YUN-TING (8/5): - 飯店很漂亮，櫃檯人員也很親切滿喜歡飯店提供的備品的房間電視很大而且可以連接YouTube、Netflix等平台飯店附近很安靜，但相對的要走一下才會比較熱鬧、有比較多店家房內的設計不夠考量到實用性，床尾跟電視櫃之間幾乎沒空間，導致要把行李箱放到房內只能搬過床才能放過去，反而是浴室很大但感覺有點沒必要浴室水壓偏小如果在茅場町下車，雖然有電梯，但如果是搭乘日比谷線，從銀座來的方向要走樓梯和地下連通道才能到電梯，從秋葉原來的方向才會出站就可以走到4a出口的電梯

Paolo (1/5): Un incubo!! Da evitare assolutamente - Niente se non il check out per fuggire Credo sia stato il peggior hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone. Dopo il check-in siamo saliti in camera e ci siamo subito accorti che era completamente diversa da quella prenotata: avrebbe dovuto essere di 17 mq, ma misurandola noi stessi non arrivava nemmeno a 12. Uno spazio minuscolo, praticamente impossibile persino muoversi. Di fronte all’evidenza, lo staff ha negato tutto, sostenendo addirittura che “secondo le leggi edilizie giapponesi” quella fosse una camera da 17 mq. Una spiegazione assurda. Dopo oltre due ore di discussione, aggravate anche da un inglese praticamente inesistente, siamo riusciti a ottenere una stanza solo leggermente più grande. Come se non bastasse, al momento del check-out mi hanno persino accusato di aver rubato del mobilio dalla camera. In realtà avevamo semplicemente spostato alcuni elementi per riuscire ad avere un minimo di spazio e respirare un po’.

Edward (5/5): Overpriced, small, not near anything - It's clean, there's a bed, bathroom and TV for the basics. A big window makes it tolerable. Friendly staff. Some bath amenities and vending at first floor. Tiny refrigerator. The room service girls just knock a few times, then barge in your room when you are naked. Crazy overpriced, you can get a small room like this for under $1k/month in Japan. Everything is supposed to be more evolved, efficient, better, and cheaper every day, yet this globalist moneymens endless growth economics fed by 3rd world mass immigration/exploitation/trafficking gives us the opposite. The bed and pillows are not very soft. 2 twin beds jammed into a room for one with no room to walk or even stretch. They use those damn key cards and only give you one, that turn off all power when gone, so you can't charge or run your devices or keep the room temperature. The room was too warm even at lowest setting. They don't give water bottles and there's no water machine. Tv system is all pay a fee except a few Japanese apps and yt. The laundry is small, takes like 2hrs for a tiny load and still doesn't dry your clothes. The bath soaps are the standard lab chemicals, marketed as fancy to the mindless. It has the super thin toilet paper you have to use even more of to do the job. The lobby is busy with foreigners, but there's not really anything nearby, very few taxis around there, and the train stations are not close. A small limited family mart across the street otherwise walk a ways. Not many food options nearby.

shukhan (9/5): - 這裏房間雖然不大，但放了兩張單人床後空間都尚可，而且燈光夠明亮。在大堂，可以自取UCC滴漏咖啡，茶包，非常方便及數量不限。

They were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though it was a short visit, we left with a very positive impression thanks to the excellent service. No coments!

La gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff. La vicinanza di ogni tipo di ristorante e supermercato per fare compre dell'ultimo minuto. La stanza attaccata alla colonna dell'ascensore che disturbava.

Katalin (6/5): Tiny room - Comfortable, but very small room. We tried the breakfast one morning, but didn’t repeat the experience afterwards. Not a great selection. The room was so small that the hanging space for coats was above the beds. The laundry room was located right next to our room and the noise could be heard from there.

Anne (6/5): Personnel aimable mais hôtel pas très bien situé - Personnel souriant, chambre propre. La fenêtre de la chambre était opaque et ne s’ouvrait que de 10 cm, donc aucune vue. L’emplacement de l’hôtel n’est pas le meilleur: pas de grands magasins et sur une grande voie de circulation.

CHIACHI (8/5): - 依這個價位.是CP值很高的飯店.建議有行李走4號電梯出口.再過馬路就好.服務人員很好.房間很乾淨.缺點就是床小了一點.但還是很不錯.飯店下面走過馬路就有超商和小超市. 別館沒有洗衣機.
