Pagare una tre stelle 570€ è assolutamente folle, perché per quella cifra ci si aspetta servizi diversi di tutti i tipi! Non è possibile alzare i prezzi oltre una certa soglia senza avere adeguati servizi.

- Laura (8/5): A great start to our 3 week Italy tour vacation. Well located within walking distance to many sites - David, Front Desk clerk, was so friendly and helpful. Also, staff in the breakfast room were attentive and a pleasure to interact act with (my lousy Italian and their good English got us by!). The facility itself was like a small, well packaged gift to ourselves on our first hotel stay in Italy. The quirky elevator and spiral steps set a great first impression and the hotel certainly delivered on that thru out our 3 night stay. When light was on in the bathroom, it lit the entire bedroom space thru it's glass sliding door. Hard to sleep if one was still in bed and the other occupant was using the bathroom.

- catiehmb (9/5): Cozy and comfortable elegance in a small boutique hotel - 1st - ELEVATOR (IYKYK) - not common all places in Europe - otherwise: greeted by VERY HELPFUL staff - attentive, happy, patient, and made great suggestions for covering a lot of territory for 24hrs in Rome - also, their restaurant recommendations were spot on for what we were asking/wanting...room was large and clean and the breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT with many selections, which was the primary reason we ultimately chose this location as a good breakfast experience begins your whole day (and we require real protein and not just croissants!) and then you don't have to spend time and money looking for and purchasing breakfast out and about - you can just start your adventures. Lovely little street close to but out of the way of heavy foot traffic - near cute alleyway restaurants - our fav was Da Edy nearby - family run - small - yummy...would definitely stay here again! nothing we didn't like - there may be other rooms with better views but this was not important to us as we are adventuring out and about all day and mostly wanting comfort for sleeping at night and bathroom/getting ready/breakfast in the morning :)

The Hotel is located in a side street, in the 3rd floor of an old building. The hotel is located in the 3rd floor of an old building, the elevator is very old and it only allows 3 people inside. The room that we stayed is small. There is no desk, no chair in the room. The bed is too soft and not comfortable. The breakfast does not have enough variety. The staff at the reception are not friendly, they would not say hello or good morning to us unless we say it first during the three days we were there.

The hotel is situated on one of the most beautiful streets of Rome, within easy walking distance of the Spanish steps and Trevi. We were given excellent recommendations for dinner by Dalia for restaurants - Pizza Re was amazing! The breakfast was especially memorable for the delicious homemade cakes, it was a truly authentic experience and very memorable.

- DAScribs (10/5): Fantastic stay for three! - We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The street was just behind the busy Via del Babuino, but quiet while so convenient! The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people! (oh, and if you are fans of the movie, Roman Holiday, Gregory Peck‘s apartment was located just down the street!)

Yet this year, we learned that the delicious cakes ready for each breakfast are freshly prepared by Roberta (one of the breakfast room assistants). The cakes are unforgettable and Roberta is willing to share her recipes! My husband was looking for the chocolate cake, I preferred the cheesecake, and all the other ones like the apple cake, etc., are exceptional, too.

- Amnon (10/5): - The hotel’s location near the Spanish Steps is excellent. From the hotel, most of Rome’s main attractions can be reached on foot within up to a 35 minute walk in any direction. The nearby public transportation is also very convenient, and of course the shopping street is just a maximum of 10 minutes away. The rooms are very small, but after getting used to them, it’s not really a problem.

- Henrietta (10/5): Perfect, romantic stay in this central boutique hotel - The location, the very friendly and helpful staff, the delicious breakfasts. The cleanliness of the rooms. It exceeded our expectations. We had been recommended to stay with you and we loved every minute. My husband had to work all day on Friday and the WiFi was very good and he was comfortable at the desk in the room. I didn’t like leaving ! We wished we could have stayed longer !

Rooms were cleaned & tidied daily. Breakfast had a good range of options. Left is quite quick considering its age. All staff were very helpful and friendly - a pleasure to engage with. Everything was great - there were no problems.

