• Kayla (3/5): Good location if you’re only staying a night. - It was very close to where we needed to be and the hotel staff were very kind. The hotel absolutely stunk! The bathroom smelled of urine, the place was dusty and felt unclean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

• VIKAS (8/5): Excellent stay, nice people!!! - Easy checkin, nice room, though small but we can't complain as this was Tokyo. The staff was very helpful and obviously the Hotel was as clean as the rest of the Country. Would definitely stay here if I come back again. Not that I didn't like it but the room size was something that could have made the stay better if slightly larger, given the fact that we were 3 of us. But no complaints.

• Lorenza (6/5): Acho que o valor do hotel é pela localização, pois o preço era alto, mas o quarto não era bom. - A localização, amenities Quarto muito pequeno, antigo, e deixaram os lençóis sujos por vários dias em que estávamos lá, poucas tolhas no banheiro, pois mulheres usam duas toalhas e só tinha 1 tolha disponível para mim e outra para meu esposo, não tinha touca de banho.

• Alex (7/5): - Great location in central Shibuya, 10min walk to Shibuya station. Bar and restaurant available on the property. The laundry room comes in handy for longer trips. General amenities were provided. There was a really loud noise from what sounded like a heating system or water system or a fan that was constant even through the night, i couldn’t figure out where it was coming from but if i didn’t have earplugs with me that would have made it difficult to sleep.

• Mari (10/5): Great hotel and good value for money - Great location , good value for money , family mart next door . So close to Shibuya and everything yet it’s on a quieter street . I was in a single room and was big enough for me and had a nice view from the window.

• Caroline (8/5): Great location, clean, value for money - Location is incredible, right in the heart of Shibuya, a quick walk to the station and also well placed to walk to Harajuku and Yoyogi. Bed was comfy. Staff were helpful. Room was clean, housekeeping were lovely. Bathtub in the room and access to laundry Walls are a touch thin - take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Love that there's access to laundry, but be prepared that there are only 2 washing machines, and laundry shuts at 10pm, so be prepared to queue!

• Gizem (9/5): - Adequate, low cost and comfortable. Wifi was working fine. There is a kombini and nice jazz/cocktail bars nearby. Yoyogi Park was partly in construction and 8 minutes away to walk around in the afternoon to escape from the crowds of Shibuya. Walking between the hotel and Shibuya stations with luggages were painful. I was told that there is no facility to recharge phone battery at the lobby. On the weekend, there was noise coming from the restaurant downstairs/street. There was garbage on the street any time of the day although nearby Family Mart had garbage bins. Maybe it is a Shibuya specific issue and may get solved by June with the new regulation. It didn’t feel safe to be outside of hotel after 1am.

Rooms are bigger than standard. - Location was perfect very close to Shibuya crossing if you like crowds. Clean enough. Economic. Rooms need renovation, stains on the walls. Bed sheets and towels need replacement, too old.
• Jasmine (7/5): The hotel was okay but I would certainly look around for another hotel if I was to visit Tokyo again - The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Station and easy to get to. The room was a good size, the bathroom quite small. The room was very clean with housekeeping daily. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included with our booking. The fridge made noise all night and there was a drip in the toilet that made noise also even with the bathroom door shut. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were not very comfortable either. There was no view as the window was frosted but we did not expect a great view. The window did open slightly but the noise from a waterfall outside was quite loud. Breakfast consisted of 4 choices and they were very basic. 2 meals were similar and the other 2 were similar so very limited options and eating the same thing every day was not too enjoyable by the end.

• Mauro (2/5): Decepcionante. - Localização é ótima, no meio de Shibuya e perto de Omote-Sando. Tive uma experiência bastante desagradável logo na primeira noite. Fui dormir, após uma longuíssima viagem até Tokyo e ao acordar, pela manhã, notei que haviam três chicletes grudados no lençol. Ou seja, não só não trocaram os lençóis para um novo hóspede, o que é inaceitável e nojento, como nem perceberam a sujeira. Reclamei com a gerência que chegou a duvidar de mim. Tive que levar até o quarto para comprovar. O que fez o hotel: só pediu desculpas. Nenhuma compensação pelo mal-estar, nenhum agrado, nada. Voltarei sempre para Tokyo, mas para esse hotel, nunca mais.

• ANGEL (9/5): Una agradable experiencia para mi primera estancia en Japón. - La ubicación excepcional. El desayuno, con opciones japonesas y occidentales, todas muy buenas y de buena cantidad. A mayores puedes tomar café o té (todo lo que quieras). Habitación muy tranquila, con los amenities disponibles en el hall del Hotel. Personal muy amable.

