• Emi (8/5): - 2回目の利用です。駅までは徒歩7〜8分です。万博まで乗り換え無しで行けるのがとても便利でした。部屋は疲れきって寝るだけだったので狭かったですが問題ありませんが、シャワーを浴びるときのお風呂の排水がすぐに詰まってしまい大変でした。（2回とも） チェックアウトはエレベーターのBoxにカードキーを入れるだけなのでとても簡単で良かったです。

• Emi (8/5): - 万博会場の夢洲へ1本でいける堺筋本町駅からは徒歩7分くらいで近く、近所にコンビニもあり、便利です。オンラインチェックインもチェックアウト（エレベーターのBoxにカードキーを入れるだけ）もとても簡単でした。部屋はダブルベッドでいっぱいいっぱいでしたか、疲れきって寝るだけだったので、何も問題はありませんでした。直前での予約だだたからか？二人で6千円台だったので、総合的に満足いたしました。ありがとうございます。

• Bernd (4/5): - Mühselig der checkin. Rezeption im 2. Stock, aber nur per Zufall gefunden. War als "front desk" zwar irgendwo angeschrieben, aber darauf war ich nicht vorbereitet. Das weitere check-in-Prozedere war computergestützt und umständlich. Letzten Endes musste doch ein Mitarbeiter persönlich helfen. Aber vielleicht ist das halt typisch japanisch. Heisswasserkocher zwar vorhanden, aber weder Teebeutel noch Kaffee lagen bereit. Muss man sich erst selbst besorgen.

• Carlos (8/5): Great location and hospitality - Stayed here while visiting Osaka and the surrounding areas of Kyoto, Nara, and Mt Fiji. The hotel is perfectly situated next to many shopping and dining locations, including a 24hr laundry (since the ones in the hotel were in use)

• Nicte-Ha (2/5): - Room was extremely small. Smaller than any other I stayed at throughout Japan. The bathtub was dirty, there was a big crack between the bathtub and the wall. The bed was way too uncomfortable We had booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night and booked another hotel nearby.

• João (8/5): Preço/Qualidade bokm - Correu tudo bem. Os quartos são muito pequenos e as paredes e a carpete estão um pouco manchadas, o que transparece falta de limpeza, mas não é o caso. Estava tudo limpo e o staff é muito simpático. Hotel muito bem localizado, bom para 2/3 noites, sem malas de porão 😅

• Clarence (6/5): - This is a very cheap hotel so don't expect anything fancy, and I really mean it. Everything in the hotel is as basic as it gets. Despite the reviews, I didn't really see any mold in the bathroom. However, I did see a few black marks on the walls likely from previous guests' bags. Bed and pillow are super firm, but at least there's AC. There's an amenities bar at the lobby so it's quite convenient. The only thing I don't understand was the check in/out service...it was pretty bad. Firstly, I felt no sense of being welcomed. Then, somehow, they messed up my reservation by giving me an extra room for supposedly "4 people" which was very unnecessary. Also, why send an email talking about online early check-ins when you end up having to do it manually? Check-out, although simple seemed very unimportant. So much that it caught me off-guard. I think the employees should have better training in customer service. Overall, it's a place to sleep. That's it. Don't expect anything else.

Everything else was good, the area was great, everything was accessible but just considere the beds if you need a good night of sleep
• Nancy janet (2/5): - The property looks very nice on the pictures but once you arrive, man oh man… very dirty, everything!! The floors, the walls, my shower curtain even had spots with fungus! It was a 2 twin bed room and the mattresses were horrible!! Like they were 30 years old, you could feel the springs and it had a dent in the middle, the last day after checking out I asked the staff if I could leave my luggage for a little while to eat breakfast and come back and she asked me at what time exactly would I be back for it, because they don’t do that, everything was a horrible experience in this hotel. I stayed in 4 different hotels around Japan but this one is the only one that I regret booking

• Verified traveler (4/5): 設備の点検をして欲しい。 - 立地が微妙だか、安さに釣られて泊まった。 部屋は普通に手入れが整っているが、壁が薄いのか隣の中国人の声がうるさくて眠れない。 テレビのリモコンの電池が無くて見れない。 エアコンの暖房が全く効かず朝起きたら風邪をひいた。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。 ロビーにコーヒーサービスが有るが、２台中一台は電源が入らず、一台は水が入っていない。日本のホテルでは珍しく設備不良が目立つ。

• Pamela (8/5): - 地點距離地鐵站有一段距離，距離心齋橋約十分鐘路程，難波則約25分鐘路程。附近有幾間便利店，購買零食也方便。房間比較舊一點，而且床褥比較硬，不過價錢平，所以沒有特別期望。
