Чистый просторный номер, с ванной, есть все необходимое, понравилось обслуживание, неплохой онсен на минус первом этаже. Мы брали завтрак и остались довольны. Персонал отзывчивый и милый, не смотря на позднее выселение по нашей невнимательности, не стали ничего предъявлять.

- 정겨운91 (10/5): 60대 이상 부모님과 머무르기 좋은 최고의 숙소!(위치, 가성비 모두 최고) - 가족여행으로 60대 부모님 모시고 다녀왔습니다. 오사카는 아시다시피 하루 2만보에 피로도가 높은 여행지인데 숙소의 사우나 덕분에 3박4일 너무 좋은 경험이었습니다. 부모님들도 사우나를 여러번 언급하실 정도로 매우 만족하셨습니다. 피로를 싹~ 풀어주는 뜨끈한 온탕에서 하루를 마무리하면 베게에 머리를 대자마자 잠들었던 날들이었습니다. 도톤보리 도보 3분 거리, 숙소 맞은편 우동 맛집, 가까운 도톤보리 맛집, 쇼핑스팟들까지 이번 여행이 저에게는 3번째 오사카 여행이었는데 다음번이 있다면 무조건 이 숙소에 묵겠다고 다짐한 곳이었습니다. 없습니다 :) 아... 도톤보리와 가깝다 보니 저녁마다 썩은 버스킹소리가.... 창문, 커튼 잘 닫으면 괜찮습니다! 그리고 완전 깔끔한 고급 호텔 생각하시면 약간 낡았다고 느끼실 수 있지만 가격, 위치, 사우나까지 생각하면 이 가격은 가성비라고 생각듭니다!

Our flight was incredibly delayed and the staff waited for our arrival without problem, the breakfast was a fantastic experience, really traditional and easy to schedule. The Hot springs were easy to access and had convenient opening hours I really enjoyed using them, Too bad my stay was so short because I would have loved to use them a little bit more, you could also get some free drinks in the reception I don't think there was anything problematic or annoying during my stay and I would stay there again if I visit Osaka again

- Philippe (6/5): Bon ryokan bien situé et accueillant pour visiter Osaka, malgré une diversité des plats perfectible. - Ryokan idéalement situé pour visiter Osaka. Transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et efficace. La nourriture était bonne bien que certains plats soient un peu répétitifs si on reste plus de 2 nuits. Wifi efficace et sécurisé. Pour un ryokan, en demi-pension - ce qui est idéal pour découvrir les hôtels japonais traditionnels- , une meilleure diversification de certains plats et plus d'originalité est souhaitable ; néanmoins les plats du petit déjeuner et du repas du soir étaient de bonne qualité. Plus de clients, notamment asiatiques, devraient préférer - y compris au petit déjeuner où on a plus le choix - être en salle de restaurant en tenue traditionnelle : le Yukata (et pas en tenue "occidentale") ; mais cela dépend bien sûr un peu plus des clients... Améliorer communication et incitation sur ce point dès l'arrivée de tous les voyageurs d'où qu'ils viennent est donc souhaitable pour une pleine expérience. Visiblement moins de personnel dans tous les hôtels depuis la reprise post crise COVID ce qui implique que si on veut ranger et ré-installer les futons, il faut le faire soi-même. Bon, ce dernier point est un détail ; et pas du tout un problème pour un voyageur qui n'a pas connu la période antérieure dans des Ryokans de standing moyen à élevé.

- ADRIANA (9/5): Experiência inesquecível - Foi a minha primeira experiência em um Ryokan e achei muito interessante. Dormir num futon é uma experiência agradável e confortável. O quarto é de um tamanho razoável e o banheiro muito confortável. Os funcionários são muito gentis. O café da manhã a moda oriental é muito bem servido, com uma apresentação linda. Tem cafeteira para os hóspedes se servirem à vontade no lobby do hotel, que é muito agradável Apesar do quarto ser amplo, com o futon aberto fica pouco espaço para circular. Mesmo com as janelas fechadas, ainda é possível escutar o barulho da rua, já que o hotel fica numa área muito movimentada.

Terrible stuffy toilets, and public bath! Definitely the lowest point of our stay in Japan!

- Abhinbhen Saraya (7/5): Good. - They didn't allow us to leave our luggage for 2-3 hours after check-out. They told us to use coin lockers instead. It might be due to a cultural difference, but many hotels can handle this without any problems.
- Tiffany (10/5): Nice traditional accommodation including good location. - We enjoyed the traditional style of this accommodation including the onsen. The location next to Dotonbori was perfect and we enjoyed watching the busy street below from our window. The noise was no issue at night and we slept well on the traditional futons.

- Jean-Marie (8/5): Très bonne expérience - Emplacement proche de Dotonbori et axe principal de métro. Chambre tatamis et futons typique du Japon. Les sanitaires sont un peu serré et l’hôtel est un peu daté en terme de décoration et d’équipement.

- Bonaguy (10/5): - emplacement au top juste à l'entrée de Dotonbori, simple et efficace, ce qu'on recherche dans un Ryokan! honsen en Sous-sol tattoo friendly avec un petit sauna, et un autre à l'etage sous reservation. peut-être le bruit la nuit, car juste dessus d'une rue.. mais si dérangeant. et peut-être le bruit du frigo car on dort sur futon la tête vraiment à coté😅😅
- KBCR (9/5): Lovely ryokan near Dotonbori - The traditional Japanese dinner was a wonderful experience, and the futons were very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from Dotonbori Street, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary welcome tea. The street can be quite noisy since the area is lively, especially at night. I personally sleep with earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but it was more bothersome for my partner, who struggled to fall asleep because of the noise
- Kerry (8/5): Fantastic traditional Japanese inn in the middle of everything. - The hotel was located across the road from Doton Buri, and 3 minute walk from the subway. The Japanese breakfast was amazing and served in a separate room, with so many individual dishes. The onset was better than the photos showed. It was a little noisy at night due to the great location in the heart of the city.

Really exceeded my expectations and the best nights sleep since being in Japan Breakfast was interesting, not that I didn't like it, was just part of being in Japan

- Chitty (10/5): Overall we enjoyed the good service provided by the staff and the clean facility. - The location is very central to shops and eateries. It is so cool to hv a public bath at the basement level. Love being able to hv a cup of hot cocoa/coffee/tea in the lobby. Not having a table and chair in the room. Sleeping on the floor makes it difficult for an older person like me to get up and down. The TV which is located behind our bed made watching TV very uncomfortable.

- Duncan (8/5): - The style of the room was nice and had the more traditional feel that I was looking for. The hotel was in a good location allowing you to explore Dotonbori right outside the hotel.

- MiniGotham (10/5): - Proximité immédiate des rues principales du quartier de Namba (Doutonbori, Shinsaibashi suji, Ebisu bashi suji) Belle chambre traditionnelle ryokan avec les yukatas, le thé. Boisson de bienvenue et personnel très attentionné et bienveillant. Futon très confortable et petit bain public appréciable!
