Bana iademi yapmadıkları gibi odayı başkasına vermişler. Booking delil istediği için ameliyatımdan sonra iyileştiğimde gidince öğrendim. Kapıdaki görevli yöneticisine sordu ve bana başka bir odanın fotoğrafını çekebileceğimi söyledikten sonra Booking aradığında yöneticim şu an burada değil mail atın şeklinde cevap verdiler. Misafir memnuniyeti bir yana, başkasına verdiği halde, konaklanmayan günlerin parasına tenezzül eden bir tesis.

• Elvan (8/5): Schöne Appartementanlage in bester Lage - Wir bleiben sehr gerne im The Marmara Suadiye Residence, weil es für uns perfekt auf der Bagdat Caddesi liegt und Freunde, Verwandte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem Frühstück im Kirpi schnell erreichbar sind. Marmaray, Metro, Bus, Tax und Dolmus sind vor der Tür und bringen uns in alle wichtigen Richtungen. Die Heizung ist viel zu hoch eingestellt. Man kann sie nicht regulieren und die Spülmaschine hatte keine Tabs, wir hätten sie gerne benutzt. Sonst ist für uns alles perfekt.

Noise from other residents.

• Defne (5/5): Spacious and well located but needs improvements - On the plus side: - very helpful and friendly staff - great location if you want to be on the Asian side and close to the main shopping street - we stayed in the 3BR apartment which was very spacious with a large living room and 2 bathrooms could really use some attention to detail: - the curtains were not fixed properly - the windows were very dirty (but cleaned when we asked) - the kettle was functioning but the handle wobbly - the shower drains were not working properly, causing overflows - the balcony doors were not locking - the cupboards in the two smaller bedrooms were old

• Kendrick (7/5): Huge, warm space with private parking in a fun neighborhood - The building has 24-hour security/staff at the entrance. The parking is secure and near. The staff was helpful. The space was huge and warm. They let us check in early. The space was not quite ready for us and lacked an easy way to get laundry and dishwasher soap. There also was a key confusion related to the bedroom locks. The staff were responsive and helpful in all cases.

• isik (6/5): Not worth the price despite the good location - Location very good in Suadiye (famous Bağdat caddesi), free parking It doesn't deserve 4 Stars, not even 3. It was not well cleaned and the facility looks old and run down. Basic stuff like hangers for the jackets are missing, many things broken. the furnitures are old have stains. There was black mould on the walls in the bathroom.
• Tetley (10/5): Like home from home, I stayed five weeks and I’m coming back and I’m staying another five weeks, hopefully in the same r - Property was very central and there was a front of house desk, so it was like an Airbnb but with a hotel desk. Extremely helpful and friendly at the desk. It also had fresh towels and emptied bins every day, I loved having my own kitchen where I could prepare my own food. I wish I had a plug socket that could take the microwave and the kettle. But I never asked front of that if they had an extension that would take the two. On my next visit, I will do.

Добрый персонал Не работала сушилка, на 8 этаже, на 10 этаже и на 11 этаже. Я надеялась на эту сушилку. Также пыльно было за диваном. Душ нужно отмыть, он немного в плесени.

• IULIIA (7/5): Perfect location and spacious clean flats - The location is unbeatable. It is one of the rarest hotels in this area, straight on the Bagdat street. Marmaray station is right around the corner and you can walk to the seaside by foot. There are so many cafes nearby. It was perfect for us. They accept pets and didn't take any extra fees. Our cat was happy here! Air cons are powerful and there is each in the main room and in the bedroom. The flat has a lot of space: there was 2 bedrooms and a huge main room. The stuff was always extremely friendly and ready to help. The hotel is shabby and the renovation is probably will be done soon. But it is clean and I had nothing to complain. Also, the marmaray station is quite near and while it was not a problem for me, for some people noises can be annoying. They stop at 1am.
• Martin (10/5): We will most certainly choose to stay here again when we return! - If you don’t mind the city life this is the place to come! Apartments are very suitable for small and big family’s depending on the type you have. Staff are friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Lots of shops of all types around, and less than a ten minute walk to the waterfront. Small beaches are within walking distance also. Parking can be a little tricky during peak times I would imagine, thankfully we did not use our car much and just explored the local area. There is still lots to do!

Towels are changed and trash's empited every day. The apartment we lived in was clean at our arrival, spacious, has AC in every room, great view from the balcony. The location worked well for us too. It's close to bus and metro stations, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The traintracks are near the apartment building. I would not say it is unbearably loud, but you can hear train go by even with the windows closed. I wish there was a mop or something, so we could sweep the floor (since there's only one day a week a cleaner comes to clean the apartment).
• Gueray (6/5): Die Wohnung, die wir hatten, war nicht mehr schön. Durch die zentrale Lage, die sehr netten Mitarbeiter und die 24-Stund - Perfekte, zentrale Lage: Man erreicht fast alles zu Fuß! Viele gemütliche Cafés, tolle Shops und abwechslungsreiche Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der Zustand des Badezimmers und der Küche war nicht mehr schön. Im Bad gab es einige Stellen mit Schimmel sowie defekte oder beschädigte Möbelstücke. An der Duschwand war eine Rolle kaputt, sodass man sehr aufpassen musste, dass die Tür nicht komplett herausfällt. In der Küche war der Sockel an der Arbeitsplatte aufgequollen, was ziemlich unappetitlich wirkte.
