• TAN (9/5): Comfortable stay and spacious space - The location is quite far from town but we love the overall scenery and definitely worth staying here again. The bed is very comfortable and the room is pretty clean and tidy. Difficulty in calling room dining service as no one pick up the phone.

• Freda (5/5): Potential to be good! - Room was fine for our family of 5. Grounds are very pretty set on a golf course. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The pool was under construction without any notice, so the children were very disappointed. There was another pool very far from the rooms, so we couldn't use it. The bathroom was dirty with mould around the sink and a lot of insects in the shower. No child cot provided. No staff to assist with our luggage to our room, and with a small baby, we could have used some assistance. Staff refused to help with Ice after 9. Our stay would have been much better if the staff were friendlier and more helpful.

The free shuttle bus was very helpful as the location is not close to transport into the city. The rooms were a little run down. Could have been cleaner. There were ants in the bathroom and on the carpet.

• Bernard (10/5): Great place to stop over and relax. - We tried the Orchid Country Club for our one day Singapore stopover and we weren't disappointed. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms had just been refurbished. There is a free shuttle bus to the local metro station or a Grab will cost $25 Singapore dollars to the city centre. A 12 midday checkout was appreciated, and we could use the facilities after checkout until our flight left. Unfortunately we didn't get time to use the golf and other facilities (supermarket, bowling lane) - maybe next time. Definitely recommended if you are after a bit of rest and relaxation.

• Wai Tsiung (3/5): Fourth Visit and Never Again - The location is good as it is close to northpoint and wisteria mall. The free shuttle to northpoint is also a plus. The front desk staff were polite as well. Decided to pick this hotel since it was the only one close to my daughter’s workplace. However, each visit kept getting worse and worse. Cleanliness is the main problem. Not once but twice did I find a COCKROACH crawling in my ROOM. After notifying the front desk, no compensation was provided. In fact, the person that was called up to the room kept insinuating that the cockroach was placed there by us. Another issue was that the glasses in the room and the carpet/floors were dirty. Ants were apparently living rent free in the room too. Stains on the carpets and bedding were a plus. Housekeeping needs to get it together. My family and I have stayed here four times and will not be returning for a fifth. An absolute disappointment.

Pour un 4 étoiles, c très moyen… Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et le service n’est pas terrible. Quand on est arrivés ils ne nous ont pas donné de bouteilles d’eau (soi-disant un choix écologique mais sous la douche les distributeurs ont été enlevés pour donner un paquet d’échantillons en plastique, cherchez l’erreur?!) et ils ne sont pas capables de vous garder vos valises le jour du départ.

• mohamed yusof (5/5): If you are Muslim becareful what you ordered. Otherwise stay was not great but okay. - Nice view and spacious though conditions need refurbish. Room service menu did not elaborate the ingredients served. I ordered 3 club sandwiches and an American breakfast for my family. The lady that took out ordered failed to mention that it contained pork and menu did not even mentioned it contained pork. When I complained, they said I should asked while I think they should told me or atleast mentioned in your menu. And they refused to refund or even exchanged. All the food went to trash. Service was very poor and not professional. I complaint to reception upon checkout and the reception on duty just said, they will look into it without providing further assurance or compensation.

• Abdelhakim (6/5): - Très beau cadre, chambre spécieuse. Nous avons malheureusement été très gênés par les nuisances sonores durant notre séjour. Notre chambre étant située juste au-dessus de la piscine, nous avons subi beaucoup de bruit en soirée. Bien que le règlement indique une fermeture de la piscine à 21h, il y avait encore du monde bruyant bien après 22h, avec des cris et des allées et venues bruyantes dans les couloirs. Cela a rendu l’endormissement très difficile, en particulier pour notre fille de 2 ans. C’est vraiment dommage que le règlement ne soit pas respecté et qu’aucun contrôle ne soit mis en place pour garantir le calme le soir. Cela a clairement impacté la qualité de notre séjour.

• Guest (4/5): I had high hopes. Was very disappointed but can’t complain because it was a cheap stay. - nothing There was mold in the bathroom. The shower drain took forever for the water to go down the drain so as I was showering I was just standing in a giant puddle. The door to get into the room itself, has a huge gap from the ground so flys and insects were able to easily get into the room. The white sheets and pillow cases had stains on them and smelled awful.

