• Karl (1/5): Ja nicht Borgo buchen - NICHTS Das Hotel Borgo mit 3 Sternen ist KEIN HOTEL. Da wurden Zimmer in einen Wohnhaus im 2. Stock eingerichtet. Das Bad mit einer Größe von 102 cm x 182 cm ist mit Kunststofffliesen beklebt, die sich lösen. Barfuß will man sich in dem Bad nicht bewegen, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört beim Telefonieren beim Nachbarn mit. 4 Nächte haben Euro 823.-- gekostet. Ich habe einen großen Fehler gemacht, und die vorherigen Bewertungen leider nicht gelesen. Da so eine Abzocke bei Booking. com angeboten wird, und nach den schlechten Bewertungen nicht gestrichen wird, werde ich nicht mehr bei Booking.com buchen.
• Aurora (5/5): - il punto in cui si trovava La struttura non era molto pulita, mancava la carta igienica e c’era molta polvere in diverse zone della stanza. Inoltre, l’alloggio non corrispondeva alle foto pubblicate online. Dalla doccia si staccavano pezzi di ‘laminato che penso fosse adesivo’, e c’era anche una ragnatela che scendeva dal soffitto. In più, c’era molto rumore e confusione a causa della scarsa educazione di alcuni ospiti, rendendo l’ambiente poco tranquillo e poco rispettoso degli altri clienti. Non ho ricevuto info per il checkout perché non ho trovato nessuno.

• Erika (1/5): Terribile! Una presa in giro! Mai più! - L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione Una presa in giro! Tutto pessimo, a partire dalla pulizia e manutenzione. Le foto sono ingannevoli. La camera non era come dalle foto, sporca in ogni sua parte, anche i muri erano macchiati e non di poco. Nel bagno il rivestimento era attaccato con lo scotch e molte parti si stavano staccando. Nessuna coperta sul letto e nessuna possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento o il condizionatore. Un incubo!!

The location of the hotel didn’t match the address on Google Maps, so it was kind of hard to find the place. It would also be nice to have some slippers in the room.

Di solito ho sempre trovato le ciabatte monouso e bicchieri di plastica che restano più egenici. Consiglio rivedere queste piccole dettagli che potrebbero essere utili per chi alloggia. Le porte non sono spesse c'è poca privacy.

Davanti all'hotel si trova una delle migliori pasticcerie di firenze Camera e bagno particolarmente piccoli, abbiamo preso due camere separate e la recensione resta tale per entrambe. Doccia che funzionava male (funzionava solo il doccino a mano) e bidè assente, vi era il dolcino nel WC. Dalle immagini on line sembrava molto melgio Accoglienza un po scontrosa.

• David (8/5): Overall, our stay was comfortable. The hotel is located near the train station. - The staff was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to shopping areas. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool and comfortable. The shower area was small.

• Nuno (5/5): Aceitável. - A localização era ótima e o "staff" (apenas uma pessoa) era muito simpática e prestável. A tentativa de renovação do edificio não foi bem conseguida, principalmente ao nível das casas de banho. Para mim o maior problema teve a ver com a discrepancia entre o que as fotografias sugeriam e a realidade. Tambem não gostei da maneira como as escadas e o acesso ao edificio estavam mantidos. Eram muito antios e a precisar de renovação.

• Jacopo (6/5): Buona la posizione, se devi dormire una notte come me va anche bene, rapporto qualità prezzo pessima comunque è una stan - Posizione e cordialità della persona alla reception, è stata carinissima e ha cercato di farmi avere la stanza pulita nel minor tempo possibile Stanza microscopica per il prezzo pagato che è da hotel, le foto non c’entrano nulla con la stanza, il Wi-Fi non prende se non in alcuni punti e non prende neanche il telefono, il wc era divelto dal pavimento quando ti sedevi ballava, in bagno non sapevi dove poggiare le cose e veniva un cattivo odore dallo scarico, le pareti sporche e in generale una cattiva cura della stanza che comunque era abbastanza pulita.

They keep our luggage the day we were going and let us use the living room. The room is comfy and the location is perfect. Near the station and you can walk to the city center.

• Jens (7/5): Gutes, praktisches Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom Bahnhof; Arno gleich um die Ecke, kurzer Weg ins historische Zentrum. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut, wenn man sich mit Kleinigkeiten im Haus versorgen will. Zum Frühstücken kann man sehr gut in eine der vielen Bars in der Straße gehen. Das Bad war sehr eng, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Der Aufzug beginnt nicht im Erdgeschoss, sondern im ersten Zwischengeschoss. Wenn man schweres Gepäck hat, muss man sich darauf einstellen, es ein Stück die Treppe hochzutragen.

• Alice (5/5): Buona l’ubicazione, ma le immagini della struttura sono un po’ fuorvianti - L’albergo si trova in pieno centro e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. Tuttavia, la stanza era davvero piccola, non c’era un armadio e il bagno era privo del bidet, cosa che non si capisce dalle foto e non è specificata in descrizione. Purtroppo c’era un’invasione di zanzare che non ci ha permesso di riposare, sarebbe utile in questi casi una disinfestazione o per lo meno mettere a disposizione dei clienti delle piastrine anti zanzara da attaccare a corrente.

• Shannice (3/5): Good location. Wouldn’t stay again - The location was good and the hotel was clean. The owner had good communication via WhatsApp A lot of stairs up to the hotel. The owner told us someone would be on reception when we got there but there wasn’t anyone there. We had to check ourselves in via communication with the lady on WhatsApp. There was no staff to be seen the whole time we were there, no one on reception. The bathroom was small & the shower had very low pressure. A lot of the holes in the shower head were blocked up with limescale. The aircon made me ill, I’m assuming it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The rooms had thin walls and you could hear next door. You had a key code to enter each room which was very loud and woke me up a few times from other people entering their rooms at early hours of the morning. The rooms were stuffy & hot.
