed linen is old and looks unclean. There are reviews mentioning insects — I didn’t see any personally, but I did notice a couple of bites on my body. Hopefully they weren’t from the room. Breakfast is a disaster. Honestly, the worst I’ve ever seen. “Hot” options included things like fries in the morning, some kind of fried pastry, or boiled frozen vegetables with toasted bread. The selection of cold items is very limited, and if you come around 9 AM, everything is already empty and not refilled. After trying twice, we just stopped going and ate outside. If you expect a proper breakfast — this is definitely not the place. On the last day, the electricity in the room completely went out. It was fixed only by the evening. Wi-Fi is also practically non-existent in the rooms — very difficult to get a stable connection. Overall, a very disappointing experience. This place is absolutely not suitable for a comfortable stay. Would not recommend.

- Muntaha (1/5): Wir hatten Bettwanzen im immer und keiner wollte ins das Geld zurückgeben! !! - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war eig wirklich super. Das Hotel hat sehr gut gerochen und so schien in den Zimmern auch alles sauber. WIR HATTEN 2 DICKE FETTE BETTWANZEN IM ZIMMER !

- HANADI (5/5): لن اكرر الاقامه ف هذا الفندق - موقع المكان ممتاز للاسف اسلوب الموظف كان غير جيد حجزي كان عن طريق بوكينق ومحدده سريرين منفرده وغرفه مساحه واسعه وحجز الاسره المنفرده بيكون بسعر اعلى من سرير واحد مزدوج والموظف قام ب اعطائي سرير مزدوج وانه لايوجد اسره منفرده وعلما انا حاجزه ودافعه المبلغ كامل وراح ينادي زميله وللاسف زميله نفس الشي يتعامل انه مافي وقام يطلعنا الدور الاعلى ويفتح غرفه ويورينا انه هذا المتاح حتى لما فتح الغرفه ف الدور الاعلى وعلى اساس انه حتكون سرير منفرد ويبين انها طلعت سرير مزدوج على اساس ماكان يعرف وهو موطف ف نفس الفندق كيف م يعرف ان هذي الغرفه برضو سرير مزدوج و قام برضو ينزلنا تحت ويناقشنا وعطلنا اكثر من نص ساعه وبعد اصراري ع موقفي سرير منفرد قام فتح غرفه ويحسسنا انه ماعنده علم انها منفرده وانه اتفاجا انها سرير منفرد وانه انا حاجزه مسبق ودافعه المبلغ كامل المفترض اول ما اوصل الاستقبال برقم حجزي يسلم الكرت بدون تعطيل ومماطله كانت تجربه سيئه مع العلم كل ماجي اسطنبول احجز ف هاذا الفندق وعلما كل مره ازور الفندق تظهر حركات من هاذا النوع واعديها لكن حتكون اخر اقامه لي ف هذا الفندق

- Alexandra (6/5): - Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und auch immer da. Das Frühstück war katastrophal auch die blonde Mitarbeiterin nicht so nett. In mein Bett waren Haare. Badezimmer war nicht richtig sauber.