• Anne (10/5): - The entire establishment, in addition to offering a golf course, offers an extensive array of family activities. Our children enjoyed the fun pool, 1 of three offered (bunker and lap pool for other two) which conveniently had a Subway right at the area. Most convenient was the Fair Price market located downstairs where the shuttle was located which took us to the subway terminal (plenty of Hawker centers nearby and mall when you get off). This allowed us to go south Marina Bay Area (hotel is on north end) and downtown (blue line) to Chinatown and Little India where all tourist areas could be found at very reasonable prices ($3 USD to-fro). It took us three line connections and less than an hour to get from the hotel to Changi airport upon our departure day. With transportation being orderly and structured like in Tokyo, getting around with our family was not o my convenient but easily feasible. The hotel was truly a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the south side, offering an extensible spacious room and own private patio overlooking the golf course.

• Yuli (1/5): Terrifying Near Miss and Poor Room Conditions – Very Disappointed - The kids really had a great time at the pool – they loved kids pool area as well as the slide. We also appreciated the ample carpark space, which made things a lot more convenient for our family. The condition of the rooms was quite a letdown. Cleanliness was clearly lacking – we found hair in the sink, the glasses and cups were stained, and there was a strong musky smell the moment we walked in. The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable, and we all struggled to sleep well. Sadly, this wasn’t just our room – our other family members in separate rooms experienced the same issues. It’s disappointing because the place has potential, especially for families, but the lack of basic comfort and cleanliness made it hard for us to fully enjoy the stay. What truly alarmed us, though, was a serious safety incident. A ceiling light fixture suddenly fell, narrowly missing a group of small children — by a mere one to two seconds. It was a terrifying moment for the whole family, espacially the children. We immediately tried calling for assistance to highlight the urgency, but no one picked up the phone. Left with no choice, we had to walk to the reception ourselves, only to be told that no Duty Manager was available on site at the time. It was incredibly disheartening to see a complete lack of accountability and leadership in such a critical moment. For a resort that positions itself as family-friendly, the absence of any senior staff on-site during a safety emergency is unacceptable. The manager eventually arrived within the hour, but by then, the damage was done — the lack of immediate response and oversight was very concerning as their reception staff is not equipped or trained to handle such serious safety matters. Although the manager eventually arrived within the hour, and apologised for the experience but this kind of time sensitive safety lapse is not something that should ever be taken lightly, especially in a family-friendly resort.

• Suzuki (5/5): ゴルフが目的なら便利です。 - ゴルフ場のホテルなのでゴルフをするにはとても便利です。最寄りのMRTの駅までシャトルバスが出ていること、スーパーがあること、レストランもあるのでその点は便利です。 部屋は広々としているし、ゴルフ場に面していて静かです。 バスルームは排水が悪いのか下水のにおいがしていた。部屋の壁などはリノベーションしたようだけれどバスルームをもう少し改善してほしい。

The check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a fantastic initial impression. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and I had no issues at all with sleep quality—it was quiet and relaxing throughout. With its fresh and inviting aesthetic, the decor made the space instantly welcoming and pleasant. Overall, the service was excellent, and the value for money was hard to beat. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

• Guest (9/5): Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. - The receptionists were experienced and helpful. Our room was spacious for the 3 of us. The beds were comfy and spotlessly clean. Free 90+mbps WIFI was much appreciated. Shower were strong and toilet maintained in prime condition (Kudos to the housekeepers!). Aircon was excellent. Having free parking and free access to 3 pools and a sauna is a big plus (although we didn't have time to use them). Pleasant view of golf course and the reservoir is restorative after a hectic day. The common drinking station for hot / cold / lukewarm water is a great idea. Nothing to dislike. Please keep your prices competitive with good reviews.

Resort has its own restaurant as well and supermarket which is also convenient if you just wanna spend inside the resort and play golf is also great. There is water dispenser for hot cold water as well which is great. Most of the vending machine item is sold out and overprice compare to the supermarket inside the resort. The shuttle bus is not that great from resort to yishun station.There is a sign state OCC members and Staff priority to take the bus.So I guess the guest in the hotel is not the priority at all.Even the staff rush forward when I’m queuing at the front.She give me a look and just board the bus.For your info I’m with a baby and a stroller and I queue like 20mins before the the bus time and still got push back due to staff get to board the bus first. There is somehow a group staying at the floor I’m staying at.They are noisy and the kids running by the corridor at night and parents talk loudly as I can hear from inside my room.They even press and knock my room door twice and I open and they say sorry wrong door!!If there is a group please kindly please place them side by side and away from the other guest.It is not cheap to stay there for 8 days.

Only one water dispenser available near the hotel dispenser. Kettle provided in the hotel room is dirty as there are food scarps inside the kettle. Swimming pool is dirty and can feel there are sand inside the swimming pool.
