Joel (10/5): Comfortable Stay, Good Location, Friendly Staff - Nice and cool on a hot day. Very welcoming reception-- staff and area. Rooms are small (but maybe big for Tokyo?) We only stayed one night. It's walking distance to a metro station. That said, to get to a major hub (Tokyo, Shinagawa) with luggage it's a bit of a haul. For our flight back from Narita we took a cab to Shinagawa (about 2000 yen) to catch the Narita express.

It’s just a different experience in other hotel that we stayed in where the serving plates were always refilled efficiently.

JAMES (10/5): Great hotel, excellent location - The hotel is not far from the station. So it is any easy walk with the roller suitcase. It is in part of a regular office building. Buy the breakfast in asvance. It is a small, but nice buffet. We had three people, which is ffrequently a challenge in hotels. The room was nice and pleasant. The staff were very accomodating. All in all, a great experience.
Francine (10/5): Well-situated hotel; value for your money. - Well located hotel near Tamachi and Mita stations and Haneda airport. Can easily go around Tokyo and even to Yokohama if you wish. Free daily happy hour 5-7 pm (decent offerings of wine, flavoured liquers and sake) and a free drink at the Costa machine. Free drinkable water from the tap. Very clean but tiny rooms (which can't be helped for the location and price). Staff (concierge and housekeeping) are all very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again; good value for money.

Silvana (10/5): - This hotel is a great option for someone who is looking for a conveniently close location to the Haneda Airport since it’s just 20 minutes away. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers, solo travelers or a couple on a short stay in Tokyo. The room size was rather small and the hotel itself is inside of a large commercial building. The staff was very friendly and provided a free welcome drink voucher upon arrival. They also offered a free happy hour in the lobby from 5pm-7pm, which was a nice touch. The Tamachi area is more of a business area with lots of offices and skyscraper buildings, so there wasn’t a ton of shops and restaurants nearby. However, this location is very close to the Tokyo Tower and about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Yamanote & JR train line that is just 1-2 stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku stations.

man lung ronald (6/5): - The hotel is like a 6-8 min walk from the closest train station, the rooms were not that big but it is what it is for its price. There were only 2 main issues I had: 1. On the first night there I asked for 2 more bottles of water as I had already finished the 2 that came with the room, they were nice and immediately delivered 2 bottles to my room. On the second night, when I asked for water again, the staff I called said I need to buy it from the vendor machine. When I told him that it is my second night here so is it not reasonable to get 2 more bottles? He then changed his mind and said fine but I can only have 1 bottle and I have to come down to get it. 2. the bathrooms aren't super clean. There are stains behind the toilet seat and still a couple of hair lying around the floor when I got to the room.
Fernando (8/5): - It's a good hotel, but more business professionals with meetings on the area. Breakfast was limited and I would not recommend this for a tourist/leisure trip. There are better options for that in Tokyo at similar prices. If I was on a business trip and have meetings nearby, I would qualify this as conveniently located and fit for purpose.
Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient for airport stay, lovely hotel - Lovely hotel, we arrived in the rain without umbrellas and were offered towels to dry off! Free drinks and snacks provided in the evening and nice area to sit in the lobby for this. Great view from 17th floor and amazing open area in the centre of the building. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to airport and trains so good for night before or after a flight.

Thanya (4/5): - We recently stayed at the Fontaine Grand Tokyo, and while my overall experience had some positive highlights, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. To start, the location is about a 12–15 minute walk from the nearest station, which is something to keep in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage or prefer a closer option. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms were spotless. The cleaning team does an excellent job maintaining the space, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t perfect. First, I tripped in front of the hotel because of some short grey pillars that were hard to notice. I ended up with a big bruise. When I informed the front desk, they simply apologized, which felt inadequate for a safety concern like this. Secondly, the laundry facilities were very disappointing. The hotel only has three washers and dryers, which seems insufficient for a hotel of this size. On top of that, the machine we used damaged some of our clothes. When we approached the front desk for assistance, we were told that nothing could be done because the laundry service is outsourced. For a luxury hotel, this level of service was frustrating and not what I expected. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the cleaning team was fantastic, these issues—especially the safety hazard and poor handling of the laundry situation—tainted what could have been a much better experience.

