• Katarzyna (7/5): - Dwa lata temu byliśmy i było ok, teraz wszystko czyli personel czystość bardzo dobrze natomiast smród grzyba i stęchlizny nie do wytrzymania aż się przytulam. Zakwaterowali nas w innej części niby większe pokoje ale fatalny grzyb. Jeśli tam jedziesz to tylko w tej części mieszkaj gdzie jest recepcja i stołówka

• Silvano Stabile (8/5): Great value at this stylish hotel with large rooms and perfect location. - I am a returning guest at TRINITY Silom as it is for me the best hotel for what i'm looking for. Comfortable room, great value, and great location. Off main road, the hotel is not polluted with traffic noise. Don't forget to hang a do not disturb singn, housekeeping might knock and insist when you are having a lazy morning. Depending on the location of your room in the hotel, you might have air con machines being a little noisy.

Cerca a restaurantes y estación de metro. Tiene lavadoras y secadoras a disposición de los huéspedes con jabón gratis. Mejorar el aseo de la habitación y control de insectos ya que vimos algunos.

• Doug (8/5): Always a good location to be in Bangkok - Location There were some maintenance issues with the room which I reported. As it was a public holiday no maintenance staff were available and I was offered a room transfer. As I only had one more night left I declined the offer. When I checked out I told reception of the three issues but there seemed to be complete lack of interest in my report. No one noted the issues. I was disappointed as staff here are usually very thorough and helpful.
• Zarand (7/5): Bangkok at a budget - Close and central to everything at walking distance. Hotel is a little tires but acceptable for the price. Expect to pay 500baht for key deposit which U get back. Nice pool area.

• alwin (7/5): good value for money hotel centraal gelegen vlakbij Silom - dit hotel heeft een erg goede locatie vlakbij Silom road, vlakbij BTS station Chong Nonsi. ondanks de centrale ligging is het hotel rustig, geen lawaai. vriendelijk personeel. genoeg te eten of koffie te vinden op loopafstand. groot pluspunt: er is een erg royaal zwembad op t dak van het tegenoverliggende gebouw. dit is een appartementengebouw onder hetzelfde management als het hotel. ruim zwembad en zonnig, weinig schaduw. let op, dit hotel is enigszins verouderd, de inrichting van de kamers, de gangen, de architectuur van het gebouw. verwacht geen luxe, maar dus wel een betaalbare kamer op goede locatie, met mooi zwembad.

• sebastien (9/5): très bel hôtel bien équipé - La chambre était spacieuse climatisé certes un peu bruyante mais vu la chaleur c’est un vrai confort le personnel très agréable et de pouvoir bénéficier d’une piscine magnifique au 9 eme étage une piste pour courir au 8 eme un terrain de tennis ainsi qu’un gymnase de sport c’est quand même extra. le quartier Silom est un peu à l’écart et aussi un peu plus huppé mais tout est proche qd même en conclusion on avait réservé 4 nuits on en a ajouté 3. merci beaucoup la seule contrainte est le bruit de la clim mais on a malgré tout bien dormi
• Deanna (5/5): For the 4 days there and convenience to trains ok. The bug situation and lack of hotel response made me think we would - Convenience to train, rooms were larger than expected, some twin rooms could have fit 3 people with couch type bed in some rooms. One room had cockroach type bugs, many alive, dead, eggs , etc in area between mattress and bed frame. One member of our group in that bed suffered many bites on legs. With some reluctance another room was found. No offerings were made to make up for the guest’s troubles / such as meal vouchers/ or some funds back for cost of room the two nights with the bugs till we tracked down where the bug bites were coming from, no further apologies or reaching out to our group were made about this at all. We would like the hotel pool open later in evening to make use of it , at least 10 pm.
• Maricel (3/5): - The hotel is located in Silom, which is convenient, but the building is quite old and not well maintained. The doors had visible cracks, and the room did not feel in good condition. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and we would not choose this hotel again.

• Rob (8/5): Close to major destinations and easy to get around - Walkable distance to local shops and attractions, room was spacious with power outlets and amenities. close enough to see all the major attractions of Bangkok in a day, Wat Pho, Arun Temple, Grand Palace, Rooftop sunset bar, then Chinatown! Was in Bangkok for two nights and it was perfect.

• Malcolm (8/5): Clean and functional - The room is a good size, the shower had good pressure and warm water. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. This was a functional stop for us as we had to visit an office in the area. We'd happily stay here again if we were in this area. Oh, and it's a short walk to the metro. It ticked all our boxes.

