Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist eine kleine, ruhige Unterkunft und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo man nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in der Innenstadt super entspannen kann.

- santoro (10/5): - Soggiornare al Relais Stibbert è stata un’esperienza semplicemente meravigliosa, di quelle che ti restano nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con un calore e un’attenzione davvero rari: ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, pur essendo lontani da casa. E questo, oggi, non è affatto scontato. La struttura è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, con quell’atmosfera intima che ti fa rilassare completamente. Tutto è pensato con gusto e amore, e si percepisce in ogni angolo. La colazione è un vero punto di forza: ricca, varia, con un buffet che soddisfa ogni desiderio, ma anche con proposte all’americana. E poi il cappuccino e il caffè… semplicemente eccellenti, come al bar (se non meglio!). - julia (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Camera e bagno ampi, moderni e molto puliti. Vicina alla fermate del bus che in pochi minuti ti porta alla stazione. Colazione a buffet abbondante e molto varia.
- Noele (5/5): It wasnt good. - Nothing. Small room with a very soft mattress which caused back pain. Dirty walls. There was a strong odour coming from the bathroom which wasnt sorted with anything. I asked for an air freshner to minimize it but the accomodation didnt care to provide.

- alberto (10/5): GRATA ESTANCIA EN FLORENCIA!! - El apartamento está fantástico, muy moderno, con todo tipo de detalles, el personal muy amable y cercano, los desayunos estupendos, situado perfectamente a 3 paradas del centro en tranvía, 100% recomendable!!! No es que sea algo que no me guste, pero si tuviera mosquiteras, para mi sería perfecto.

Arrivati la camera era maleodorante! - Luigi (5/5): Precisazioni - La colazione Il bagno a causa del piatto doccia privo di adeguata pendenza ragion per cui il bagno si allagava al momento della doccia. Preciso che non era presente il box doccia ma solo il walk in. La struttura non è in centro come dicono ma circa a 4 km.
- Alex (8/5): Tutto sommato esperienza positiva - Ottima posizione per chi viaggia in treno 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, 15 minuti dal centro di Firenze ovvero dalla cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Stanza accogliente e spaziosa, letto comodo, struttura appena ristrutturata, tutto funzionante. Nella stanza è presente un termostato impostato su una temperatura standard che non può essere modificata e , per questo motivo, non è possibile regolare il riscaldamento, rendendola non confortevole. Avevamo alte aspettative per la colazione ma che si sono rivelate un flop.

- Kalman (8/5): Very pleasant stay, good location, clean room, good food and welcoming staff. - The breakfast was good and plentiful. Good coffee, scrambled and fried eggs, sausages, mozzarella and very pastries. (but I am from London!) The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was classy with bathtub and shower as well with yakuzzi. Although I did not use the yakuzzi a lot because it pumped in cold air. Getting in needed 3 keys which took me a little time to learn which is used for which door. It was quiet, but it was off-season so maybe it is noiser in the summer. Location is close to T1 tram line. Only minor issues: The room should have been warmer, no matter how high I turned the AC, I still felt a bit cold at night. The hot water for the bath was not really hot, I used the water kettle to boil some water to make it hotter. Maybe it is just me, but I do like a hot bath and I would not have done without having a hot bath in that amazing bathtub! I tried to watch the TV as it was too dark to go sight seeing, but could not manage to get any channels on. This was not bothering me much as I did not come to watch tv and there was a relatively good wifi.

- terrymC6998ZA (10/5): Excellent Stay - A great stay in a fine hotel the room was spotless and in a great quiet location . The breakfast was quality. The hotel is close to a tram stop which will take you to Florence city centre. But if you want to walk it's about 1 km. A great stay in a fine hotel and city recommended

Nella descrizione si parla di camera “insonorizzata” ma in realtà di notte sentivo la tv delle altre camere e le macchine in strada, inoltre il letto a mio parere, perché si sa che il letto è una cosa soggettiva, è un po’ troppo duro.

- lucia rosa (3/5): la stanza non era come quella nelle foto, capisco benissimo che ogni stanza abbia un valore economico diverso ma le foto - essendo la prima volta a firenze, cercavamo un posto dove fare affidamento per future volte essendo che verremo qui spesso per lavoro sfortunatamente non sarà questo il posto nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto alla receptionist dove avrebbero portato e parcheggiato la nostra macchina, la receptionist ci ha risposto con un “qua vicino” con aria un po scocciata, senza dici nient’altro sulla eventuale posizione dell’auto. fortunatamente nell’auto avevamo un air tag che ci segnalava la posizione cioè il parcheggio di presunto “supermercato”. non mi è piaciuta né la risposta né la mancata trasparenza della receptionist

- valentina (9/5): Piacevole scoperta - Posizione centrale, stanza spaziosa e pulitissima, mini bar fornito e tv con Sky, ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo , personale gentilissimo e disponibile Purtroppo dalla nostra stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni, dalla porta di ingresso al camion della spazzatura che è stato più di un’ora fuori alla nostra finestra ,che dava sulla strada, e ci ha svegliato. Però capiamo che sono cose che possono succedere , magari le altre stanze sono meglio insonorizzate .
