• Dominik (8/5): Great hotel for a short stay in Tokyo in a calm area. - The staff was friendly. The room was super clean and well-equipped with everything you need when travelling. The room wasn't spacious, but that's normal in Tokyo. Nice view from the window.

• Annie (9/5): a good stay and I would recommend it - I didn’t have very high expectations, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. The room was not as small as many people say—we still had enough space to unpack our luggage. The bathroom is a bit small and low, so if you’re over 175 cm, you may need to sit or bend slightly. We didn’t choose the breakfast option, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel is about a 6–10 minute walk from the nearest station, depending on which one you use. They also offer luggage delivery if you’re traveling to another city in Japan, which is very convenient.

Shops and restaurants were also close by. Staff were very friendly, though had difficulties in speaking English. But we managed. Good laundry service. Generally clean. Air-condition worked fine so as to maintain the required room temperature. Although we had stated that the bathroom water outlets should be checked and should not clog, the wash basin outlet clogged from day 1. Very annoying indeed !

• TSZ MAN (6/5): 好壞參半 - 員工的服務跟態度都很好, 前台所提供的amenity跟咖啡包都是很不錯的品牌. 位置不錯, JR站、地鐵站兩三條線都是步行的距離, 最近的一條線走5分鐘就到, 那個出口還有電梯! 這個十分讚! 房間不像我所訂的說有16平方尺... 小到連個桌子都沒有 (當然沒有衣櫃). 掛牆式電視機跟床尾的距離窄到我根本不能站直身子走過去, 每次都要S般扭著身體才可以走過. 住起來不是很舒適.

Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet und man konnte sogar Artikel ausleihen. Man konnte Koffer vor und nach dem Check In und Check Out abgeben. Das Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. /