Нас заселили на 2 часа раньше срока и этот раз не водили из корпуса в корпус по улице, а провели внутренней тропинкой и помогли довезти вещи. В целом отель идеально расположен, на мой взгляд. И у него шикарный бассейн (хоть и в здании напротив - зато совершенно пустой большой и с шикарными видами). Завтраки в этот раз не брали, так как в прошлый раз они не впечатлили совсем. И это было правильно - рядом есть хорошее место с тайской едой с 7 утра Все было хорошо, замечаний в этот раз никаких

La habitación esta cómo escondida de dentro de unos pasillos , y la recepción muy lejos … es como que no interactuas nunca con el personal del hotel , salvo cuando llegas y cuando te vas .
• Alex (5/5): Polite staff but the owners could do with carrying out maintenance - The staff were pleasant enough. The room was dark and the air conditioning worked. the bed was ok as were the pillows. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant next door but the choice was limited so we ate elsewhere. The sellotape holding down the broken flooring, the drawer in the console that opened by itself. The shower temperatures available were tepid or cold. Some of the plugs in 310 did not work. Furniture was scratched and overall the room was tired. For the price we paid on booking.com we made a poor choice!

• Ronny (8/5): Great stay in a perfect location with a few minor areas for improvement. - Great location with easy access to everything. The room was spacious, and the shower was big, too. I also really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. Friendly staff helped with early checkin and the inhouse-supermarket was a big plus. Overall, the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable 2 nights-stay, especially considering the good price. I would definitely stay here again. A few small areas for improvement: the WiFi connection in my room was a bit weak at times, and the air conditioning was slightly noisy. The gym could also benefit from a bit more regular maintenance and cleaning. Overall, nothing major, just minor points to improve the experience further.

• Maria (3/5): Välj något annat - Tyvärr hittar jag inget jag tycker vad bra Slitet, bilderna stämmer inte med verkligheten, sängborden lagade med tejp, smuts runt AC, toalettdörren söndervittrad av fukt, öppnades rakt in i duschen. Framgår inte att poolen ligger i ett annat hus. Mörkt och så deppigt, min ”utsikt” var rakt in i ett parkeringsgarage . Hade bokat 3 nätter, bytte hotell efter första natten. Hittade inte heller några mysiga restauranger i närheten.

• Jan (8/5): Zentral und günstig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage war für uns ideal. BTS-Station gleich um die Ecke, zentral gelegen und ein umfangreiches Angebot an Essen. Dank der Lage in einer Nebenstraße war nur sehr wenig Verkehrslärm in der Nacht zu hören. Bei dem Preis und der Lage auch Zugang zu einem Swimming-Pool zu haben, fanden wir sehr gut. Der Pool selbst ist in einem Nebengebäude und hat nur wenige Liegeplätze im Schatten. Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht günstig und ideal für einen Stadt-Urlaub, für einen romantischen Urlaub würde ich es nicht empfehlen (siehe Kritikpunkte). Das Zimmer hatte einen Safe und einen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer lag im 3. OG und bot als Ausblick aus dem Fenster nur ein Hochhaus. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen und zeigen hier und da schon größere Abnutzung oder Schäden (die Badezimmertür ist unten aufgequollen). Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers fand ich zu dunkel und ungemütlich. Dass eine Steckdose mit dem Licht am Bett ausgeschaltet wird, war eine unangenehme Überraschung.

• Narrainsamy (4/5): - Hôtel à proximité du BTS et d'un 7-Eleven La piscine n’était pas dans le même établissement, on devait traverser le chemin et aller dans un autre établissement pour avoir accès à la piscine. Manque de lumière dans les couloirs, ascenseur très lent, pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre, pas pratique du tout quand on a un enfant. La clim dans la chambre fait du bruit et la douche n'a pas d'eau chaude et pas de balcon.

• Manuel (4/5): Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten - Eigentlich nur die Lage, weil das Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße liegt. Allerdings war unser Zimmer zu einem Parkhaus hingerichtet und wir haben dafür die Geräusche von dort gehört. Die Zimmer sind zwar modern eingerichtet, aber fast alles war schon irgendwie runtergekommen. Die Klimaanlage war laut und der Bereich um die Klimaanlage war dreckig. Die Deko wurde sichtbar mit Klebeband “repariert”. Wir hatten am Check-out Tag kleine Insekten auf der schwarzen Konsole entdeckt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Im Hotel gibt es Raucherzimmer - wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer, konnten aber den Rauch riechen, wenn sich ein Nachbar eine Zigarette angezündet hat. Pool und Gym sind im benachbarten Gebäude untergebracht, der den Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings recht kurz. Das Gym und die Einrichtung des “Spa-Bereichs” sehen aus wie aus den 80er/90ern.
