- lovetovacationCanada (8/5): Great stay, great location - The apartments were very good, as we stayed there for 2 nights before and after our cruise. The first time, we were given an upgrade of 2 bathrooms by the front desk and it was really appreciated. The next apartment was the one bathroom, but was more updated. Both stays were great. The location is perfect. It was quiet yet only a short walk to many stores and restaurants in La Rambla. The front desk was very helpful. They ordered taxi's for us, and recommended places to eat. A shout out to Jordi on the front desk, he went out of his way to help us.
- Maria Leah (10/5): - Great location with a coffee shop and 24/7 grocery very close by. This is also a 20-25 minute walk to La Boqueria Mercat which is a must see. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Reception personnel are very nice and helpful. The apartment is not sound proof so if you’re very sensitive to sound, like a car passing by, then it’s something to think about. It is not a noisy/party area so no issues with that kind of noise. We enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely book here again if we come back to Barcelona.

This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

- Sarah (10/5): - Great apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen. The lounge is really big with a nice rug, so perfect for toddlers running about and playing with toys while we got ready. Only issue we had is the main bedroom isn't really big enough for the cot - it blocks all wardrobes. And the 2nd room doesn't have wardrobes - they're in the hall. Didn't cause us any big problems for 6 nights, but would have been difficult if we were there longer. It was great to be able to whatsapp exactly what we needed from housekeeping, and they make a good effort with recycling (different bins). Location was brilliant - loads of bus options, and most things walkable. Really recommend this place!

- Gina (10/5): - Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. Check in and check out was easy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.
- Melangell1 (10/5): Very central,flexible,serviced family aparthotel - Casp74 was a very last minute Mon-Fri booked break to Barcelona and we were really happy with our choice. Very spacious living and kitchen area on the ground floor which came with a large garden area with tables and chairs and loungers to use the space outside. Great for families and this gives you flexibility which staying in a hotel does not Casp74 is in a safe location not far off Passeig de Gracia with some of the higher end shops. We walked everywhere from here: Sagrada Familia day and late evening, La Rambla, Parc de la Ciutadella Place de Catalunya, Grand Marina and down to the beach to swim, Picasso Museum, Cathedral and several Gaudi houses: La Pedrera, Casa Batlo, Casa Calvet etc and there are at least 2 supermarkets around the corner for supplies when self-catering. We contacted Casp74 ahead of arrival to let them know we would be arriving very late and they confirmed they have a 24 hour reception desk who were extremely helpful. They can also arrange taxis to the airport on request.The apartments are serviced so were cleaned during our stay. The accommodation has plenty of room downstairs in the kitchen/diner with TV,sofa bed and dining table and upstairs the master bedroom was large with a large en suite. The smaller bedroom had bunk beds and the main bathroom was smaller than the en suite but worked well and no complaints. The rooms all come with shutters and blinds and air con which keep rooms cool and we had no trouble sleeping or mosquitos indoors. Some other reviews mention noise experienced through thin walls and we did notice this but it was fleeting and not enough to be disruptive. In fact our stay was very peaceful.The only thing worth mentioning to anyone thinking of booking is that I was bitten quite extensively by mosquitoes on the 2 occasions I sat in the shade in the garden at the table. This was a lesson learned for me as I had forgotten how much mozzies like me!!I stayed away for the rest of the holiday however other than that our stay at Casp74 was excellent and would happily stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

- Casper65 (8/5): Clean Apartment for Family Stay - We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was located on the ground floor. The living and kitchen are on the lower floor ; all the bedrooms are on the second level- so you will need to carry luggages up to the bedrooms I felt the apartment was well equipped, well maintained and clean. Huge kitchen with cooking facilities. Washer is available. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom but the other 2 rooms shared a common bathroom They provide locker service if you arrive before check in time at 2pm The location is good, about 10 mins walk to Gothic quarter, La Sagrada Familia , La Rambla among others Many convenience stores and eateries can be found nearby A major issue I had with the apartment is the lack of soundproofing . We don’t hear street noise but loud conversations can be heard from next door guests ( extremely disturbing if they have an early checkout) . Even though the rooms are located on second level, sounds from the living and kitchen ( or the TV) can be easily heard in the rooms with door closed

Check in and check out was really easy and the WhatsApp communication was really helpful. The only downside for us was the bathroom which was very small and the ongoing construction in the building which woke us early each morning. I would highly recommend a stay here, I’m sure it will be a solid 5* stay when construction is finished.

- Hrjolls (8/5): Expensive but perfect location - CASP74 Was meet by a very nice and helpful receptionist, and got our room at 1. floor. The room (103) was very clean and large with two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and in total a very nice room. Whatever you which the receptionist wants to help you. The dishwasher is old, has rust inside and half of the dishes are dirty after a wash. It is a very loud hotel both from the hallway, other apartments and from the street.

Otherwise everything we needed was there. There are two supermarkets nearby. Nice cafe and restaurants were in walking distance. Our commute to the train station was good and easy to navigate.

The location is near multiple metro stations and bus stops. Many sites are walkable. Great place to stay in Barcelona for families.