The area is a mixture of offices, residential buildings and restaurants as well as Japan’s convenience stores called Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 stores. The area is relatively quiet especially in the evening when workers have gone home.
Artineh (2/5): - The hotel staff were very rude and not helpful. The coffee machine was not clean and when in the lobby, they would charge guests for coffee. They were not accommodating with a child staying in one of the two rooms we booked. Luckily, we have family nearby so one person went to their house to sleep. I was willing to pay extra for the child to be able to stay with us, but they were unwilling to be flexible.
Alexander (8/5): - Its in walking Distance to different Stations (JR, Metro). The Door to the Bath(toilet) did not close right, but for us thats was not a problem. Water temperature was changing during Shower.
Verified traveler (6/5): Serve the purpose - The location is a bit far from train station, and it’s not close to any tourist spot. The room was very small, and only two small pillows were available.
Jos (8/5): Good hotel near Tamachi station - Good hotel at six minutes walk from Tamachi train station, from where trains bring you to anywhere in Tokyo. Rather small room (as is in most hotels in Tokyo), but all works well, very clean, well maintained. I did not try the breakfast. Nothing to complain about, except that there are not that many restaurants in the area (best to walk to Tamachi station).
Jiangling (10/5): - Convenient location, quite area.
Dominique (10/5): - Spacious room. Perfect for a couple with toddler. Straight line to Haneda airport and lots of food options including a supermarket.
Gisette (10/5): - Room was clean and quiet. Perfect stay.
Adrian (10/5): Love this Hotel - I love this hotel. I always come back. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Amenities are complete. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. It’s also very near the Tamachi station.
Gregg (6/5): Not my favorite - The room has a nice layout. Small fridge. Decent Wifi. But it is just a bit too far from the train station. One block too far. Waiting to cross the street in the rain isn't good. Not the hotels fault really. AC unit made a clicking noise when on. Bathroom fan barely gets out the warm air from the shower. The hotel floors are almost like a motel. The hallways are covered but outside. A bit jail cell like.
Tung-Lin (10/5): - Great location. Very easy access to both JR and Subway stations. Hotel is very clean. Service at the front desk and the restaurant are excellent. Breakfast buffet is both delicious and has great variety of food options.
Joseph (10/5): - The hotel was very easy to walk to from Tamachi station, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and big enough for 2 of us.

dominique (10/5): - Great stay at the hotel. Very close proximity to the train station, lots of excellent food options within walking distance and overall a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Vilma (6/5): - Good hotel accessibility. The room space is very limited. The breakfast must be improved adding fresh fruits every day.
Agnes Miyo (10/5): - My husband and I were very pleased with our room on the 17th floor-quiet, carefully, well-appointed and lit and comfortable. This morning’s bonus was a clear view of Fujisan atop with snow! Another small, so Japanese thing was the drip coffee packet with “origami hooks” Staff were very polite, but I was glad I speak adequate Nihongo. Shiga-san was very helpful with getting a box, packing materials and addressed the form for us. Yamato transport is fabulous! One suggestion: unless one reads kanji, the heat/cooling remote is useless. One night we were too hot, the next too cold. Please put an instruction card about the names of the buttons and their functions. Your guests will be more comfortable. Thanks.

Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome stay in Tokyo - The room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and approachable. We were told that there were free drinks and snacks available for us at the lobby from 5-7pm. The hotel is very near the JR station and there are supermarket and convenience stores along the way to the hotel. We are very pleased with our stay. Definitely coming back to stay if we come Japan again.

Zenaida (8/5): - I asked for assistance in checking the television There was no sound on the only English Channel available- a receptionist came up thinking it was the remote control but it was not. No one else followed up on the issue. I was there for four nights!!!!

Chun Man Jimmy (10/5): - Affordable Taxi fares to & from Airport which cost around Yen 6500 & 20 mins each way. Saved time and troubles when transiting with luggages. 10 mins walk to JR, Metro Stations & Odaiba bus stop which takes only 10 mins to Odaiba. Hotel room is neat, clean and reasonable priced.
