- Kornél (7/5): Az oldalon kiválasztott felszereltségű szobát illene biztosítani, ágyakat is beleértve. - A reggeli a megszokott, kontinentális felhozatal, minden friss és ízletes volt, az ágy kényelmes, a szoba elhelyezkedéséből fakadóan világos. A szoba átvételkor tiszta volt. A fürdőszobából hiányoltam egy polcot a tükör alól, illetve a fürdőszoba ajtaja is sérült volt több helyen. Keveselltem a hálózati csatlakozókat is a szobában, csak egy egyfoglalatos hosszabbító volt bedugva, azt is a hűtő használta, illetve egy T-elosztó volt még összesen. Az éjjeliszekrények alatti foglalatokat az ágy feletti két olvasólámpa foglalta el. Légkondícionálás sem volt, illetve nem annyi és nem olyan ággyal felszerelt szobát kaptam amilyet foglaltam.

- Ivan (8/5): Budite vrlo precizni u komunikaciji oko parkinga - Osoblje, čistoća, dorucak, položaj. Nije mi se dopalo to što je na moj (jedini)zahtev za parking odgovoreno ovako: "Sa zadovoljstvom vas obaveštavamo da je objekat potvrdio ispunjenje vašeg zahteva. Zahtev će biti ispunjen bez doplate." (We are pleased to inform you that the property has confirmed the fulfillment of your request. The request will be fulfilled free of charge.), a na licu mesta nam je rečeno da se parking naplaćuje 22€ po noći(sa obrazloženjem da se ispunjenje zahteva odnosilo na nešto drugo).

What I really like most is how they give service to their guests. The only one that disappointed me was that there were no outlets to use for me to charge my mobile phone or other gadget. But overall it was very nice and I'm so comfortable with the room.

- Maryna (10/5): Чудовий готель у центрі Праги — із задоволенням будемо зупинятися тут ще! - Нам дуже сподобалося перебування в цьому готелі. Ідеальне розташування в центрі Праги, дуже привітний та уважний персонал, який завжди готовий допомогти. Номер був чистий, комфортний і затишний. Відпочинок залишив лише приємні враження. Недоліків для себе не знайшли.
- Łukasz (9/5): Idealny nocleg dla aktywnie zwiedzających Pragę - Świetna lokalizacja, dwa przystanki od dworca głównego, 200m do najbliższego przystanku metra. Blisko starówka. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Pragi. Nie jest to poziom np. Doubletree by Hilton, ale i cena nie ta. Jak na tak nieduży Hotel świetne śniadania. Tak, w cenie noclegu są śniadania. Nie mogę ocenić room service bo nie korzystaliśmy. Bemary do dań na ciepło były może ustawione na zbyt niską temperaturę, ale to dalej były dobre śniadania. Rozważyłbym również tradycyjne parówki, bo nie wszystkie cieci lubią kiełbaski z papryką ;).

- Ali (4/5): So so - On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were friendly and polite. This review is coming from someone who is really not picky at all. When we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist, a man with glasses, was not friendly at all, and unfortunately he gave us a very negative first impression. The room itself was average. The size was good, but all the materials and furniture felt very cheap. The hairdryer was a disaster: very old and it could only be used for a few seconds at a time. Also, every hotel I’ve stayed at before, and I travel a lot, provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, but this hotel did not. We tried to call the reception, but the room phone was not working, which was another disaster. We then went to the reception in person and were told that toothbrushes and toothpaste were not part of the hotel services.

- María José (8/5): - Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Praga si lo que buscas es estar todo el día fuera y volver a dormir. Habitaciones cómodas, amplias, limpias y silenciosas. Colchones un poco duros.

Micul dejun a fost gustos, iar amplasarea a fost buna pentru ce am avut nevoie. Curatenia se facea zilnic. Geamurile nu se inchideau bine si era zgomot avand camera spre strada si frig, acesta a fost principalul incovenient. Draperiile nu faceau suficient de intuneric si era mai greu sa te odihnesti. Micul dejun nu este foarte variat, iar cafeaua este slaba.

- daro_glon (8/5): Polecam ten hotel! - Cichy pokój od podwórka, profesjonalny personel, przemiła Pani pokojowa, pyszne śniadania, położenie w środku centrum plus garaż podziemny wszystko na duży plus. Problemy z klimatyzacją która na trybie chłodzenia pracuje jako wentylator, schładza pomieszczenie po czym podaje duszne powietrze tak że lepiej było jej nie włączać to jedyny mankament.