• Ivan (7/5): Convenient location, great for small families. - The location is fairly convenient. It is about a 7-8 min walk to Shibuya station. There are many eateries and shopping malls in the vicinity. The property also has rooms with 3 beds which suits us perfectly. The room is a little cramped but I guess this is true for most hotels in the area at the price range.
• Rowe0921 (9/5): I wished I stayed longer so I plan to get back soon. - I really loved how tidy the room was. It had a comfy bed, fluffy pillows, lots of lighting, a large window you could put ajar to air the room out, a large desk, good sized fridge for my conbini food, hallway space for my luggage and cabinet just enough for my other stuff. The room was cleaned daily with new slippers provided and the complimentary water with toiletries were always also replenished without having to ask. At the front desk, you can get more toiletries and get some coins to use for your laundry. Outside and to the right of the building is a family mart with ATM. It was near Parco mall, a short walk to the shibuya crossing, Donki with lots of shops and restaurants along the way. There was an Onitsuka, Hands, Loft, Muji close by. I hope one day there can be tours with hotel pick up and drop off in Tobu hotel. I could not really use much public transport as I had only 4 days to tour Tokyo and could not afford to be lost.

• Per-Johan (8/5): Läget var mycket bra- nära till Shibuya crossing, Shibuya station och väldigt många restauranger. - Hotellet hade fyra olika frukostmenyer som man kunde välja mellan- en typisk japansk meny och tre västorienterade menyer bestående av t.ex. korv, bacon, omelett, ägg och sallad. Det fanns ingen juice, yoghurt eller olika typer av bröd att välja mellan. Om man inte utnyttjade sin frukostbiljett på morgonen, så kunde man använda den för att äta en enkel måltid på hotells restaurang senare under dagen. Det var nära till väldigt mycket, bl.a. Yoyogiparken med körsbärsträd och möjlighet till promenader eller löpning. Rummet var ganska litet. Det fanns inte plats för att ha två resväskor öppna på golvet.

• Severine (5/5): Unerfreulich, aber akzeptabel für eine Nacht - die Lage ist optimal - besser geht fast nicht. Ist aber schon noch 10-15 Minuten durch die Menschenmassen auf der Hauptstrasse zur Bahnstation. Das sollte man im Kopf behalten Die schlechte Bewertung ist hauptsächlich auf das Frühstück zurückzuführen. ABSOLUT UNFLEXIBEL: meine Freundin und ich sind Vegetarier und baten um eine vegetarische Option, bspw. zwei Eier statt Ei und Schinken. Es gab nämlich keine einzige vegetarische Option. Darauf liessen sie sich nicht ein. Wir bekamen auch kein Geld zurück, obwohl wir dieses Hotel nicht gebucht hätten, hätten wir das vorher gewusst. Ich werde nie mehr hier bleiben, dafür ist das Geld zu schade. Dass die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gut genug waren, rettete die Bewertung. Ich muss aber noch anfügen, dass es kaum eine Lüftung im Bad gab und die Feuchtigkeit ins Zimmer kam, selbst wenn man die Türe schliesst.

• Veronica Maayan (9/5): - the location is about 12 min. walk from shibuya station, so sometimes it was tiring after a days walk, but still the hotel is located in a really amazing spot with so many great shops and cafes, really close to harajuku, and many options around including a 7-11 right below the hotel. the breakfast didn't seem much so we didn't take it but there's an american diner below the hotel which has perfect french toast :) the rooms a slightly bigger than usual 3 star hotels so it more more comfortable to handle all the 10 suitcases we had. nothing, maybe just the walking back from shibuya station but as i said it have many great cafes and stores around the hotel in a very central street.

На ресепшене есть администратор, который говорит на русском. Отличный фен в номере и по запросу дают утюг с гладильной доской. Все средства для душа и умывания высокого качества. Хорошая по размера ванна и ванная комната сама. Наличие на этаже за 300 йен стиралки и сушилки. Холодильник в номере. Можно отправить чемоданы из отеля в другой отель. Комбини в пол минуте ходьбы, и Lawson в 4 минутах ходьбы. Пешком можно дойти до Мейдзи храма (15 минут), Такашита стрит. До Хачико 4-5 минут, огромный выбор магазинов, Шибуйя Скай 7 минут. Станция Шибуйя пожалуй одна из лучших по удобству. На самом деле не шумно, и чисто! Рекомендую Ничего. Все прекрасно! Большое спасибо персоналу

Cambian las toallas diariamente Lo repetitivo del desayuno. Opción japonesa o americana. A veces se acababa una opción. Falta de reposición de vasos y bebidas. Falta agilidad o personal. La chica de desayuno dejaba bastante que desear. Resto de personal bien. Amable
