- Ben (8/5): Gutes Hotel in Top Lage - Weiß gar nicht was manche hier für Ansprüche haben: ein Top Hotel, sauber und nettes Personal. Auch die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse voll ok von der Größe, vor allem für den Preis. Und Lage ist auch Top! Wenn dann das Frühstück. Es ist zwar etwas eintönig aber kann man trotzdem gut essen.

- Mauricio (8/5): - The place was very comfortable and very well located. It's close to Hamamatsucho Station which is great for getting around, and also close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The option of having early check in for a small fee is also good. The walkway is open so it might be a little cold when you get out of the room (if travelling in winter).

Les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est disponible, mais nous ne l'avions pas pris, car cela semble basique, dans une petite salle en bas de l'hôtel. L chambre était vraiment trop petite. Même pas de place où mettre les valises. Et je ne parle pas du rangement des affaires, inexistant ! C'est un problème récurent dans des hôtels au Japon, mais là c'était vraiment trop.

- Jennifer (9/5): Comfortable and quiet - Family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) we booked two rooms and the hotel was very accommodating to have the rooms next to eachother when requested. The hotel was a great stay for us location-wise as the train station was in close proximity and was able to offer the monorail straight to Haneda airport. There's also a Family Mart convenience store close by which was nice to have. When we arrived, we were a bit early, but as the rooms were ready, they let us check in early. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room had a double bed and our teens room next door had two single beds. We felt that the beds were comfortable, and personally thought this hotel had the nicest pillows that we came across on our trip. Everything that we needed was provided. As with many rooms in Japan, these rooms were tight. My husband and I each had a medium piece of luggage and were able to keep one luggage along the wall out of the way, but the other was at the end of the bed; there wasn't really much space thereafter to walk. The room had a small area to be able to hang some clothes. The bathroom was spacious and had a proper working extractor fan which helped to keep the moisture down in the room, but if needed, there was a dehumidifier provided. The shower was powerful and provided non-stop hot water. It was SO quiet! Very easy to get sleep here. We had a 2am flight out of Haneda, so we had to do a check out at 10pm and this was easy and quick to do that late in the night,. The hook for the shower head isn't tight enough to hold the shower head pointed at you if the pressure is on full; it forces the head to turn sideways. I ended up using the lower level hook for the shower head and had to crouch down to rinse or remove the shower head from the wall.

- Astrid (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Ottima posizione vicino alla Tokyo Monorail (molto comodo per l'aeroporto). Ottimi prodotti skincare disponibili al check-in (marca Sekkisei), camera piccola, ma con spazio ben organizzato, pulita e comunque funzionale. Prezzo incredibile, va oltre l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Staff molto carino e disponibile. Colazione un po' "essenziale" e in un ambiente un po' spartano, ma comunque buona e piacevole.

- かいはは (6/5): 静かな立地で落ち着いたホテルステイでした。 - ウェルカムドリンクがあったこと。 駅から近く静かな立地だったこと。 枕元にコンセントがなかった事です。ただスマホの充電は可能でした。もう一点お部屋が思ったより狭くベッド幅が小さめな印象でした。

- Emmanuelle (7/5): Un agréable séjour et un personnel à votre écoute! - J'ai passé un agréable séjour au Villa Fontaine de Hamamatsucho. Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, la chambre bien que petite possédait toutes les qualités qu'on recherchait: Lits confortables, salle de bain permettant de prendre un bon bain et bien que proche du train, nous ne l'entendions absolument pas. La localisation était parfaite pour visiter les gares les plus emblématique de la ligne Yamanote: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Tokyo, Ueno etc...

Buena relación precio-calidad. - Muy buena ubicación, tranquila y alejada del bullicio de las zonas céntricas; pero cerca de líneas de subtes/trenes que te llevan a cualquier lado. Muy cerca del monoriel que te lleva al aeropuerto de Haneda. El barrio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Tienen restaurantes cerca, tiendas de 7eleven y expendedores de bebidas en la calle. Se puede hacer una linda caminata hasta la torre de Tokio, que recomiendo visitarla de noche. La atención es excelente, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Ofrecen envío del equipaje a otras ciudades. Hay lavasecarropas de uso individual y ofrecen paraguas gratis de necesitarlos. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero suficiente y de calidad. Tiene un sector para llevar alimentos y poder comer en el lugar, con máquina expendedora de agua, jugo, gaseosa gratis. El hotel cuenta con máquina para cambiar dinero y expendedora de bebidas frías y calientes. Todo me gustó.

- Yuji (7/5): ビジネスユースで寝るだけなら十分 - 浜松町駅から少し離れるものの、その分静かで落ち着いて過ごせる。フロントが比較的簡素であり、チェックインがしやすい。スタッフも丁寧な対応をしてくれる。 プラン上、たまたまツインルームになったが、ベッドが割と小さく、足が出てしまうサイズであった点。もしかしたら元々シングルの部屋にベッドを２つ置いているような感じがして、テーブルが小さく、少し使い勝手が悪い。椅子も折り畳みであった。

- Carlos (1/5): - 今回の対応について、強い怒りと深い失望を感じています。 宿泊者本人が実際に到着し、電話番号・予約情報・その他すべての登録内容が完全に一致しているにもかかわらず、 英語表記の氏名が前後で重複しているという、明らかに実害のない入力上の理由だけで、入館を拒否されました。 氏名そのものに一切の相違はなく、同一人物であることは明白でした。 にもかかわらず、スタッフは確認を行わず、状況を理解しようともせず、形式だけを理由に判断しました。 さらに問題なのは、その説明の仕方です。 問い合わせを行っても、非常に早口で一方的に話され、こちらが理解する前に会話を打ち切られました。 説明する意思も、対話する姿勢も一切感じられませんでした。 事実が目の前にあり、本人確認も十分に可能であったにもかかわらず、 それを拒み、説明も行わない姿勢は、冷酷で非誠実だと感じました。 ちなみにスタッフが高圧的早口でした、サービス業とは思えない。ロボットです このホテルの対応ついて、残念しかない。
