• BVSVA (9/5): Clean with all the basics - Our room was handicap equipped, so it had a good amount of space. It was nice that it had a sink inside the bathroom and one outside. The linens were nice and crisp. We heard some street noise, but not that much.

• Suk (4/5): Under average - Staff at the front desk is excellent. Room is clean. 8 minutes on foot to Kanda station. Room is extremely small. Giant step to the bathroom. Old furniture, looks like stwitched from a residential apartment to a hotel. Price is cheap when booked months ahead but surged greatly weeks ago before staying. Lobby area is tiny, and so guests luggage are stacked near the hallway.

• Zinhat (10/5): 1st impression 😍 - It was very close to the train station 5 to 7 minutes walk. Very easy check in process and they even took our luggage prior to our check in time. Room was very clean and the space was big enough for the 3 of us.

You could hear the cars/trucks (did not bother us as much but if you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem) No smoking room - 7-Eleven at the corner across has a small smoking room but its a bit of hassle, especially in the mornings

Un’esperienza nel complesso positiva! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio in Giappone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura era molto curata, pulita e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e ben organizzate. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Niente di negativo.
• Arnaldo (10/5): Quiet and clean hotel in a local neighborhood - Great hotel, very quiet and clean. You'll need to walk a little bit to the location but honestly it doesnt bother me, there is always something new to discover on your way there. The area feels very local and less chaotic.

Pur non avendo provocato problemi la moquette in camera nei punti meno accessibili necessita di pulizia più accurata.

Cuando hicimos check in, al entrar en la habitación había una bolsa dejada... La devolvimos en recepción pero nos pareció raro que no revisaran la habitación después de limpiar. Otro día que limpiaron la habitación se dejaron un trapo también...pero lo ignoramos.

A 15-minute walk to Akihabara. Comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

• chiara (9/5): Staff accogliente e ottima pulizia - Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo chiesto di fare takkyubin (spedire i bagagli da questo hotel al successivo) e ci hanno pensato loro chiedendoci i dati utili. Se vi serve questo servizio chiedete almeno il giorno prima, meglio ancora quando arrivate. La camera pulita e anche se piccola ha abbastanza spazio per due valigie grandi, c'è un angolo salottino. A disposizione te e bollitore. In bagno bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo e altre piccole cose messe a disposizione (il resto si trovano alla hall) Il letto alla francese attaccato al muro è stato un po' difficile da gestire per il mio compagno che è alto. Per entrare in bagno (come in molti hotel giapponesi in questa fascia di prezzo) c'è uno scalino abbastanza alto, tenete conto se avete difficoltà di mobilità.
