Vasili (6/5): - The location and the hotel is nice, however, the hotel does not offer ab in-house breakfast. We were sent to a nearby restaurant, where we received a plate of breakfast per person which was not enough to keep us full, and we had to pay for water there till drink daily medicine. If you book this hotel, don’t reserve the breakfast. Going to a nearby cafe in your own will be cheaper.

Yevhen (1/5): - Die Lage ist super schön und toll Es besteht überhaupt keine Schalldämmung und ich konnte die Vibrationsanruf von andere Zimmer hören. Die Fenster sind auch dünn und gar nicht soundproof, obwohl am Platz gibt viele Demonstrationen und laute Musik. Es war total unmöglich einzuschlafen. Darüber hinaus, es war Feuerwehralarm um 3 Uhr Nachts. Danach die laute Bauarbeiten um 7AM genau gegenüber unserer Tür angefangen.

Maximilian (6/5): Lage super, Zimmer groß, Service, Zustand und Frühstück ausbaufähig. - Preis-Leistung für die Zimmer ist gut. Man bekommt günstig eine riesige Junior-Suite. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist mitten in Beyoglu und nur wenige Minuten von Galataturm und -brücke entfernt. Das Frühstück war leider wirklich unterdurchschnittlich: Personal schroff und dann ein Teller mit Gemischtem ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit an den Tisch gebracht – u.a. Pommes (s. Foto). Nichts Anderes als Filterkaffee oder Tee. Zimmer sind sauber, aber teilweise schon etwas benutzt. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus nicht sonderlich aufmerksam geführt. Personal nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich oder wirklich hilfsbereit. Mitreisende hatten bei der Buchung vom hoteleigenen Flughafentransfer Probleme (entgegen vorheriger Ankündigung wurde Kartenzahlung nicht akzeptiert).

Milan (7/5): Cost effectivness (as we had discount via booking) is ok - Hotel is nice, clean, breakfast is very good and staff is very professional! We have got 8th floor room which was super small (nothing against it) but the door to the room are not at all sound resistant. As our room was next to exit from the terace, every leaving happy guest were making so much noise (even at 1am) also any other room’s door shutting you van hear which waked us up several times. This was big dissappointment as you can imagine after whole day sightseeing you are not able to sleep. Also Friday night we heard so much music around and it was bothering.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, minden könnyen megközelíthető. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Jó volt a szoba felszereltsége. Plusz pont az edzőterem, és a wellness részleg. A fenti étteremben szép a kilátás. Nekünk minden megfelelt, de hangos a szoba, a szomszédos szobákból is hallani lehet ami ott folyik, illetve a kinti zajok is behallatszanak. Ezt egy jó füldugóval lehet orvosolni.

Magda (6/5): Kind of disappointing - Location, if you’re not given a room on the first or second floor, then the noise from the street is unbearable The staff was not welcoming and service oriented. Very boring breakfast. Nothing to choose from, it wasn’t even a proper Turkish breakfast. The same with the coffee- very basic filter coffee.

Cathy (5/5): - Interior design of room is quite nice. Breakfast was great, classic turkish style and delicious. Location is really good as well. The walls are super thin, can hear tenant from next door pretty well. Would not recomend if you're light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

Acikcasi biraz tadilat gerektiriyor. Hem zem ve duvarlarda hem de mobilyalarda. Parke zeminde yer yer kiymik cikmis ve corabi yirtacak sekilde. Biraz tozluydu. Nedense disardan gelince montunu asacak bir askilik veya gardop yok.

Sara (8/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare Istanbul per la prima volta! - Posizione centralissima, hotel pulito e ben attrezzato. Letto comodissimo, pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro e da Galata Tower. La colazione è standard, dolce e salata, ma non si può scegliere cosa mangiare. Per un’italiana le patatine fritte a colazione e le olive verdi non sono accettabili. Occhio!!!’

The washroom had a sewerage smell which would not go away. Breakfast was served at the next door restaurant with a set platter which was really average at most. Rizwan (8/5): Good location and good room, but needs better wifi - Spacious room, clean, great shower. Good and fast lifts and really close to shops, restaurant and tea houses - as well as the metro to get you to other places. The Wi-Fi is poor, in the sense that it doesn’t work consistently and is constantly turning off. The room could have been provided with a larger bin. If you’re a light sleeper, best to bring some ear plugs as the walls are thin and it’s a busy footfall and traffic outside the hotel.
Wojciech (7/5): poprawny hotel - czekający na remont. - Bardzo fajne położenie - na prawdę nieopodal Wierzy Galata. Stacja metra przy hotelu. Ładnie urządzony Hamam - chodź ceny wysokie. Mały ale kompaktowy. Pokoje były prawdopodobnie remontowane ale pozostawia to wiele do życzenia. Śniadania nie są na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na ostatnim piętrze hotelu tylko w restauracji przez ścianę. Śniadania słabe. Brudne ściany i szyby. A ekspres w holu hotelu regularnie nie działał.

Außerdem hat das Zimmer extrem nach Rauch gerochen. Darauf hat das Personal nicht reagiert. Frühstück war ein fertig gerichteter Teller was ganz in Ordnung war. Aren (2/5): I wouldn't book here again. - The location is well, only reason I chose this hotel. The room was clean. My room (107) was facing the ventilation shaft, then I asked the concierge to change my room. He was kind enough to offer me a room on upper level (407) but he said all the rooms for the price I paid was facing the same site. At least upper level was better, so I could see the sky instead of chillers. But the sound of chillers are so loud you can not open the window. The room was so small that they could hardly fit one double bed in. Another thing I was so dissatisfied was that the handwash, shampoo and the body wash was all the same strange liquid soap with a very bad smell, I had to buy my own.

Christopher (8/5): A good option for a stay near Galata Tower - The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was very very good. The location was perfectly centred between the Tunel (at the bottom of Istiklal Avenue) and the Galata Tower. R hotel is about 10 yards from the Sishane Metro. The rooms were large, the bathroom was modern and very well appointed. The apartments had full kitchens with laundry and dishwasher. Each of my rooms had a balcony. There were some bugs when we entered, which were soon taken care of by staff with bug spray. The floors in my room were dated and cracked in some places. Because of the location, there is some road noise coming into the rooms. The staff, though friendly, were more professional and less warm than in other areas of Istanbul.
Victor (7/5): - Breakfast was very nice and tasty - served on individual basis rather than buffet option. The hotel localization is great - close to tourist district, bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean and renovated. I booked an exact room with some specific facilities; however, due to some booking issues, the room was occupied by another guest. Although the personnel proposed to exchange room to another one with same price, that second room did not had specific features that I needed. That was a bit dissapointment.
