There were a couple of times that our room wasn’t addressed by cleaning staff until very late in the afternoon. Otherwise, we loved it. Would recommend.

Cela fait 2 fois que je réside dans cet hôtel et tout est parfait quoique ce soit au niveau de l’accueil, l’amabilité du personnel, la chambre, la situation. Une très bon petit déjeuner avec quelques petits ajustement au niveau des ingrédients manquants mais vite rétabli. Merci beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme et serviabilité

- HIROMI (10/5): - シャンゼリゼ通りにあるルイ・ビィトン本店からすぐの場所にあり交通、買い物、食事などに困らないです スタッフの方々がとても親切で良かったです それに部屋がとてもオシャレで広くてトイレと浴室が別々になっていて快適でした。歯ブラシは無いので持参しないと行けません ドライヤーの風量も良いし、USBで充電できるのも便利でした エスプレッソマシーンも置いてあるのでコーヒーなど飲もうとしたら使えず、違う場所のコンセントに電源を入れると使えました。ドライヤーも洗面台付近では使えなかったので使えるコンセントと使えないコンセントがあるので注意が必要です それ以外は最高に良いホテルでした また必ず利用したいです。