However room 205 had nasty drain/gutter smell in kitchen which was unpleasant and some if the windows would not open or close properly but overall would recommend to stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Rock hard beds and overpriced airport transfer - Don’t book the airport pick up arranged by the apartments for 58 Euros each way. We waited for our driver before calling to let them know that nobody was there to meet us and were told to wait. The airport was quiet and taxis were waiting so we caught one for only 30 Euros! We caught an Uber back to the airport for the same. We weren’t excited to pay almost double to wait. We were happy to pay for the convenience, but trying to locate the driver was not. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a hard time about not waiting. It was not the best start to our trip. Otherwise the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we give the property three stars, mostly for its central location but the furniture including beds were very uncomfortable. We like firm mattresses but had to lay blankets down because they were so rock hard. We are traveling around Europe for three months moving every week and have not experienced issues with the beds or uncomfortable furnishings anywhere else. Everything looks comfortable but unfortunately it is not. The shower also didn’t drain quickly so we were always standing in a pool of water which was unpleasant but the very nice maintenance man said the pipes are just old. The daily cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Overall we thought the apartment was fine but we would not go back. We’re surprised by the number of rave reviews and wish that others had been more detailed with theirs e.g. explain that they love rock hard beds lol.

Having a washing machine was fantastic. There was an iron but no ironing board (minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay).

- Octavio (2/5): - The property is well located and offer basic amenities such as elevators and A/C, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash or are willing to live with some annoying inconveniences, then it might be fine for you. I, on the other hand, was expecting a more modern and well equipped appt. What I found was a property that has been poorly patched up and shows signs of tremendous wear and tear. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly rude. Seemed tremendously frustrated and acted as is did not need any business in the property. Made no attempts to be civil and said (when we asked if there were any issues that we should be made aware of with the property), and quote, “you can go look for some place else if it’s not what you expect”. That was the first impression we had with the property. The pictures of the property in no way reflect the amount of wear and tear that the property has. The bathroom ceiling had been patched with some plastic that slammed up and down every time you opened the bathroom door. The hot water turn immediately cold if anyone turns anything else in the bathroom. The living room has a couch that has some stains and the carpet is old and smells terrible. Wherever the “patio” is, it wasn’t on our room. Don’t recommend, especially if you have kids.

- Maura (10/5): - Great spacious apartment in the middle of everything. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It had a large living room, washing machine (no dryers in Europe!) and two double beds. We were very comfortable here and walking distance to all the sights. Very hospitable staff as well. Would stay here again.
- saima (8/5): - This location is perfect for anyone. The best dining experiences are available all walking. The Arc is down the street . Las. ramblas is 15 minutes walk. The location is perfect . Saga coffee on corner made every morning perfect . We washed our clothes here which was such a nice freshener.. the lady who works down stairs is incredibly nice and follows through. She is very thorough. When I checked in she opened the map and shared all the key points to visit. 25 years ago I came with my father to the adidas store . He passed now. She showed me exactly how to get to that store. She took time to check us in and even offered candy. The other person who worked there was not too welcoming. He seemed like he was always annoyed by anyone. He even said you need to explain to me what you need. When I was told to simply go down and just get a key . Initiallu our room has a very bad odor.. the lady kindly switched us next day to make our stay bareable.. the bathrooms need a major remodel. But everything else. Was amazing. - Rebecca (10/5): - Great place to stay in Barcelona! Clean apartment with modern amenities. Easy check-in and front desk available 24 hrs/day if needed. We were able to walk to many of the activities we did, took an Uber to a few. Would definitely stay here again!
- Carolina (10/5): - Great place for a family of 4-6! It is truly an apartment with a master suite, a 2nd BR with twin beds, a pull out couch, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Recently renovated and super clean. Central location with lots within walking distance. Stop reading reviews and book!

The staff were very wonderful- assisting with transportation, directions, and dining recommendations. Really good food options nearby. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washer for laundry. Located within walking distances of the popular attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and a few Markets within a few blocks. I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and safe environment for family! - Service was good and the staff was helpful! The location is fantastic and there was a lot of supermarkets nearby. A cafe just a few shops down serves lovely coffee and there are several pitlet shops just nearby. We had a great stay!

- Paul (10/5): Well-equipped, modern apartment in good location - The accommodation was lovely, well equipped and presented and clean. Option to clean every day was available though we didn't need that. Nice location with variety of shops, restaurants, cafe's and 'express' supermarkets very close and Metro station 5 minutes away. 50 minute walk to the beach, but 30 minutes when using Metro and 15 minutes to Las Ramblas. There was some noise overnight but not enough to properly disrupt our sleep with the window closed and aircon on slightly. We used the sofa bed and slept well, though not the most comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

- Junya (10/5): - Very clean and spacious apartment. Hotel staff was also helpful. Location is good as well, close to metro but you can also walk to Catalunya Square, Cathedral, market and more.
- Douglas (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - Check in process was a breeze. Up to our room in about 5 minutes. The room was great with 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. 2.5 bathrooms is great for a party of 6. Will definitely have this location as a place to stay on a return visit.

- deebV2690OQ (10/5): Great Stay - Great hotel, and a great location. We had a wonderful time here. The only complaint is that the shower set up is not ideal - more form over function. Otherwise, no complaints.
