El desayuno muy básico pero muy rico el pan.Tiene un costo extra pero no es costoso Es todo diferente a lo que conocemos. Habitaciones chicas y costosas pero en todo Tokio es así. Nos dieron una habitación grande porque éramos 4 y teníamos 3 camas cuchetas. En eso estuvo bueno
- Kevin (8/5): - The hotel was quite good. My room was in the annexe building (a separate building at the back of the main hotel), which had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood just a couple of stations away from the bustling Shibuya area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic.

- Kayoko (7/5): 立地がいい、便利。 - 立地：駅から徒歩３分、周囲には商店街やスーパーもあり滞在には困らない。 新宿駅からも徒歩３０分かからないぐらいなので、歩いていくことも可能。 朝食付き：トーストとコーヒー/ドリンクしかないが、朝食をあまり食べない人にとってはちょうどいい。 部屋にティッシュ等は置いていない。レセプションであらかじめ頼まなければいけない。 （チェックインの際に教えてもらえると助かります。） また、部屋にポットはないので、パッと飲み物が欲しくなった場合は1階食堂まで行く必要があり。 （これも、チェックインの際に教えてもらえると助かります。） 設備は古くて必要最低限だが、泊まるだけと思えば許容範囲。 コスパは良くも悪くも普通。

- Michael (5/5): Great staff. Facilities in desperate need of an upgrade. - It was in a nice suburban area in Tokyo. It was old, the beds and mattresses were old and for the money it was bit sad that the hotel hasn’t attempted to upgrade their beds. I’ve stayed in much cheaper and better business style accommodation before and the beds were so much better - despite being an old hotel.

- Tanaka (8/5): 良アクセス - 閑静な住宅街にありながらスーパー、その他飲食店も近くまた駅も徒歩5分程度で新宿へも4駅程とかなりアクセスが良いと感じた。 スタッフの方も愛想がよく、今回、食堂は朝食のみの利用でしたがライ麦パンが中々美味しかったのでまた機会があれば夜も利用したいと思います。 下記欠点を加味しても1人旅なら充分すぎる良心的なホテルなので友人にも勧められます。 1人でダブルベッドを使わせていただいた手前申し訳ないのですが、強いて挙げるなら荷物を整理するスペースが少なかった。特にテーブルに備品、テレビを集中させているためほぼ物が置けない点です。

- michio (1/5): 最悪 - ロケーションは良かったが・・・・・ 今回の宿泊において、シャワーのお湯が出ないという重大な設備不良が発生し、極めて不快かつ不利益な滞在となりました。 まず、設備不良が発生しているにもかかわらず、事前の説明や案内は一切なく、こちらから連絡して初めて「対応中」との説明がありました。この時点で利用者への配慮および情報提供義務が果たされていないと考えます。 さらに、「修理完了」との連絡を受けたにもかかわらず、実際には全く改善されておらず、その後の問い合わせに対しても「数分で復旧する」との不正確な案内がなされました。しかし結果として復旧はされず、その後は一切の連絡もなく放置されました。 そのため、いつ復旧するか分からない状態で待機を強いられ、十分な睡眠も取れず、最終的には入浴すらできないままチェックアウトせざるを得ませんでした。これは宿泊サービスとして重大な瑕疵であり、提供されるべき基本的なサービスが履行されていない状態です。 また、チェックアウト時においても本件に関する十分な説明・謝罪はなく、「一部返金」との口頭説明のみで、その後の具体的な手続きや連絡も一切ありません。この対応は極めて不誠実であり、顧客対応として重大な問題があると認識しています。

C’è piaciuto per la cortesia la location ottima per le nostre esigenze e comunque accessibili tutti i servizi da bus e METRO nonché alimentari e ristoranti, il locale offre anche un’ottima colazione e ha a disposizione anche una zona di ristorazione per mezzogiorno e cena C’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. L’unica cosa che mi suggerisco di migliorare è la scelta del menu serale per la cena.