- Nigel (10/5): Absolutely fantastic in every way! - Position was fantastic - quiet street but a step away from the main shopping and eating strips! The property was gorgeous - small boutique hotel with all the necessary amenities. Loved the lift, walking up the stairs - historical building. Roberta at breakfast was exceptional - the variety of food and drinks was fantastic. She was friendly, smiling all the time - nothing was too much to ask! Nothing - all good!

Świetna, przyjazna i życzliwa obsługa, Znakomite śniadanie, zróżnicowane, z bogatą ofertą, rewelacyjna kawa. Pokoje są małe, ale zapewaniają komfort po całym dniu zwiedzania, jednak trudno byłoby spędzać w nich wiecej czasu. Na pewno kiedyś jeszcze tam wrócimy i polecimy znajomym.
- O5776NVsharonw (10/5): Wonderful Christmas Time Visit! - Wonderful experience from beginning to end! My adult daughter and I stayed 9 nights, including Christmas Eve & Day. This was my 3rd time to Rome, and my daughter's first. I wanted it to be special especially since it was over Christmas. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with all our request, and our many questions. They were professional, prompt, accurate. We felt extremely safe, and always looked forward to returning to hotel after full days of siteseeing. Our room was always tended to while we were out and it was so nice to return to comfortable beds! We loved the location - quiet & so many resturants and shops right out the door. The intercontinental breakfast was outstanding every morning and the breakfast staff was always accommodating with any special requests. They always remembered I had Cappachino & my daughter Cafe Americano with soy milk! I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a more intimate and personal experience where it feels like staying with family!

- marthal219 (10/5): Christmas in Rome, in the lovely Hotel Manfredi Suite, Perfetta!! - This is my second Christmas staying at this beautiful hotel, in a lovely historic building on the quaint Via Margutta, literally 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the staff that are so pleasant, courteous and professional, to the spotless rooms with beautiful bed linen & such comfy beds, to the delicious breakfast in the morning... This hotel has stolen a piece of my heart, and I will definitely return again. Thank you all so much for making my Christmas in Rome truly special.. Felice anno nuovo per il 2026!

- Jurijs (9/5): Quite cozy place in the centre of Rome - Really quiet place in a middle of everything. Staff was kind, room was small but cozy. Breakfast was very good with really good cappuccino and hot chocolate which was prepared individually. Maybe it's because of the centre of Rome, but a little bit overpriced.

Spotless clean. Very tasty breakfast with home made yogurt and cakes , good coffee. Many thanks to Davide, Marco, Rino from the reception. They did everything possible to satisfy us. Many thanks to the ladies from the breakfast. We have been many times to Rome, first time in this hotel, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended. Fredi

- RJCandJKS (10/5): " Sempre un Piacere " - We’ve stayed at the Hotel Manfredi many times over the past 20 years and love it’s location on the quiet Via Margutta, between the Piazza del Popolo and the Piazza di Spagna. They have an excellent, hard-working staff, many of whom we look forward to seeing because we met them on our first visit! I think the beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in in Italy and possibly Europe! The breakfast is excellent and made more so because of the delicious cakes baked by Roberta. It’s always hard to leave Rome, but that’s especially so because of the Hotel Manfredi!

- Mark (10/5): Hotel on Via Margutta: Good base - Location good for us within walking of Borghese Gardens, Piazza Spagna (Spanish Steps), restaurants, shops, and other Rome interests. Less dense of people than closer to central Rome. Room good size, Bathroom reasonable with good operational shower. Good room service. Breakfast very good with good service.. Front desk personnel very helpful and responsive. Elevator was vintage and fun to learn how to manage but also had wide spiral steps. Pillows were a little too hard. Only heat was available during this time of year, November. However, it was rather warm November for Rome with no A/C available but was able to open window to cool down. Be nice to have a few more smartphone charge spots.
